„Very convenient hotel for those travelling by train. They were really nice and prepared take away breakfasts for us at 6:30 because our train was leaving before the breakfast opens in the morning. There is a good restaurant called Baifushun teahouse nearby to eat noodles for lunch and barbecue in the evening. Right down the hotel on the right, there is a convenience store. I really liked the 2 paintings in the room. I recommend this hotel who is very close to the railway and bus station.”

„I was just planning a standard stay, but unexpectedly, the weather suddenly turned cold overnight. To my surprise, the owner was incredibly thoughtful and offered a free upgrade to a deluxe suite, which instantly made the experience fantastic! The room was spacious and comfortable, with brand new, well-equipped facilities. For a place like Lenghu, it completely exceeded my expectations. The service was warm, attentive, and very detailed, making it feel truly like home. If you're coming to Lenghu, you absolutely must stay at the Xingqiong Secluded Realm Quality Hotel – you won't regret it. I've already highly recommended it to my friends!”

„I booked a room with a window. I spent more than friends to have a better room. However their cheap room had a window but mine did not. Instead it had a glass wall that looked into the hallway. When I first arrived the room door was open. They solved that problem and my friends and I went out to eat. When we returned (3 hours after checking in) none of our room keys worked. I had to go downstairs to reception twice to get it working. Then at breakfast a man started smoking in the breakfast area and no one stopped him. I would pass on this hotel the next time I’m in Xining.”

The deluxe family room at Qinghai Baiyun Xianglin Hotel was absolutely amazing! As soon as we walked in, we were blown away by how spacious and bright it was. The kids' play area, specially designed for children, had a slide and a rocking horse, keeping our little one entertained non-stop. The room was exceptionally clean, and the thoughtful touches like children's toiletries and disposable toilet seat covers really stood out. Hot water came out quickly, and the mattress was super comfortable. The hotel's service was impeccable; from the warm welcome at check-in, we felt cared for throughout our stay. Drinks and towels were plentiful, and the hotel's location was very convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Our stay was perfect, and I highly recommend it to families with children!

The room was clean and tidy, and the central air conditioning allowed me to adjust the temperature myself. The shower had great water pressure and was super hot and comfortable. Parking was also incredibly convenient, and the breakfast was delicious. Even though there were many people eating breakfast, the service attitude was consistently excellent. The cleaning staff in the hallways would also greet me warmly, which was really heartwarming. The front desk even upgraded my room for free because I had a baby with me, which I truly appreciated! Highly recommended!!

The lady at the front desk upgraded me to a King room for free when I checked in. The room was pretty good, though a little on the small side, perfect for a leisure trip. The window faced the street, so it was very airy, and the bed was comfortable. There was also a big TV. Breakfast was really convenient, as the restaurant is just inside the hallway on the second floor.

A fantastic hotel! The location is a huge plus, just a few minutes' walk to the attractions. The owner and staff are incredibly warm and welcoming; they even proactively added me on WeChat to provide transportation tips. Although it's only three stories high, there's an elevator, which made carrying luggage very convenient. It can get a bit chilly in the mornings and evenings, so I'd recommend bringing a down jacket. The rooms have electric blankets, and some even have air conditioning. Definitely recommend it! 👍🏻

Good hotel, very modern and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. For the price it's great. However, we couldn't enjoy the breakfast much as it starts at 7:30, which is already fairly late for a hotel, and by 7:40 not even half of the breakfast was prepared and we had to leave, would have liked to try it especially considering it was included in the room and what we ate of it was fairly tasty. The curtain behind the bathtub doesnt sit in line with the wall so there is a bright light throughout the night from outside. The hotel was a bit difficult to find especially finding the Correct parking area for the building. The elevators are shared elevators and took over 10 minutes to go up to the 25th floor . And took 5 minutes of waiting to go down one floor to the reception, before we decided to take the stairs(which are very dirty) Apart from the above the hotel was very good and comfortable, clothes washing facilities were clean, coffee in the reception, and a cool fish tank along with very friendly helpful staff.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with this hotel. The room was spacious and bright, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was excellent. It was spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly kind and promptly helped resolve any issues. My experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!

The hotel is near Mojia Street, and it's a 15-minute walk to Xiaguan Night Market! Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied! It's a shame they are so strict about the start time though. The door was locked until opening, so we had to stand outside and wait. We even missed breakfast on the first day because of this and had to leave hungry. It would be much better if they offered packed breakfasts for guests going on early day trips or catching early flights!

The hotel itself was generally fine and met our expectations for a short stay. The room and shower were clean, and the facilities were in good condition. Breakfast was also pretty good, with enough variety to start the day comfortably. Service was okay, nothing exceptional, but overall professional and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the bus station, which made arriving and leaving easy. The main downside is the location of the city itself. It’s quite isolated, and except for Chaka lake there is nothing to do. The surrounding area didn’t feel very pleasant to walk around at night, with not much to do nearby. That said, as a place to stay overnight, the hotel itself was perfectly fine and comfortable.

The decoration of the room is light and luxurious, the stairs are equipped with induction light belts, the glass guardrails are transparent and beautiful, and the atmosphere of the lights is directly full at night, and the photos are especially filmed.
