From the very first moment, the host's genuine warmth, cheerful demeanor, kindness, and hospitality made you feel not in a foreign place, but rather right at home. Their dedication to helping with everything, quick communication, and solution-oriented approach ensured our vacation was flawless. Encountering such kind and thoughtful people is truly rare. The accommodation itself far, far exceeded our expectations. The rooms were exceptionally clean, tidy, spacious, and meticulously prepared down to the finest detail. From the quality of the furnishings to the overall ambiance, everything was perfectly thought out. With its quiet, peaceful, and comfortable atmosphere, it offers a unique environment for relaxation. I absolutely must mention the pool. Throughout our stay, the pool was always sparkling clean; the water was crystal clear, and the hygiene level was exemplary. The fact that it was spotless at all hours of the day clearly demonstrates the property's commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Spending time by the pool was one of the most enjoyable parts of our holiday. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to everyone. If you're looking for a peaceful, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and unforgettable vacation, this is absolutely the right place. The combination of the host's attentiveness and professionalism with the quality offered by the property truly creates a flawless accommodation experience. „Full apartments with large area, separate bedroom, living room, kitchen area (with all necessary facilities - a large refrigerator and a dishwasher) on the basement floor there is a paid parking of 15€ a day. The distance to the sea is 150 m. There is no beach at the apartments. Nearby is a good beach from Sea Star Hotel - a beach of 20€ in September 2026. There are a small number of restaurants and cafes nearby, but you can go to the neighboring Rafailovichi 400 m, where there are many restaurants on any taste.”

„Excellent apartment, clean and beautiful. It has everything you need: a bathroom, wardrobes, a mirror, and a small balcony with a nice view. The room had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the heat. There's a fridge on the balcony. The closest beach is a 20-minute walk away, and there are shops and bakeries nearby. The host arranged transfers to and from the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here!”

„Очень красивое месторасположение, большой бассейн с видом на горы и на море. В номере просторно, тихо, терраса с видом на море. Все необходимое есть. Но кондиционер очень старый, и плохо работает, ночью было жарко, от чего не выспались. Но к утру стало прохладнее, из за того, что жара спала. Есть крытая парковка для машины, что очень хорошо, машина стоит не под солнцем. Рядом есть очень душевный хороший ресторан.”

„Location is good. I was able to check-in at noon, which was great since I arrived to Budva early. The guy at reception was nice and friendly. The bed was very comfortable, A/C worked well. There's a construction site in front of the hotel, but I had no issues with noise since my room was facing the opposite site of the building. On the downside, there was no shower gel (just shampoo and a soap bar), shower cabin was leaking, making the whole bathroom uncomfortably wet. WiFi was waaaay too slow (5 Mbps).”
