„Advantages: Many people have written about them, and I'll mention two more. The outdoor server was very polite, and the hairdryer had a strong wind speed. Drawbacks 1. Breakfast options are limited 4/4 breakfast at 6:10 AM, with many dishes missing. 4/5 Breakfast Everything is fine 2. The bathroom has very little water, with hot water alternating between cold and hot. 3. Check out at 9:55 AM and let me stand for 30 minutes. There is only one counter attendant. Not seeing other people help was very deductible. 優點 上面很多人寫 再提兩個 外場服務員很有禮貌 吹風機 風速大 缺點 1. 早餐 選擇性很少 4/4早餐6:10進去用餐 很多菜都沒補上 4/5 早餐 一切正常 2. 浴室水量很小 熱水忽冷忽熱 3.早上9:55退房 讓我站30分 櫃檯小姐才一位 沒有看到其他人員幫忙 很扣分”

„The hotel and the location is perfect for peaceful and easy access area to go to the Heart of Vigan we stayed 2 nights we did 1 day in ilocos sur travel to ilocos norte the next day and came back to the same hotel.its clean employees have a pleasing personalities restaurant menus is okey food is great. The only issue i have since i am used to stay on a buffet breakfast hotel this place requires you to choose your breakfast on the small option list.and drinks option are weird so if you choose juice thats all you get you cannot get a coffee even if you offer to pay for it very weird way.but overall the hotel is great! Good for group families and kids friendly”

„My wife and I stayed at Awesome hotel for a few nights and were very impressed, great hotel with exceptional service. Loved the look and feel of the hotel which is located north end of Urbiztondo beach only a few minutes walk along the beach to all the cafes, restaurants etc. The room was excellent, nice amount of room, with quality from the TV, the bathroom and washing supplies (they use paraben free bath gel etc). We had a room overlooking the pool and ocean view which was lovely. Shaina at reception checked us in and out and did a fantastic job, very efficient and friendly service. A couple of points for feedback - The pool was not accessible as they had some work being done, it would have been good to know this before booking. The gym is excellent, and big with all the equipment and weights you need. the only downside is, that it's located in the basement area and is a little dark, brigher lighting would have been better.”

„Maybe the best hotel in Bolinao area. Excellent landscaping, swimming pools, garden, kids area. The only drawback and really a little one is the staff service. I give this mark because they are really not helpful for giving touristic information for landmarks around, and especially for the Giant Clams - for me the real treasure around in this area. Other than that, it is really a place to go and stay - there is no hotel around that can compare.”

„It was a good stay. Excellent. Only that their television has a bad reception. But an any rate, one wouldn't be staying in the room for too long instead stay on the swimming pool (which is clean and has different depths) and the nearby beach for sunset and sunrise walk. The breakfast buffet was filling and well managed.”

„Good -Park like setting, pet friendly, many nice pools to use. Couple villa has own little pool surrounded by plants for privacy. Air-conditioned room. Warm shower water, local drinking water provided. Eating area inside room, ref and sink. Gated entry with gate guard. Provided breakfast, portions are local but quite filling. Plenty of onsite parking (watch out for coconuts above car). Golf cart with driver available but the walk is really short and mostly flat. Toothbrush and amenities provided. Ants and bugs are typical so not an issue (bug spray recommended for foreigners). Employees welcoming and very responsive and well groomed. Room service (took for all meals). Bad -lack of food menu in room with room service offered, housekeeping called Butler but not. Provided cell phone with load, load expired initially. Updates every 6 hours to phone via text message. 80% of time housekeeping could not be reached. Menu once either found on web site or brought to door many things not available and size of portion not clear. Food cold sometimes upon delivery and or not taste very good, food service is slow. Bar soap provided is nice but small (cut down from a larger bar). A bit of a drive to anything else nearby and not much else found to do here. Ugly -Breakfast order lost on last day to check out, was placed 6PM in person at door night before. If had not called would not have been provided (since we had pet with us, opted for room service) Housekeeping light not working at front door to make up room. Ref compressor noise. Sometimes arcing / hum noise coming from electrical panel. Expectation of vacationer not in alignment with profit margin site manager is attempting to generate from each stay. You are left with a feeling of overpaying for a level of service that was lacking and this felt in relation to how the business just seems to be run. Arrival was overwhelming (good) but departure needs improvement.”

„I really like this hotel, though a bit difficult to find at the beginning, some people doesn't know this hotel and found out that's its just new. But eventually we figured it out, we saw the street sign Calle Jacinto. The room is clean with bath towel, liquid soap, tooth brush, bottled water. Paulo is very accomodating when we've reached the hotel. There are some decorative paintings around the living room area at the second floor. Though you can smell the freshly paint but since I love painting so I really don't mind it😁. It's a walking distance from the famous Calle Crisologo. We walked around and watched the famous dancing fountain at night and we don't have difficulty going back to the hotel since it's just near. The only problem we've encountered in our room is the toilet bowl has some problem but we've talked to Ms. Meg their supervisor and they will surely fix this asap. They served a set meal breakfast, you just need to choose which one you like to eat with coffee or juice. Overall, our stay is satisfactory and this hotel is highly recommended.”
