The traditional hotel. Mostly of the visitors are local people. The host was very nice to me. I have tattoos and the host gave me pass to a private onsen. Will come back to this place.
Also have a great breakfast with traditional sea food meals.
Everything was good, a bit pricey but convenient. Driving to the hotel is easy and there is free parking for hotel guest, just let them know so they will pass you the exit coupon.
The Mount Fuji view really get the full view and shiok to wake up to such a nice view!
Magnificent view from my hotel room! Didn’t know hotel provides pickup and drop off services, just give them a call! I rolled my big suitcase down the steep hill and so on from the train station 😅. Love the restaurant next door, the sashimi was caught from the morning! Great hotel with nice onsen, you can enjoy onsen from your bathtubs too.
The sea view is unbeatable, and it's a 5-6 minute walk from the station. They offer a shuttle service to the station upon checkout, by appointment. A centipede ran into my room... but they changed my room when I requested it, which was fine. I stayed for three days, and the breakfast was decent. The service was typical Japanese, meaning you couldn't really find any fault with it. The biggest surprise was on the day of checkout: there was a huge typhoon in Izu, all trains were stopped. While we were feeling helpless at the station, a hotel front desk staff member arrived! They told us that because we had previously booked a shuttle, they were taking us to the larger Izu-Kogen station! I was so touched! That's truly Japanese service, solving an urgent problem! Overall, it was really good!
The room is large, with a separate wet and dry toilet and bathroom. The hot spring bath is open-air, and mosquito coils are thoughtfully provided. You can also lie on a lounge chair next to it and watch the stars and listen to the sound of the waves. The hotel's breakfast is delicious and highly recommended. The hotel is very close to the beach, only a three-minute walk away. I recommend taking a walk after a hearty breakfast.
3. Gorące źródło znajduje się na 5. piętrze. Jest zamknięte, a kąpiel jest dobra. Można się kąpać, patrząc na morze. Mężczyźni i kobiety zamieniają się rano i wieczorem.
We are going to Mt Fuji so chose this hotel which is have the best value with both stay and the public onsen. The service staff is polite and welcoming although not good command in English. The onsen have a silky feel, but has limited number of pax to enjoy the onsen. There are eateries around so don't need to worry for meals. There have limited car park on the hotel, but have ample space at car park 2 and 3.
The hotel is clean and the room is spacious, if you’re into Zen etc then it’s perfect location for that, Otherwise you will need to resort to shuttle bus and in our case we rented a car to get around the local areas. I didn’t know that regardless of you use it or not you will be charged for the onsen fee, which no one tell us at check in, it’s a small thing but it would be nice to be told everything upfront.
Clean and well-kept hotel. Love the restaurant setting. Hawaii-theme hotel by the beach. Rate is reasonable, especially during the off-season. High season, a lot more expensive but if you love hotel by the beach with outdoor pool, medium size natural hot spring, this place is worth consideration. Great to go in early to mid February when the Kawazu sakura start to blossom along the river near the hotel - an easy 18-minute walk along the coast from hotel.
Fantastyczny

Great
KKKYLam616Hotel location is excellent, it’s located on top of Gotemba premium outlet (very close to the hillside section)
The room is clean and spacious, hotel guest can enjoy “木の花の湯” hot spring for free.(And this hot spring is accepted people with tattoos to enter👍🏻)
The breakfast is great too, and I strongly recommended to add breakfast with your booking as there will be no convenience store nearby.
Sadly I cannot be able to see the mountain Fuji during my stay because the weather isn’t good…
I will be back and definitely to stay at least 2 night, hope I will be able to see the mountain Fuji during my next visit🙏🏻
SSYXFA heaven for car lovers, and I'm lucky to be able to visit this place, and also enjoy the drive experience with a top-up.
Location is slightly away from everything so you are stranded unless driving (you should be), and you're just minutes from Gotemba with so much choice for food and drinks compared to the hotels choices that were in my opinion limited and costly.
Lastly, as the hotel was a part of the museum, it was a bummer that we had to pay to enter the museum despite the high cost of the hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel is about 300 meters on foot from Imai-hama Kaigan Station, but it's not recommended for travelers with luggage as there's no elevator at this station. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to Kawazu Station, so be sure to check the schedule. I strongly advise against booking dinner with your stay, especially during the evening cherry blossom illumination. The hotel provides a shuttle service to Kawazu Station from 7 PM to 8:20 PM, which largely overlaps with dinner times.
