very good hotel and worth to stay . very convenience and near monorail station. good facilities, at least enough for normal guest requests. price is not high and highly recommend this hotel to others.

The location is good and the room is quite clean.  But it’s a bit disturbing to receive the messages from hotel everyday. They should have sent the instructions at one shot as not every travellers would check the email or time to reply.

The room was good overall, and everything met my expectations. It operates according to typical Japanese standards. The only significant downside was that the air conditioner was placed directly opposite the bed, so it couldn’t be left on overnight. It would be better if they provided a small guide for foreign guests on how to sort the trash, since there’s only one small bin in the room. There’s no cleaning service. The location is generally good, but check which branch of this hotel chain you’ve booked — they’re located close to each other.

Feels good to stay here overall its awesome and cheap also so I recommend this for everyone

Excellent Stay - Highly Recommend! I had a wonderful stay at the Prince Smart Inn Naha. The hotel's greatest strength is its exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. They were always polite, prompt, and went out of their way to assist with any questions I had, making the stay very comfortable. The entire property is very clean and well-maintained. My room was spotless, and the common areas were always tidy. The service was also very prompt and efficient, both at check-in/check-out and with any requests.

It is a relatively cheaper kind of resort hotel, still quite expensive, but was cheaper than the other big name hotels by the beach in the Onna area. Its also close by car to the Blue cave which was why I chose it. I got a bottom floor room so didn't really get a view (the 'garden' view) but there's a patio, but if you get the higher floors you should have a view of the beach and the ocean. The beach is just a few minutes walk through the little forest, and is a small private enclosed beach with a little reef, quite lovely. Can snorkel, but I only stayed close to the beach so didn't see that much in the water. The room is clean and spacious, but the decor is dated. There's also a little hotel restaurant which serves buffet breakfast, and they also sell snorkelling gear in the small lobby. It's more convenient if you drive to get there, but they do charge 1000 yen a day for parking, which I didn't really like.

The pros: The room is larger than other hotel in Japan. The shower room is small like others. The amenities are provided at the reception. The location is good. In front of the hotel, there is a good coffee shop. The cons: At the back of TV’s counter is very dirty, full of dust. The fridge did not work. The parking is ¥1,000 per day but if it full you have to find the parking around the hotel. I found that the parking around the hotel is cheaper than hotel’s parking, ¥500 per night.

Friendly and helpful frontdesk. Parking fee is 1500 yen which is quite expensive but acceptable (almost the same for other nearby carpark) Breakfast is nice though choices are not wide (adequate for me) and the price is worth for it (only 1300 yen) This hotel is close to monorail station and make it accessible to many sightseeing spots.
