Good, but not without issues. The hotel is perfectly located - just a 10-minute walk from the airport. That's the main advantage. Ideal for early flights. There's also a shuttle from the hotel (for those with luggage), which is another plus. But the service was disappointing. Upon check-in, we had two connecting rooms (with 2 people in each), but only one set of towels was provided. We had to ask for extra ones. About breakfasts: In other Hampton hotels in Krakow, even with more guests, everything was always replenished on time and the buffet was fully stocked. But here, the staff couldn't keep up. People were queuing, waiting for omelets and other hot dishes. The selection is already smaller than in the other Hampton in Krakow - and when it runs out, it's quite frustrating. In the evening, there was a small incident at the restaurant, but the staff member apologized and gave us a discount - thank you to her for that. Otherwise, everything was fine: clean, comfortable beds, friendly reception staff. Conclusion: For an overnight stay before a flight, it's a good option thanks to its location. But the service and breakfast organization need to be improved to match the standards of other Hampton hotels in the chain. ::: Хорошо, но не без нюансов. Отель расположен отлично — 10 минут пешком до аэропорта, это главный плюс. Для ранних вылетов идеально. Также есть шатл от отеля (для тех, кто с чемоданом), это тоже плюс. Но обслуживание разочаровало. При заезде в двух смежных номерах (по 2 человека в каждом) положили всего один комплект полотенец. Пришлось просить дополнительно. Завтраки — отдельная история. В том же Кракове в других отелях Hampton при большем количестве гостей всё всегда было вовремя и столы полные. А здесь сотрудники не успевали пополнять блюда. Люди стояли в очереди и ждали омлет и другие горячие блюда. Ассортимент итак небольшой, меньше, чем в том же отеле в Кракове и когда пустует — это неприятно. Вечером в ресторане случилась неприятная история с нашим заказом, но сотрудница извинилась и сделала скидку — за это ей отдельное спасибо. В остальном всё хорошо: чисто, кровати удобные, персонал на ресепшене приветливый. Вывод: для ночёвки перед вылетом — вариант хороший благодаря локации. Но сервис и организацию завтраков стоит подтянуть до уровня других отелей сети Hampton.

A wonderful, cozy apartment in the very heart of Zakopane, a few steps from Krupówki and other attractions. It's very convenient both for hiking and skiing, as it is very easy to get from there to Tatra Mountains trails and ski lifts. Also, a very helpful lady at the main reception desk. I would gladly return to this place.

Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and provided a satisfactory stay. There is very little to complain about. For business travelers, the location is a major advantage. It is conveniently close to my client’s office, which saved me a significant amount of commuting time. There is also a supermarket nearby, making it easy to pick up daily necessities or snacks. The room was well-equipped, including a hairdryer and complimentary bottled water, with both still and sparkling options available. As for breakfast, it was acceptable but not particularly impressive. The fruit did not seem very fresh and appeared to have been refrigerated and served again the following day. Since breakfast is an additional charge, I personally do not think it is necessary based on the overall quality. For future stays, I would probably skip the hotel breakfast and instead grab a coffee and a croissant from a nearby café or supermarket, which would be a more cost-effective option. Overall, this is a practical and comfortable hotel with great value for money, especially for business travelers who prioritize convenience and location. 整體而言，這間飯店的 CP 值很高，住宿體驗令人滿意，沒有什麼特別需要抱怨的地方。 對商務旅客來說，最大的優點是地點非常方便，距離我的客戶所在地很近，節省了不少通勤時間。飯店周邊也有超市，日常採買相當便利。 房間設備齊全，備有吹風機，並提供免費瓶裝水，包括氣泡水和一般礦泉水，對旅客來說十分貼心。 早餐方面，我認為表現中規中矩，但沒有特別驚艷。尤其是水果的新鮮度有待加強，感覺像是前一天未食用完畢後冷藏保存，隔天再次提供。由於早餐需要額外加購，以整體品質來看，我個人認為沒有太大的必要。 下次入住時，我可能會選擇到附近的咖啡店買杯咖啡，或是在超市購買可頌等簡單早餐，會是更符合需求且更具性價比的選擇。 整體來說，這是一間實用且舒適的飯店，特別適合以商務需求為主、重視地理位置與便利性的旅客。

I needed to rest and the place was just the best. It’s very clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing and ENGLISH is spoken. The only sad part for me was walking 15 minutes to the tram stop and I recently had a major surgery, but for normal physique the distance should be fine. I enjoyed and loved my 4 night stay there!

The positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice. The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage. The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.

I really liked the Columbus Hotel. It's just a few minutes' walk from Grzegorzki train station, which is the next stop after the main station Rynek, coming from the airport. I was in a twin room with a balcony, bathtub, fridge, complimentary water, toiletries. Lovely, bright and clean, comfy beds and nice bedding. Breakfast was delicious. The scrambled egg and little sausages were so tasty. The cakes were lovely with coffee afterwards. Also cereal, meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and breads and juices. Lovely and quiet, never heard a sound from other guests in their rooms. A real calm and relaxed vibe. There's also an outdoor seating area and a shop across the road. The tram stops are just to the side and are so easy and frequent. Ticket machines are at the stop, or you can pay on board. Don't forget to validate your ticket. Great base for exploring the Jewish quarter and ghetto, Schindler Factory Museum and don't miss the Plaszow guided tour, a highlight so far. Tram 3 and 24 takes you there from outside hotel and coats 4 zlotys. They are in the process of building a museum there, so it's going to be much busier in the future. Go now while its not as well known. I would definitely return to Columbus hotel, an excellent choice, enjoy!

Located right in the heart of the old town, it was very convenient for visiting tourist attractions. However, it was noisy outside, which made it a bit difficult to sleep at night. The hotel was aware of this, so earplugs were provided as amenities. I was concerned about the weak water pressure in the shower. The room itself was fine!

Great location with convenient parking. There's a tram stop right outside the hotel, making it super easy to get to the Old Town. Plus, there are convenience stores nearby. The room was comfortable and even more spacious than a typical Ibis, which was a pleasant surprise! 👍👍👍 It would be absolutely perfect if they added a mini-fridge. 🥰 Highly recommend! 🌹

This is a nice small apartment. The kitchen has a saucepan and frying pan with a few utensils, which are enough for basic cooking. The fridge is handy. The shower is warm and has good pressure. The air conditioning works. I was on the top floor. There's a lift. I had a balcony overlooking the cemetery. The basement has a washing machine but I didn't try it. It's about a 12 minute walk to Krakov Glowny station. From there, it's about 10 minutes to the main square and another 20 minutes to the old town. Communication with the property owner was good and generally fast. Contrary to the Trip listing (May 2026), this apartment has no front desk. As I later read in a review, it's self check-in. Unfortunately, the instructions weren't sent to me. I called the property when I was there and they sent them via WhatsApp. Make sure you have the instructions before you go! I wasted time trying to use the QR code on the front door. This is not for the apartment. I wanted to extend my stay but the property was booked. I left my water bottle behind. The owner arranged for the service staff to meet me the following day to return it.

Centrally located in the old town and like a block away from the town center square (see pic). I arrived really early at like 8am and the reception guy allowed me to leave my bag before I came back after a full day of travels for check in. Now that I’ve covered quite a few smallish European cities I’d say when a hotel says it’s near old town it can mean either it’s close to places you can take pictures and eat but It can also mean there is absolutely no means of public transport apart from uber/bolt simply because the city is not planned in a way that allows trams or buses to cut thru. Bear that in mind.