GGuest UserI was traveling alone and arrived at the hotel late. Despite the hour, the staff kindly prepared dinner for me. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. It is situated adjacent to an old mining pit and features two open-air hot springs, both of which are exceptionally clean and inviting. The hotel offers a traditional Japanese breakfast and dinner, with all dishes being remarkably fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for those seeking a secluded getaway to enjoy hot springs and relaxation.
EErshuajiangMy first time in Shizuoka Prefecture, and I spent the first night at the Nihondaira Hotel.
Walking into the lobby, there's a huge glass curtain wall directly ahead. If the weather is clear and visibility is good, you can see Mount Fuji in the distance. Even every room faces Mount Fuji. At the foot of the mountain are Shimizu City, home of Chibi Maruko-chan, and Miho no Matsubara.
When I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, it was overcast, and Shimizu City wasn't visible due to heavy fog and humidity. I was really hoping for clear skies the next morning. And my wish truly came true! At 5 AM, a thought flashed through my mind, I woke up, pulled open the curtains, and although the sun hadn't risen yet, a blush appeared in the southeast. Looking straight ahead, in the distant sky, a massive silhouette appeared – that was Mount Fuji.
Alright, I'm content. Hahahaha~
Staying at this hotel, you can completely, completely relax. You can lie in your room and zone out, or stroll on the huge lawn in front of the hotel, watching the shimmering lights of Shimizu City at night.
The booking price included dinner and breakfast. A bit pricey, but well worth it. Dinner was a French set menu (Menu in pic 7). For an additional 1600 yen, I upgraded to Japanese-produced Wagyu beef, which I highly recommend. It was grilled perfectly, locking in the pinkness, and the texture was tender and fresh both inside and out. For breakfast, I recommend choosing the Japanese set meal, as online reviews say the Western breakfast is terrible.
LLThe staff are very polite and always willing to help. The room is big and comfortable. The sound-proof work is also effective, so I hardly hear any noise from rooms nearby.
However, note that the hotel is in the middle of a mountain. If you don’t drive, you have to rely on the car service which the hotel offers (free of charge but not always available). It is almost impossible to go by foot.
However, I must say the hotel staff has always tried their best to cater your needs, which I appreicate very much.
SShenmedoubujiaoshiThe Dormy Inn is super conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from Mishima Station. On the way, you'll pass a Lawson convenience store and numerous restaurants. The hotel service was quite good; upon our noon arrival, we stored our luggage at the front desk, and the staff enthusiastically offered to take it straight to our room. I even color-coded my luggage to distinguish it from my friends', but they still delivered it to the wrong room! Oh well, haha. The lobby offers complimentary hot and cold green tea, sencha, and coffee machines. The 12th floor boasts an onsen with stunning Mt. Fuji views! Laundry facilities are free to use, with dryers costing around 10 RMB for a 20-minute cycle. In the evenings, the onsen provides complimentary ramen and popsicles, and Yakult is available in the mornings. Our room also offered a Mt. Fuji view, with the Shinkansen and JR train tracks running right below the hotel. Even with trains passing all night long, the window soundproofing was excellent. However, our room had such a strong, foul odor that I dreaded going in. We stayed two nights, and I had to pinch my nose every single time. I initially considered asking for a room change or deodorizing service, but I was too exhausted from sightseeing to bother. I truly hope no one else gets stuck with such a smelly room! The stench was so bad it gave me a headache... I strongly suspect some inconsiderate guests brought a pet into the room.
GGuest UserEvery year when I visit Tokinosumika, I see this accommodation. I've always wanted to stay there, and my dream finally came true. The inside was spacious, and the kids absolutely loved it! Being able to use the Kirakubo baths as much as we wanted was the absolute best part! The only thing was that the lighting felt a bit dim, but that was fine too. I definitely want to stay here again!!
GGuest UserThere was nothing particularly good about this, and it was like saying a general business hotel.
The tuna main tavern was slow to cook with few clerk.
