Wszyscy pracownicy byli bardzo przyjaźni i włożyli dla mnie wiele wysiłku, mimo że nie mówiłem po angielsku. Znajduje się w spokojnej okolicy, 20 minut spacerem od dworca Termini. Cały hotel jest sprzątany codziennie i jest czysty. Istnieją dwie toalety publiczne, ale tylko jedna ma zamykane drzwi. Teraz wypływa ciepła woda

Personel tutaj jest bardzo przyjazny i pomocny. Zapomnieliśmy torby w stołówce w pobliżu hostelu, a kiedy nawiązaliśmy kontakt, natychmiast przyszli, aby ją zabrać i zabezpieczyć dla nas, dopóki nie wrócimy. Bardzo to doceniam. Lokalizacja była świetna. Blisko wszystkich pociągów, metra i dworca autobusowego. Okolica jest również bardzo cicha. Wysoce zalecane.

The hotel is near The Vatican Museum and walking distance from the drop off location of the bus from Fiumicino airport and Ottaviano train station. So many restaurants around the hotel. Everything you need is just walking distance around it. Our room is beautifully prepared. We love the chandelier and the bed and the water pressure in the bathroom. Everyone in the hotel we met is friendly. The rooms are secured even the hotel itself is secured. We will definitely stay here again should we return to Rome.

FFawad Traveller UKFrom the moment we arrived at Fabulous Village in Rome, we were genuinely impressed. As soon as you enter the property, you are welcomed by extremely professional, respectful, and friendly security staff. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the reception team was very helpful. They took the time to explain all the facilities available and even shared how magical and dream-like the place becomes during the summer months which honestly made us want to come back again! We were assigned House **147**, and I must say, it completely exceeded our expectations. For the very reasonable and justified price we paid, what we got was unbelievable. The accommodation included **three bunk beds and one double bed**, which was perfect and very spacious. The kitchen was decent and well-equipped with everything you might need, the toilet was clean and well-maintained, and the additional heating was fantastic especially appreciated during cooler weather. Overall, I am more than satisfied with the stay and felt the value for money was outstanding. That said, there is **one area that really needs improvement**, and I’m confident we are not the only guests who’ve faced this issue: the **laundry service**. While it’s good that laundry facilities are available, they are **painfully expensive** (€5 for 30 minutes of washing and €4.50 for 35 minutes of drying), and unfortunately, the instructions are very unclear and difficult to follow. Because of this lack of guidance, it’s very easy to make a mistake — and if you do, the machine simply resets, keeps your money, and does not return it. In our case, we put our clothes in the machine, paid €5 for the wash, and it started correctly. Due to the unclear instructions, we assumed we needed to insert the €4.50 in advance so that the dryer would start automatically after washing. We did so but the machine did nothing and still took our money. When we went to reception, only security was available (it was 23:38), and they informed us that nothing could be done until morning. Unfortunately, we had to check out before 06:00, so we never got our €4.50 back. Aside from this laundry issue, everything else about Fabulous Village was excellent from the staff and accommodation to the overall atmosphere. With clearer instructions and better handling of laundry-related issues, this place would easily be close to perfect. **Highly recommended**, and I would absolutely stay here again — hopefully next time in summer! 🌞✨

GGuest UserIn general the we had a grate stay, staff were really friendly and kind and the room was clean. We were in room 100 so really close to the front desk and starting from 7am we could hear gardeners using leaf blowers non stop for like 3 hours and it was hard to get a rest, also if your going in spring or winter take warm clothes because the rooms are cold. The pool is really nice and the location is grate if you don’t mind taking the bus, there is also a massive super market with grate prices in front of it.

AAnonymous UserMy overall experience was fantastic! The location is great, with plenty of shops nearby and all the attractions within walking distance. The common areas and restaurant are well-decorated and equipped. The hotel's restaurant serves delicious set menus at good prices, and I highly recommend the roasted potatoes at the buffet. The staff were all incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. The beds are large with curtains for excellent privacy. My only minor complaints are that turning over in bed or pulling the curtains creates a lot of noise, and the sensor lights in the bathroom automatically turn off. Other than that, it was a superb experience!

SSakshi II had a really pleasant stay at Free Hostels Roma. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The service was smooth and well-organized, and everything felt comfortable and welcoming. GGuest UserFantastic stay at Villa Aurora rooms whilst I was in Rome. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. Fully functional air conditioning (rather than those temperamental units in other places) really was a joy to come back to during the heat of a Rome summer. But so far, I've just commented on some features of the room, rather than my experience here. What will endure in my memory as I look back was the warm, classically no-nonsense Italian hospitality I had from Donatella. Throughout my time here, she made sure I was well looked after with room cleaning, bottled water, towels etc. But I most appreciate her assistance in terms of local knowledge. Local knowledge such as a good seafood restaurant , ”Trattoria del pesce” just down the road (which happens to also be in the Michelin guide); such as to not miss out on the Baths of Caracalla; and perhaps more trivially, but arguably also essential, where to do my laundry! Thank you so much for making my stay here such a pleasure Donatella, and for adding both a new Italian word and outlook to my vocabulary - ”tranquilo”.

AAnonymous UserIt was okay. This was the first hotel we stayed at in Rome, and we later realized that hotels in this price range are all pretty similar. If you're traveling with kids, I'd recommend bringing your own sheets and pajamas, as the quality is comparable to a budget hotel chain like Home Inn in China. For those who are out and about all day and don't spend much time in their room, this could be a suitable option.

GGuest UserThis is the cheapest hotel with walking distance to The Colosseum. The downside is that the rooms don't have keys, so anyone can get in, albeit unlikely. The locker is outside the room and you have to bring your own padlock, so keeping your belongings would be tricky. But hey, I assume if you book this hotel you won't bring a lot of things, so all things considered, this hotel is great for it's price.
