Location is very good, right next to JR station, there is a mall next to it. Hotel is very clean, staffs are very friendly. We stayed in summer, was assigned the top floor room, so the room was a bit hot during the day time, it was ok during the night time.
Decent hotel but the price is quite on a higher side comparing to room facility. Spacious room which is not easy to find in a local hotel chain in Japan. Amenity is basic. Bed and bedsheet are average and not so comfy.
Hotel is very well located, close to the Takachiho George, walkable (20-30 mins) but should also consider your ability to walk up and down.
Quic and easy checkin and out process. Hotel has free parking.
🛌 The room was perfectly suited for two people, even with two large pieces of luggage. A minor drawback was that the air conditioning felt a bit warm. 🌬️
🏨 The hotel’s location near the JR train station and the shopping area is just a 15-minute walk.
🚙 Parking is available in the basement for 1000 Yen per night. I’d recommend dropping off luggage at the entrance before parking for convenience.
👩🏻💼 The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more comfortable.
There's a parking garage next to the hotel. Was offered free parking by the staff at check-in which is a bonus. It's at a central area with many restaurants nearby. Room is the typical Japanese size and standard which is sufficient for 1 night stay. Staff are friendly. there's a max value supermarket just around the corner.
The location is far from Miyazaki Station. It takes about 20 minutes on foot. If you need to take a bus to several sightseeing places, it is available nearby. The price includes breakfast but it only consists of two rice balls and miso soup. The room is spacious and new . There are many restaurants to choose from in the surrounding area.
However, the air conditioner is noisy and does not function well. Amenities in the room must be collected from the reception even basic items like a toothbrush, comb, sleepwear, and mineral water are not provided in the room.
Hotel is located just right in front of the ocean with private beach and summer pool.
Rooms are a bit outdated but well kept over the time.
very good hotel for summer holiday.
Miyazaki is a small city so getting around is not difficult if you stay in this hotel. There is a few local buses to the hotel from the JR Miyazaki station. Within walking distance of 10min you can find almost everything from shopping to izakaya. The best part I like is the sauna and hot spring. It has outdoor and indoor hot spring baths and sauna. Amenities in the public bath is complete with lotion, tonic, hair gel, shaving form and even towel is provided so you don't need to bring your own. Overall, a great hotel.
Stayed one night, location is a bit isolated in terms of restaurants and things to do. Definitely an outdated hotel and could do with a renovation, however the room was definitely very large for Japanese standards so the was a plus!(superior queen). If self driving there is a multistory carpark right behind hotel so that’s also a plus.
Best cost valuable hotel for my Miyazaki business trip as always. Good location (night drink street Nishitachi street is beside), Room Cleanness and Free casual breakfast. Really best for business purpose

Great
AAh HueiA nice hotel to rest after a long day drive. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and polite. There's a free parking beside the hotel too. And you can enjoy the hot spring in the hotel for free. There is a small bath tub in the room's toilet too. This hotel is quite close to 高干穗峡. The reason I choose this hotel is because of the distance to 高干穗峡 and they are the most affordable hotel within that area. Overall this is a nice hotel, I will definitely visit there again if I go to Kyushu again!
TTatianaK.From the bottom of my heart, I’d like to thank all staff of the hotel. My 11-old son and I stayed there for just one night, because we were on our way to visit gorgeous Toungenkyu hydrangeas park in the other town, so we chose to stay in Hyugashi, and that was definitely the right decision! I didn’t know that there was no public transportation assess to the park, because it’s located far upon to the mountains. But I never give up So, I decided to get to the park by hitchhiking! And one of kind managers of the hotel wrote the name of the park in Japanese characters on a big sheet of paper to be seen from far apart for drivers. Besides, he told us where it could be possible to stop a car. So we did it! First, we went to the nearest town by train, and tried the hitching there. There was a nice lady who took us to the park and back to Hyugashi, we were so grateful to her!!! The local people were kind to us everywhere whenever it was a restaurant or a station. We will never forget the kindness of the local people!!!
We liked that izakaya on the first floor in the building. Moreover, we liked that nice quiet town Hyugashi because of its people! We wish you all the best!!!
DDazizaidehuaduoyaThis feels more like a self-service business hotel, but its location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of Miyazaki. The hotel offers great amenities like a microwave and laundry room, which are really handy. We had breakfast at the hotel; the quality was average, but they had a wide variety of fresh vegetables, which helped us get our greens and fiber for the day. We stayed for three nights, and Miyazaki truly exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, tranquility, comfort, and pleasant climate. The people are warm and genuine, and things are affordable. It's a perfect place for a relaxing getaway!
ののむならのむMiyazaki Kanko Hotel stands along Tachibana Koen-dori Street (1-1-1 Matsuyama, Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture, 880-8512) overlooking the Oyodo River.
It is a large, well-established hotel.
There is a large hot spring bath on the first floor of the West Wing, and on the second floor is Shokusai Kenbi Ichiboku Ichiso, where the breakfast buffet is located. A dinner buffet is also available.
The hotel is old, so there is nothing new about it, but the rooms are spacious, the utility room is spacious, and the bathtub is also large.
There is only an AC outlet for power, no USB, and the AC at the desk has to be plugged in through a wall socket at the foot of the desk, which gives it a sense of history, but this is not a problem.
GGuest UserThe Single room is very spacious and the bed( small double)is consider big for one person. The hotel spa is superb and breakfast is sumptuous. You must try their weekend buffet, the spread and quality of food is good.
The only thing I find weird is that all guest must changed to the slipper the hotel provided to move around within the facilities. Anyway, overall experience is good.

YYongchuangtianyahahahaThe room was very clean, but it was a bit inconvenient that there was no kettle and only disposable paper cups. It's quite a distance from the station, so you need to take a bus to get there and back. Breakfast was very simple, just two rice balls, which was actually perfect for someone who doesn't usually eat breakfast, as I could take them to eat on the train.
YYangguangxia-yonglandemaoThe hotel is a 5-minute walk from JR Station, and there's a bus stop right outside. The hotel breakfast is decent and starts at 6:30 AM. The room itself is very spacious, but the air conditioning controls are a bit old-fashioned.
LlittletimberThe affiliated parking fee was 1,000 yen per night, and you could enter and exit freely, but you had to take your parking ticket to the front desk each time you entered and exited. The location is very good, so I think 1,000 yen per night is cheap. The free drink bar has a wide selection of shochu, fruit liqueurs, charcoal water, and ice, so you can make a variety of chuhai and cocktails by combining them. The natural hot spring is not large (it can fit 5 or 6 people), but it is clean and the quality of the spring is good. The free breakfast buffet has a decent variety of side dishes and freshly baked bread, all of which are delicious, and the coffee is also delicious. Overall, it feels like a business hotel with a lot of service. It was clean, the front desk was kind and polite, and it was a comfortable stay. However, there is only one elevator that can accommodate about 10 people, and the emergency stairs are not open, so it gets crowded around 8:30 in the morning. Someone I met at the hotel said that if there are many group guests staying, you may have to wait for the elevator for more than 10 minutes.
GGuest UserBeautiful new modern hotel, rooms are comfortable and spacious. Breakfast has an ample selection. Restaurants within walking distance right outside hotel for dinner. Short drive to shrine and Takachiho Gorge. I would stay here again when I visit.
