Very strategic location in the central of surabaya. Front desk speak limited english but nothing to expect for the price. Its quite clean and convenient

The location is super convenient, just right opposite the Tunjungan Plaza. The staff are polite and greet us with a smile whenever they see us. The room is clean and the bed is so comfortable. My only suggestion is maybe they can provide bathrobes in the rooms.

I dont know much about the location since I only used it for transit between places, but it was okay since it was close to the place I wanted to go to. Cleanliness wise, the bed sheets could do well with more cleaning since they're stained. Service is normal for a hotel that cheap. Facilities is also not much different, just the fact that we have to use stairs is a bit dissapointing. Wifi is okay.

The location is very convenient. The receptionist Apreriya is friendly and helpful. The room was comfy and clean, but there weren’t slippers and hair dryer. I had a nice rest there before moving to my next destination. That’s pity that the swimming pool is closed due to renovation until 25th August.

Reasonable goog rooms for the price you pay. Big rool room with clear valley view. The restaurant nx door offer delicious meals. Don't mind to stay here again for nx visit to Sapa.

The service is excellent, they are kind, polite, and helpful. Smiles never left their faces and they always try to help swiftly. The breakfast is great, tasty, and the selection is even greater, they have a lot of varieties of Indonesian food. The room is great in size, the floor is clearly swept, the bathroom is clean, the amenities are adequate (bring your own hair dryer bcs the one they have is not as great). But terribly disappointed with the cleaners, I used the spoon and glass on day 1 and they didn't even bother to clean them, only put on the usual spot. I tried to ”tell” them again the next day yet they still haven't cleaned any 🥲🥲

I was pleased with my experience staying at Hotel Bisanta Bidakara. The building is kinda old, but the room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable sofa, TV, closet for hanging clothes, refrigerator, and a relaxing bathtub. The hotel also provided a delicious breakfast with a diverse range of dishes, including nasi goreng, pecel, bubur ayam, spaghetti, nasi kuning, and many more. However, there were a few issues that arose during my stay. The air conditioning unit failed to turn on for about 20 minutes, the remote control screen was blurry, and there was a noticeable noise from the machine. Fortunately, the AC was able to function again after a short while. While there is room for improvement, the hotel's comfortable rooms, the wonderful breakfast experience and responsive staff make it a good choice for those looking for accommodation in Surabaya.

This hotel is centrally located with plenty of eateries and major shopping mall Tunjungan Plaza within 5 mins walk away. The breakfast buffet has a very good spread and the entire hotel was very clean and orderly. The service staff were very helpful and able to converse in simple English. This is a super value for money hotel to stay with the family.

Amenities include a rooftop terrace and sky lounge for relaxing with panoramic city views, an on-site restaurant (Zhang Restaurant), 24-hour room service, spa services, meeting rooms, and free parking.

I chose this hotel as a stopover before heading to Mount Bromo, and since I arrived in Surabaya around midnight, its proximity to Surabaya Gubeng Train Station was a big plus. However, the building seems quite old, and the noise from the air conditioner and nearby train station at night made it hard to sleep. Most importantly, when I turned off the lights to sleep, the power to charge my phone and other electronic devices also stopped. Considering the low price, it was fine for a short stay.
