Really enjoy my stay here. The pick up and boat transfer service is superb! Everything is great except that the restaurant is a little pricey and the airport pick up did not show up on time.

For the 3rd time booking in Dusit Thani to celebrate a bday, We bought foods and small lechon to be consumed inside our room, but this time around they asked us a corkage of p5,000 for lechon, i told them that we will consume the food inside d room not in the restaurant but insisted us to pay the corkage fee. I read their room policy, only DURIAN food is not allowed to carry, other than that we assumed its ok, because it was not our 1st time to bring lechon. Asking for a corkage fee but did not even give a receipt.

From the beautiful accommodations to the breathtaking beach views, every moment was truly special and relaxing! The kids had a wonderful time enjoying the fun and well-organized kids’ activities, making the experience even more memorable for our whole family! Most especially, we would like to commend the amazing service of the staff, who were all so warm, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. Pearl Farm is like a paradise. Everything is pleasing to the eyes and to the tummy! Lechon is available every night. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to every request. My only complaint is their social media, phone and email responses. They respond very slow or none at all. 1. I asked for a transfer from Discovery Samal Welcome Center to their Marina Wharf. They said they will send a van at 1pm but there was none. I followed up thru trip dot com messages, no response. I called their mobile number, declined! Guess what, they replied saying they were on lunch break! We were in a hurry because we need to be in their wharf before 2pm per their instruction. Nada. Good thing we were able to ask Discovery Samal staff to bring us to Marina Wharf. 2. Boat transfer from wharf to resort was cancelled due to big waves. I understand. We were told we will be traveling by land. We rode a van, lined up to be transferred via RORO (yes, the ship transfer) which took us 2 freaking hours just for lining up!! And another hour to arrive at the resort. We travelled for 3 HOURS just to arrive at the resort. We lined up with other RORO passengers - with and without vehicles. We are staying in a 5 star resort but they cant do something to make the waiting/lining up in the RORO be a little faster?? I saw the driver paying 20/passenger for riding the RORO (not verified). Cant the resort pay a little extra for a fast lane or something similar? Idk! Just rly disappointed bcos we were traveling with a 3yr old! Ofcourse I messaged them regarding this thru email and yes, they DID NOT REPLY AGAIN. I wanted to rate them 5stars but their communication with guests is so bad. I worked in a hotel and every message from guests is taken very seriously.

It was an amazing stay in Dusit Thani. Their breakfast have good variety everyday. If you request for bacon they will make one for you. The staff are very accomodating and i like how they greet the guests all the time. The spa is amazing very relaxing and the gym is clean and open 24/7. Pool is nice. We got the nice view from the 5th floor. Everyone is super mabait and amazing from the guards to reception, to staff and housekeeping. Will recommend this hotel to my friends who will visit Davao

The space was okay the trip is for a business. It is near the central of Tori’s so it’s a bit accessible. The place was okay and neat.

The hotel is in a good location - not too close to the busy amenities, yet still within convenient reach of everything. Public transport is readily available just a few steps outside the hotel, making it easy to get around. Overall, the hotel is in need of refurbishment. The rooms are not in good condition and fall below average standards. During our stay, we had to change rooms once. The first room assigned upon arrival had several issues, while the second room was in slightly better condition but still below average. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, although the level of service seemed to vary depending on the shift rotation.

Ask for Nancy! She will make you have the best time here! This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to others. Thanks again Nancy 😀

Overall, our stay was okay but there were some issues that need improvement. We had to request for an extra towel for the floor because it was not provided in the room setup. Breakfast was good, and we appreciated the variety and taste. However, our booking clearly stated 4 breakfast inclusions, but upon arrival, we were informed that it only covered 2 breakfasts, which was disappointing and felt misleading. During our stay, there was an earthquake (magnitude 5.5). Surprisingly, no alarm or safety announcement was made by the hotel, which was concerning. Proper safety protocols should be in place during emergencies. Overall, good breakfast but some service gaps and safety concerns need to be addressed.

Paradise Island Park & Beach Resort never disappoints. The cleanliness is superb, the rooms smell fresh, and the aircon works perfectly which really matters on a beach trip where the humidity is no joke. The food is genuinely good, and the waiters deserve credit for always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. This place holds a special place in my heart, it’s been my childhood beach, where families and relationships have grown for the past three decades. Overall, 10/10 experience EVERY TIME.
