파주 가족여행을 계획하고 찾은 숙소로 호텔시에나 정말 대만족입니다 위치좋고 시설좋고 아침 조식도 좋았어요 아쉬운점은 전원플러그 꽂는 곳이 없더라고요 요즘 usb충전선이 있기도 한곳도 많은데 말이죠 아이와 함께 욕조에서 씻고 tv도 보고 아이가 하루 더 있다가고 싶다고하네요 ㅎㅎ 다음에 파주갈일 있으면 꼭 다시 묵고 싶네요

Hotel ma dobrą lokalizację jest w odległości spaceru od mini-marketu, centrum handlowego, restauracji i kawiarni. Mężczyzna recepcjonistka była bardzo przyjazna i uprzejma. Jednak pani przy recepcji nie była przyjazna! Dostaliśmy tylko jedną ręcznik kąpielowy, a kiedy prosiliśmy ją o kolejną, odmówiła. Nie rozumiem, dlaczego odmówiła dostarczenia dodatkowej ręcznika.

The staff in the check in counter cannot speak some basic English so they just gave me a memo in which the instructions and rules of the resort are written in English. Regarding the facilities, there are a lot, such as projector and speaker, while the visitors have to bring the laptop in order to connect with them. Last but not least, the view is soooooo pretty and it's super quiet!

The price is unbeatable, and the location as well. The Hotel seems to be in the middle of restoration works, and it is quite messy and dirty in the common areas and floors, bur if you need a place to sleep in the centre, that's just perfect. The garage got full, so I had parked outside and asked the receptionist if I could leave the car there, which he confirmed, by taking my licence plate number. Then when I came back after 22.00 the car was gone. Luckily the next receptionist helped me to get a taxi and go to get the car back. The fine was very reasonable. And the next night the garage was full again, but this time I went to the public garage instead.

Everything from the hotel is great including; staff, housekeeping, wifi, water system, location. I just find it hard to squeeze liquid out of soap, shampoo bottle tho😅 One thing that disturb my stay is that, those AHJUMMAS were so loud in the hall way, late at night and super early in the morning and sometimes were on the phone in front of my room. I can hear them clearly. Other than that, I would stay here again .. love it!!

good place to go KINTEX with reasonable place. only 10000+ kwon by taxi. there are many hot spots to enjoy eating and shopping some. recommended .

The hotel is clean, though it’s located quite far from the city. We chose to stay here because it’s very close to Everland, which made it easier for our child to rest and not wake up too early. The free shuttle bus to Everland is a nice bonus.

Stayed in this hotel for the Coldplay concert over at Goyang Stadium, which is literally 10mins walk away. I got the large/small twin bed. Mattress was super comfy. Room was good size with a lounge seat area. I even got a computer in the room that you can use. Was a Bath/walk in shower, however this bath is the like the size of the jacuzzi square shaped ones. My only fault here would be the towels they had. I had to go out and get my own - for the ladies, you may understand. Otherwise, lots of food spots, 2 minutes from train station, really cant go wrong.

Ten hotel, w którym niedawno się zatrzymałem, może pochwalić się nie tylko nowoczesnym i stylowym wnętrzem, ale także doskonałą obsługą. Personel hotelu był niezwykle przyjazny i pomocny przez cały mój pobyt, co sprawiło, że był on jeszcze przyjemniejszy. Zaoferowali nawet parasole, gdy nagle zaczął padać deszcz, co było miłym gestem, dzięki któremu mogłem wyjść na zewnątrz bez żadnych niedogodności. To był drobny szczegół, ale doceniłem ich troskliwość. Czysta, biała pościel pozwoliła mi spać spokojnie. Wanna była doskonałym sposobem na relaks, a pokój był dobrze wyposażony w biurko i inne udogodnienia do pracy. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, zakwaterowanie stanowiło idealne połączenie dbałości o szczegóły, praktycznego rozplanowania przestrzeni i serdecznej obsługi. Zdecydowanie chcę tam wrócić.
