It is a pretty room and really well organized great view and is not far from the airport. Staff from the reception are very welcoming and nice. Also the restaurant staff as well. Very good facilities, indoor swimming pool, two type of sauna, warm and cold shower also gym.

I had a wonderful stay thanks to the hotel’s exceptionally attentive service. The front desk responded incredibly quickly, delivering luggage and a toothbrush in no time. When I picked up my stored bags, it was raining outside, yet the front desk staff still helped carry my luggage downstairs and loaded it into the car. Their efficiency, thoughtfulness, and dedication truly went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Położenie hotelu bardzo dobre, tuż obok stadionu Ajaxu i hali Ziggo Dome. Wszystko był Ok, podam tylko kilka rzeczy, które uważam za ważne. Nie otrzymałem, czy też nie znalazłem nigdzie sieci jak i hasła do Wi-Fi, w pokoju dostępny mały czajnik i ekspres do kawy, kilka kaw i dwie herbaty, do tego tylko jedna saszetka z cukrem ... Przy zameldowaniu musiałem podać dane drugiej osoby, mimo iż rezerwowałem pokój dla jednej osoby. Musiałem wszystko wypełnic na tablecie i podać dane drugiej osoby, bo dalej nie można było przejść. Dziwna sytuacja. Później musiałem podejść do programatora i samemu zaprogramować sobie kartę - klucz do pokoju. Po chwili Pani z recepcji podeszła i wręczyła mi kartę widząc, że coś nie daję rady sobie z tym poradzić, bo trzy razy wyświetlało ten sam komunikat mimo iż karta już niby się zaprogramowała...

My room was comfortable and well-equipped for a short stay. There’s also an indoor swimming pool, laundry facilities, a mini-mart, and vending machines for added convenience. If you’re driving, the hotel offers parking and EV chargers. Overall, a great option for a short airport stay with excellent facilities—wish I had more time to enjoy them!

Schodząc po schodach dworca kolejowego, po lewej stronie zobaczysz znak hotelu. Jest bardzo blisko, przechodzisz przez ulicę i schodzisz po schodach, a do hotelu prowadzi prosta ścieżka. Przyjechaliśmy późno w nocy, ale recepcjonistka była bardzo pomocna i nawet powiedziała nam o ostatnim zamówieniu w restauracji. Kupiliśmy tam również bilety na śniadanie, które jest w formie bufetu za 15 €, co było okazją i przygotowało nas na cały dzień. Hotel był czysty, jest sauna i siłownia. Pokoje były bardzo przestronne i czyste. Aby dostać się do pokoju, musisz zeskanować kartę w windzie, co dodało dodatkowej warstwy bezpieczeństwa. Jest też bar, który jest otwarty do dość późna, a my nawet zostaliśmy w holu, aby zagrać w gry planszowe, a byli tam też inni ludzie, co sprawiło, że atmosfera była jeszcze bardziej przytulna. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel, jest czysty, cichy i z dala od centrum miasta, ale nadal bardzo łatwo dostępny z centrum i przystanek od lotniska!

Gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit ganz viel Liebe zur Innen- und Außeneinrichtung. Nette Mitarbeiter, sauber und gut organisiert. Zimmer ein Traum. Wellnessbereich sauber und läd zum entspannen ein.

Fijne centrale ligging tot Alkmaar. Goed te doen te voet of per fiets. Ruime kamer met goedwerkend koelkastje. Airco werkte voor ons onvoldoende bij warme weer. staat standaard ingesteld. sauna kun je vooraf reserveren fijn geregeld. Soms kun je direct erin omdat er al mensen zijn(geweest) Ontbijt is ruim voldoende. van lijnzaad/havermout tot spek met roerei. Eetzaal is in de kelder met mooi bos decoratie uitzicht. Er is voldoende gratis parkeerplek of een betalende parkeergarage. Minder was de reparatie service. Ons kluisje moest de batterij voor vervangen worden. Dit zou alleen gedaan worden als je geen bordje aan de deur hangt. Op dag 3 was het nog niet hersteld.

Because we lost our passport, the hotel reception is very nice! They willing to help us pass the stored luggage to our arrange courier , would have been needing to take 14 hours flight if they didn’t help. Very appreciated for their service to hotel guests! The place is nice, across there is a cafe. Close to rai. Their service is excellent. Appreciated that for the last bit !
