Travel24 Hotel Leipzig – Great Location & Smooth Stay! We stayed at Travel24 Hotel Leipzig for two nights and were pleasantly surprised at how efficient and hassle-free everything was. Check-in went smoothly, and the hotel even offers its own private parking. Just a tip: the parking works on a first-come, first-served basis, so it’s smart to arrive earlier if you want to secure a spot, as it cannot be guaranteed. One of the biggest advantages is definitely the location – right in the heart of Leipzig! We loved that we could easily explore the inner city on foot without worrying about transportation. The amenities were perfectly fine for a short city stay. The shower is placed a bit unusually in the middle of the room, but it didn’t bother us at all – in fact, it added a quirky touch. The mattress was comfortable enough, and the air conditioning was a real lifesaver during the hot Leipzig weather. All in all, our stay at Travel24 Hotel Leipzig was enjoyable, practical, and convenient. We would happily consider staying here again for another city trip!

Hotel jest nowy i dogodnie położony w pobliżu dworca kolejowego i głównej ulicy handlowej. Do historycznego centrum i kościoła Frauenkirche można dojść pieszo w około 15 minut. Zalety: Nowoczesne udogodnienia, doskonała lokalizacja, blisko sklepów i komunikacji miejskiej. Wady: W nocy okolica jest głośna, a za oknem słychać hałasy ulicy. Na śniadaniu brakowało jajecznicy z bekonem, co było rozczarowujące.

Czystość rewelacyjna. Otoczenie bardzo słabe widać tylko dach z pokoju. Udogodnienia słabe . Światło Paliło się ledwo co . Bardzo ciemno w pokoju . Długi czas oczekiwania na zameldowanie

Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht... wir haben ein barrierefreies Zimmer gebucht... das einzig barrierefreie war die breitere Zimmertür... laut Hoteleigener Homepage und den Fotos gibt es Haltegriffe am WC und einen Duschsitz in der Dusche... die Vorrichtung für Haltegriffeist da aber nichts angebaut... Notrufleinen sollen vorhanden sein, es gibt nicht mal eine Vorrichtung dafür... nichts davon war vorhanden... auf Nachfrage erklärte man uns es gibt 2 Kategorien barrierefrei... stimmt Rollstuhlfahrer können ja laufen und stehen in der Dusche... innerhalb von 6 Tagen war kein Zimmertausch möglich... auf mein drängen hin bekam ich wenigstens einen klapprigen Duschhocker... weit entfernt dem eigentlichen Angebot... an der Rezeption am Anreisetag bei unsere Beschwerde ging der Manager weg und es interessierte ihn nicht mal... wenn ich barrierefrei buchen u mir die Fotos dazu anschaue erwarte ich das auch so... man sagte mir ich hätte ja vorher anrufen können und nachfragen... aber warum? Ich habe das gebucht was abgebildet war.. nur nicht bekommen... es wurde uns nichts angeboten zwecks Entschädigung oder so... im Gegenteil selbst das Parkhaus mussten wir voll zahlen obwohl die entsprechenden Parkplätze von Faulen benutzt wurden und die Schranke nicht funktionierte... Das Essen war hingegen völlig in Ordnung... auch die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung... Verbesserungen gint es immer, aber wenn was fehlte an Handtüchern wurde es sofort gebracht... alles in allem ein sehr zentrales Hotel, aber für körperlich eingeschränkte Gäste im Rollstuhl ungeeignet... da muss extrem nachgebessert werden

Pokój jest nieco mniejszy i wyposażony w garderobę.Łazienka jest umiarkowanie odległa i zapewnia podstawowe wyposażenie, takie jak ręczniki. Nastawienie obsługi w recepcji jest również dobre. Hotel znajduje się w dobrej lokalizacji, bardzo blisko dworca kolejowego. Okolica jest bardzo dobra i bardzo wygodnie jest jeść i podróżować.

Check in was a breeeze starting from online check in to minimise waiting time and processing time. It was cold outside and room was nice and warm. Room was also really big and clean. The only and biggest downside is there is no door to the bathroom. I don’t understand why does the hotel has no bathroom door for a quad sharing room. To make things worse there was a mirror facing the entrance of the bathroom, which meant if there are people sitting on the bed looking at the mirror they could have a full view of what’s going on in the bathroom. Does not make any sense. Book if you are comfortable with an open bath.

Od razu przy lotnisku - duży plus za lokalizację. Typowy campanile - nie było oczekiwań i wyszło bardzo dobrze. Akurat, żeby się przespać przed porannym lotem. Jest bar na parterze (ceny normalne - to warto podkreślić) widziałem też ulotki tzn można zamówić jedzenie z dowozem z knajp. Atmosfera typowo przedurlopowa :) przyjemne doświadczenie. W sam raz na raz :D polecam

During my stay, I had an unpleasant encounter at the front desk. When I asked for towels, which I believed I had paid €4 for upon arrival, the receptionist (Felix) stated that I hadn't paid and that no one else was available to help me at that moment. The payment wasn't initially checked, and I was told that no towels would be provided without payment. After I returned with my receipt, the payment was still questioned, and it was suggested that the €4 might have been for something else, like another purchase. Before contacting a colleague, he made the remark, ”You're not showering tonight anyway,” even though I hadn't mentioned showering. I found this unnecessary and uncomfortable. Only after my insistence did he contact a colleague, who explained that the €4 was for the city tax and bed linen. Once this was clarified, the issue was immediately resolved. This situation could have been cleared up from the beginning if a colleague had been contacted right away. I also observed guests being loudly addressed in common areas when house rules were enforced, and activities were stopped without explanation. While the hostel itself was nice, the style of communication made my stay unpleasant. I would not stay here again and believe that clearer and more considerate communication from the staff would significantly improve the experience.

Top Hotel, in idealer Lage. Wir waren zu einer Veranstaltung in den Messehallen und konnten easy zu Fuß dort hin, genauso wie in die Innenstadt. Besser ging es nicht. Bäcker und Rewe direkt gegenüber und das Parkhaus direkt dran. Das einzige Manko sind die fehlenden Steckdosen in den Zimmern. Wir hatten genau 2, wovon eins vom Hoteleigenen Pad belegt war. Und beide waren am Schreibtisch, was für Handy und co über Nacht laden nicht geeignet war. Ansonsten alles top
