3-Star hotele w: National District, Dominican Republic

Minus 1. Rook 316. Air conditioner not working. Remote screen broken and cannot see control panel. Couldn't change to another room as hotel was full. Had to sleep in room with fan only. 2. Fan didn't seem to work at first but staff managed to repair it. Working fan made loud noises. 3. No mirror in room. 4. One window faces inside of the house corridor the 2nd window is in toilet facing the outside. Plus 1. Both staff at reception very friendly especially the night shift guy who helped to solve the air con and fan problem. Both are good in english. 2. TV has a few channels in English. 3. There is lift and room has the basic amenities. 4. Location is superb and a good local restaurant nearby.

The breakfast was really good and delicious. The staff was very friendly just I wrote them in order to change the room but they didnt reply me so I advice they check the messages and reply timely. The bedroom with 1 queen bed was really nice. They didnt have many options for 2 twin beds altought it was clean. AC works very good. Is really well located in downtown area, there are several restaurants and bars just by walking distance.

我在這家酒店住了5晚，是商務出差。 這是我在多米尼加住的第一家酒店。的確，跟部分評論中提到過的一樣，這兒有一些問題，但是如果住過其他酒店，或者瞭解過其他酒店的價格，對比之下就能夠理解，這條件沒什麼可抱怨的。我們不能拿另一個國家的住宿標準標準，來要求其他國家做的一樣吧。 這兒的服務員挺好的，我會説西班牙語，所以跟他們的溝通很順暢。如果有人遇到説英語沒有被理解到位的話，那我們換位思考一下，如果有一個外國人在您面前嘰裏呱啦，您什麼感受呢，對吧。理解萬歲。 也希望酒店可以改進，不要什麼都不在乎嘛

Todo estuvo genial, solo un pequeño percance con el ascensor , pero lo solucionaron rápido , es que se había dañado pero puede suceder en cualquier hotel , muy bien todo.

由於簽证文件出了問題加上AA的惡劣服務讓我白白損失了2晚在Santo Domingo 的住宿费及由LA到Santo Domingo的單程AA機票及額外在LA又住了3晚的住宿費加上額外採购單程機票費由LA到JFK在轉往Santo Domingo總共浪費我快壹仟美元，真衰！ 基本上住宿還可以但此時剛巧又碰到Hotel在整修地下水管白天吵死了尤其我的15號2晚跟本無法把時差馬上調整回來非常痛苦！此次旅遊到Santo Domingo看來剛開始非常不順浪費金錢不說跟本沒有人協助！還好我本人可通英語總算把文件搞定得以晚2天進入Santo Domingo! 不好意思一直都在說此次個人旅遊的不幸遭遇提供給旅人参考，不然一段美好的旅程變成問題重重留下不良的旅遊惡夢。謝謝大家！

客觀來説，不推薦，樓下是賭場，比較吵鬧，的確沒有熱水洗澡，設施也比較老，但是游泳池非常漂亮，游泳池的餐廳做的漢堡也非常好吃，帶小朋友的話就不建議住了

Reception staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. The one thing I didn’t like is that we had to go up the stairs to 3rd floor to get in. If you have a lot of baggage it might be difficult .

房間很大，服務很好。入住才能用wifi，網速較快。 房間很乾凈每天都打掃 房間能看到海。酒店在的區域比較安全 早餐很豐盛

Неожиданно приятно было, что в отеле русский хозяин! Очень гостеприимный и доброжелательный. Отель чистый, всё новое, не так давно открыт. Есть всё необходимое, дали воду сколько было нужно (питьевую). Была горячая вода, с чем в других местах в Доминикане возникали проблемы.. за свою цену отель просто супер, советуем. Завтрака особого нет, правда, но неподалеку есть разные кафе. Парковка тоже была у отеля.

Personal de recepción bastante amable. El único inconveniente que le pondría es que el desayuno bastante escaso y pobre.
