Great location, very close to the airport and also convenient for visiting nearby attractions. The hotel provides an airport shuttle bus, which is very helpful. The staff are friendly and the service is good. Breakfast was nice with a good variety. Overall, a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
The room is at the corner of the top (11th) floor with a window facing Tokyo Bay with a reasonable price- Thats exactly my request and I give it a thumb up :-)
New and comfortable and located next to a transportation hub with Grand Aeon stores - Very convenient and not too far away from DIsney and Tokyo City!
Self service laundary (4 machines) and microwave oven on the second floor, everything is clean and in good order.
I did not take the breakfast offer as I need to leave early everyday for the conference but the resturant downstairs looked quite nice.
Check in/out is thru a kiosk but the front desk staff provided all the necessary assistance.
This is a fantastic place to stay. The staff is friendly and patient and the location is great for quick access to the train system. We were there for the Star Wars Celebration and it was fantastic to hop on without massive crowds. Between the train station and the hotel are a handful of food options, including two 7-11s, which stay open until midnight or later. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.
Clean and large rooms as compared to other APA hotels, big toilet too. Lots of facilities but do not have enough time to explore. Good location m. My room facing Tokyo bay too. Covered linkway to major buildings and shopping centres. They even have a limousine bus to Narita airport costing $1200 yen.
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel.
Check-in is done using a machine, which can be a bit challenging at first. You need to show your passport, and the guest name must match the booking. Once you get through that, the process is actually very quick.
The hotel provides complete amenities. Everything is available, so you don’t really need to bring your own skincare or toiletries. Pajamas are also provided, which is very convenient.
The room size is good for two people. Not small, not cramped. Everything feels compact and well organized. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the hair dryer works well.
There is a washing machine on the 7th floor, which is very helpful, especially if you’re staying longer or traveling with family.
The location is very convenient. If you’re traveling with kids, this place is very family friendly and easy to move around without feeling tired. JR and subway access are right there, you just go down to the first floor. The only downside is the cost to Tokyo Station, where a round trip for adults can be around ¥423–569 on JR.
There are plenty of food options nearby, from restaurants to Daiso, Donki, malls, and even AEON. Mitsui Outlet Park is also easy to reach, about 20 minutes by JR with a fare of only ¥230.
View from room beautiful. You can see sunrise and also sunset. We stayed at 10th floor on the right side.
Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel and would happily stay here again.i
The best feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its location. Being situated so close to the train station was incredibly convenient and made navigating the city simple.
The room itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and tidy space to return to after a day out.
The only minor drawback is the lack of dining options immediately surrounding the hotel. While the train station proximity solves most travel needs, guests should be aware that they might need to travel a short distance to find a wide selection of restaurants.
Overall, for travelers prioritizing convenience, cleanliness, and budget, this hotel is an excellent choice.
Conveniently located just 2 mins walk from Kaihimmakuhari Station with easy access to nearby AEON shopping malls and various food outlets. Also ideally within minutes walking distance from Makuhari Messe Convention and Exhibition halls, makes Shuranza a recommended choice. As a plus, the in-house onsen is a welcome respite after a long day roaming around convention venues. Will definetly return for future visits.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe room was spacious and impeccably clean. The welcome wreath at the entrance added a lovely, ceremonial touch. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Stepping into the room and seeing the beautiful, distant view of Tokyo Bay instantly lifted my spirits. For added convenience, a shuttle service is available during morning and evening peak hours to Disneyland, DisneySea, and Shin-Urayasu Station. While Shin-Urayasu Station is about a 1.3 km walk from the hotel, it's also just a two-stop bus ride away.
GGuest UserI think it's a good hotel for when you have to fly. It's really near the airport and it has free shuttle. It goes once to three times an hour to and from the hotel.
If you want to eat something there is a little restaurant just outside of the hotel that has meals for 1000 to 2000 yen.
Other than that there isn't much to do around the hotel so it's only good to stay for your flight.
The breakfast is a good buffet style. With enough options. Also for people that want high protein and low carbs.
Price of the hotel is also pretty affordable.
Parking is 500 yen per day
Only thing that is a negative for me is the hard beds. I think it's more of a concrete slab than a bed but I'm a side sleeper and someone that is used to sleeping on their back and used to the japanese beds (the 1 cm thick mat on the floor) than it's a good bed.
