Absolutely loved my stay at aparto Florence Manifattura! The modern apartments are spacious, clean, and super comfy—perfect for a short or long trip. Location is spot-on, just a quick tram ride from the city center and close to cool spots like the Cascine Park. Staff were friendly and helpful, checking us in smoothly and even giving tips on local eats. Facilities like the gym, laundry, and communal kitchen made everything easy. Felt right at home in Florence—highly recommend! 5 stars

Place is beyond.. beautiful old convent. Room is large, confy bed, powerful hot shower. Kitchen and common area is huge and beyond just functional. Loved it. PS I am not selfie, photo ******. Regretted not taking pictures as it is really beautiful.

Struttura ottima per la posizione, bellissima vista su Talamone, pulita e ben organizzata. Il mare è stato una grande delusione, acqua torbida, bagnoasciuga inesistente perché ricoperto da montagne di alghe. Alla reception mi hanno fatto pagare la tassa di soggiorno a un prezzo maggiore rispetto alla somma che il giorno prima mi avevano detto.

The hostel itself was clean and well located, no complaints about that. But the girl at the reception was extremely rude. On the day of check-in, she was standing with another girl at the counter — when I asked if I could check in, she just said “no,” and they both laughed. When I asked what was wrong, they rolled their eyes and said it was “just a joke.” On the day of check-out, I wanted to leave my luggage until the evening to explore the city. For the first time in 15 years of traveling, I’ve encountered a place where you can’t store your bags for free — you have to book paid luggage storage online. My card was declined by their website, so I politely asked if I could pay in cash or what I should do instead. She simply said “no,” turned away, and started helping other guests. Usually, hotel staff try to assist travelers and offer some kind of solution, but this kind of attitude was truly disappointing.

Wszystko było doskonałe, bez zarzutu. Pomieszczenia wspólne były wygodne i dobrze wyposażone, a do dyspozycji gości była również przestrzeń wspólna na świeżym powietrzu. W pobliżu znajdował się supermarket z bardzo przystępnymi cenowo zestawami kanapek, serów i napojów. Spełnili wszystkie moje drobne prośby (ciągle gubiłem klucz do pokoju, a ostatecznie dali mi trzy, dziękuję!) i zaoferowali bezpłatną przechowalnię bagażu. Jedynym minusem jest lokalizacja; jest trochę daleko od dworca kolejowego i popularnych atrakcji, co wymaga 30-minutowego spaceru lub dojazdu pociągiem lub autobusem. Najbliższa stacja kolejowa znajduje się jednak po drugiej stronie ulicy. *Pobliskie autobusy często się spóźniają, ale nie sądzę, żeby to był problem z zakwaterowaniem. *Zdjęcia pokoi są takie same, jak te zamieszczone na stronie internetowej.

Mmalsuryc138Cleanliness: Bed linen provided are average, bed sheet have small holes on it. Location: Right next to the nearest train station, very convenient if you take trains. Service: Self-service check in, but staff are friendly and keen to help. Ammenities: Each bedspace has a USB Type A and Type C power outlet but they SUCK. Power outlets are very limited and are located in inconvenient positions. The lockers are typical a&o ones, noisy and poorly designed, as you need to pull out the entire drawer before opening it, with wide gaps. Also, don't open the windows or you'll be disturbed by mosquitoes all night.

MMaria MDAmazing stay. 10 min drive to a parking in the City Center in Florence. Kids loved it, they were tired of hotels, this is a tiny house, lots of families around, camper vans, playground, shop, pool, laundry. The tiny house is super clean, spotless, probably brand new. Very efficient, well organised. We took a premium one, it is already not large for a family. Spotless linen and towels, all duvets were sealed in a bag, looks dry cleaned, fresh. All tableware, cooking ware and cutlery provided. Air conditioner in both rooms, mosquito nets, proper water pressure and hot water. Very nice attentive staff. We checking late in the evening, which was a plus for us, we saw a checking queue in the morning it looked very long. All the best to this place and the team!

汉汉堡啊啊啊啊I'd definitely book this hostel again! The rooms and facilities are fantastic, and the front desk service was excellent. I met some great international friends here. The only minor drawback is that the window soundproofing isn't great, so you can hear outside noises clearly. But hey, we chatted late into the night anyway, haha! And by 9 AM, you'll start hearing traffic. If you bring earplugs, it's a perfect 10! Also, it seems like this place hosts student groups; I saw a large group checking in as I was leaving. If you can avoid those times, it's a great spot! Location-wise, no worries – it's only a 10-minute walk, and for young people, Florence is a small city, so it's not an issue at all!!!

During the off-season, it wasn't full, with only 2-3 people per night, so it was very quiet. Service: The staff (young lady) was very nice. They offered a complimentary drink upon check-in and free pasta in the evening. The atmosphere in the evenings was particularly great.

GGuest UserI stayed at Safestay Pisa Centrale during my solo trip. Overall, my experience was mixed. On the plus side, the location is great: the hostel is conveniently located near public transport and the city's main attractions, which makes getting around and sightseeing easy. However, there are significant downsides. They only accept cash, which was inconvenient – especially for me as a traveler from Russia without a foreign bank card. Also, there are no keys for the luggage lockers, so I felt uneasy leaving my belongings without extra security. Another drawback is the lack of towels, which also lowers the overall comfort level. In conclusion, this place is suitable if location is your priority, but you should be prepared for the conditions beforehand.

AAnonymous UserThe location is perfect 👍🏻 very close to all the beautiful places in the historic part of the city! Please make sure that you check in online prior arrival to avoid extra charges. It’s easy and takes around 2-3 minutes of your time. The front desk staff speaks English very well. The rooms are spacious with 2 fans for comfortable sleep at night and huge lockers to store your belongings securely (the key provided by check in and it’s included in the price). There are comfortable beds with clean bed sheets and a decent pillow. Bring your own towel though, or you need to pay for one at the front desk. The bathroom is modern but not clean enough to give 5 stars. Also, there is toilet paper but no soap. As for the kitchen, it’s partially equipped, cooking might be a bit challenging but has a big modern fridge. There is a spacious dine in area and you can enjoy your meal in the garden outside. Overall, it was a nice stay for me, thank you very much!

GGoh Wee SiongFantastic location — just a short walk from Firenze SMN train station and all the main attractions like the Duomo and Uffizi Gallery. The staff were super friendly and always smiling, giving great local recommendations. The atmosphere was warm and social, with fun evening events and a cozy common area to relax or meet other travelers. The room and bathroom were clean, and the breakfast was simple but nice. The room had a slight damp smell and the air circulation wasn’t great, so it could feel a bit humid at night.

FFionFionIt was a very pleasant stay, although I didn't get to spend much time in the hotel as I was just in Florence for one night, breakfast was nice with variety of choices, staff were friendly and can speak English, room was clean, AC was working perfectly, everything including the duomo was in walkable distance (only like 10 mins walk to the duomo). I had to leave the room key to the reception everytime I leave the hotel which felt a bit strange at first, however apparently this is a norm there as my brothers who were staying at another hotel at the time had to do the same as well. Last but not least, you can have a fantastic view of the city at rooftop of hotel, especially nice to see the sunrise! Will definitely stay here again, highly recommended!