So it's just a consideration to take in if you're booking with any of the chain hotels, because their beds are all as hard. But I keep coming back to the same hotels so they do something right and I do recommend staying in their hotels.
4,5 out of 5
JJRCaliLocation was great! right by the west exit for JR Chiba station - very luggage friendly station as well a 24hr Lawson right outside the 2nd floor entrance and a 7/11 down on the ground floor. Staff were polite, easy self storage for luggage by the check in area. Self check in was great, amenities and robes by the elevator before heading up and overall loation is perfect for sightseeing and oneward travels to and from Narita airport or into Tokyo.
GGuest UserWe were looking forward to the The Farm stay to end our fiat Japan trip. We were 3 kids below 10 and 2 adults. The best parts of the trip were,
1. Staff - mai and Narumi were very helpful. Mai especially took a lot of trouble to explain everything at the farm by using Google translate. Even the staff at the cafe at breakfast time and reception were all very very nice, though I don’t have their names.
2. Hot springs - was super experience and we loved it. Everything clean and proper and very comfortable, even though we were walking around naked.
3. Rooms- I stayed at Habita. It was good and kids loved it quite a bit. The loft, the futon on top, though the projector didn’t work too well.
4. Strawberry farm trip was amazing. The strawberries were all super nice and melting in the mouth with the right textures and flavours.
Even better if?
1. BBQ- we wanted to do a bbq. Habita package didn’t come with free BBQ. The cost to do one was crazy expensive. 3,300 per adult and 2,200 per child just for ‘equipment’ cost. That’s 13,000yen or around USD80, without any meats or anything. Felt really excessive, so we opted out.
2. Board and card games- our family wanted to play some board games and there were plenty of those at the reception. When we asked if we could get a pack of UNO, we were told it was only for the ‘cottage’ occupants. Considering most of the property was empty, it was a bit sad that they did not allow us a pack to play with.
3. Though not the fault of the property, the lack of any public transport and the very taxi costs to outside world for anything was a negative. It would have been even better if they could arrange a couple of more shuttles to narita or to local town etc.
Mmay173I didnt expect much but this is probably the best place ive booked here in japan. The room was spacious with more complimentaries than usual and a drink to help you sleep, also love the thick slippers. They also leave new towels, water and pjs if you didnt ask for cleaning on the day. Its near aeon mall and they have several choices there to shop and eat, theres a Round1 nearby and the highlight of my trip, the cherry blossom garden!! I came just the right time they were in full bloom, tho it was rainy for few days, it got sunny on my 3rd day, the only thing is i wish they open sooner, opening time was 10am and i had to wait before going somewhere in tokyo.
I only experience train delay once when i was in tokyo going back to hotel one evening, but overall its still a good deal if ur planning to go around tokyo and stay at this hotel, travel doesnt take much rather than staying at overpriced capsule hotels
旅旅好き美容マニアI don't think you should expect a bath.
The cabin is colder than expected, so be careful in the winter! There is one summer futon. Blankets are available for rental, but they run out quickly, so be sure to get one early!
But the location is good and the staff are nice, so I'm glad I stayed there!
GGuest UserIt was a pleasure staying at the Famy hotel clean good breakfast and a very good reception staff specially Kozo who was friendly and very helpful highly recommended closed to Makuhari hongo st.. only 45 min from Tokyo ( suidobashi st. ) I stayed there 8 night straight got Onsen with sauna at the top and local Hal’s see food restaurant at the top if you lazy to go out to eat basic and good buisiness or if you want to have a cheaper solution and don’t mind a 45 min ride to Tokyo also easy to get to the airport one way with Kristi line so give good solution .

DDante19651 night for convenience before flying out of Narita. its about 5 minutes walk to the hotel from the train station and it takes 8-10 minutes by train to Narita.
Perfect location. Breakfast was nice. While our room was a twin room they gave us a smaller size near the elevator. Bed and pillow ok. Super tiny bathroom.
What we loved most is to walk around Narita town with its huge garden Naritasan Omotesando and its Great Pagoda of Peace. Would stay in the town anytime again a day before leaving Japan.
