Proszę poprosić o suszarkę do włosów z lady.

Stayed at Harper Boutique Hotel and had a great experience. The location is very strategic, easy access to the city area and also convenient to the airport. The hotel is directly opposite Imago Shopping Mall, which made everything super convenient for shopping, food, and daily needs. The room price is also very reasonable for the location. Overall, a comfortable stay with good value for money.
The location is perfect and the check in/ out process is very smooth. There’s only one problem that annoyed us was the doors and the windows in our room caused a very loud noise whenever strong wind outside. Perhaps we stayed in Level 7, lower level might won’t face this kind of noises I think? But overall is good for the cleanliness. The room environment also good since they refurbished their hotel. The view from our room are superb!

Receptionists were nice and helpful, AC worked and there was hot water available. Location is great. That's about everything good I can say about our room.
The room was worn down. Only one out of five sockets worked, TV was broken and remote was nowhere to be found. We had cockroaches running all around the room, beds and even us when we were sleeping. Linen probably hasn't been washed often as we had bed bugs. Every morning started by counting how many new bite marks we have got during the night. Whole three days there was no room cleaning.

I recently stayed at this hotel. The check-in time was stated as 2:00 pm, but I arrived around 10:00 am and politely requested an early check-in. Unfortunately, my request was declined.
In terms of cleanliness, some areas were quite dusty. There was noticeable dust under the bed, and no room slippers were provided.
On the positive side, the location is very good. The hotel is close to many attractions and convenient for getting around.
I have stayed in hotels in Japan, Hong Kong, and China before, and compared to those experiences, I felt that the amount I paid here was not worth the service provided. If the hotel could improve cleanliness and service- especially considering the higher cash deposit -it would make the stay much better...
Bardzo dobry

AAnonymous UserSuperb vendor! The description was spot on! I couldn't be happier with my acquisition.
This vendor has earned my utmost respect; they are proficient and their goods are first-rate.
TTom EvtimovOne of the best solution for quit hotel outside of city if you have or rent car. The room is huge, all is new and very comfortable. The stuff is great and friendly. Also there is restaurant inside and supermarket near. Laundry machines 10 meters near hotel. Highly recommend to stay for visiting many Sabah places - 1 hour for mount Kinabalu, 1 hour Kota Marudu, 30 min to river cruises, from 15 min Kota Belud, and 1 hour for KK if you want go there (don’t know for what).
Definitely great hotel for families or couples with romantic view and the best price 👍
MMindelaiThe hotel is a very beautiful and charming place.
I booked this room mainly because can see the stunning Golden Mountain view directly at dawn.
It gets quite cold at night, and the mornings are pleasantly cool.
The restaurant food is good, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
The only downsides are that there are a few insects at the mountaintop, which is understandable, and the soundproofing of the room isn’t great—after 10 p.m., noise from people outside can still be heard clearly.
YyoumeiyouThis hotel is suitable for an overnight stay if you're catching an early flight after a Kinabatangan River cruise. The room was a bit dark, but everything else was fine. It has a cabin-style vibe with a small garden and a tiny pool. As for breakfast, it's just like a standard budget hotel breakfast, so don't expect too much. The staff were very enthusiastic.
The nearby Rainforest Discovery Centre (RDC) is very close and worth a visit, and you can also book a night tour there. As for the Sun Bear Conservation Centre and the Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre, honestly, only go if you're really bored and have money to spare! Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform) really misleads people; anyone who goes will regret it. Once you've been, you'll truly understand the quality of the zoos back home.
The Sun Bear Centre just cages a few bears. The orangutan centre is no different: everyone sits in a glass enclosure watching a group of monkeys (not orangutans!) eat bananas and vegetables on an outdoor platform – basically watching them ”mukbang.” Then you watch a few orangutans ”mukbang” on another open-air platform. We couldn't bear to watch it. After seeing how wild animals live on the Kinabatangan River, these scenes were just unbearable.
GGuest UserPrior to making the reservation, I had reviewed numerous negative online comments, primarily concerning issues with the air-conditioning and bathroom facilities. As a result, I contacted the hotel directly to seek clarification. The front desk staff assured me that I would be allocated a room without such problems and stated that it was designated for foreign guests and had not received any complaints. Relying on this assurance, I proceeded to book a twin-bed room.
Upon check-in, we were required to carry our luggage to the third floor due to the absence of an elevator, and no assistance was offered by the staff. Although the room layout was acceptable, it was poorly maintained, with visible damage to the headboard.
On the third evening, after returning to the hotel during heavy rain, we discovered that the shower was not functioning properly, with no water supply initially and only minimal cold water later. Despite being informed that a technician would attend to the matter at 11:00 p.m., no assistance was provided even after 11:25 p.m. Subsequently, the air-conditioning unit began leaking water.
When I requested a room change, the staff initially declined, citing a lack of availability. Only after I insisted on speaking to the manager or owner was a replacement room, free from these issues, finally provided.
I am extremely disappointed with this hotel, as it is evident that management has failed to take previous guest feedback seriously or implement necessary improvements despite repeated online complaints.
GGuest UserWe booked a dorm room with 2 beds and they said that I only booked 1 room, when the booking said 2 adults and I had paid for 2 people so that didn’t get off to the best start. Laundry is absolutely extortionate, charging per item , one of the local home stays did our washing for 5th of the price. Staff said they would have to charge he to use the Phin to call a hospital. Food portions are small and dorms aren’t the cleanest, didn’t have our dorm cleaned or bin emptied once throughout our 3 night stay. Only 1 fan for a room for 6 people so it’s absolutely boiling at night. Pool could do with being cleaned a bit with loads of floating bugs. Setting is nice to be in the jungle but could do with some improvements, maybe starting off with welcoming customer service.
AAnonymous UserThe location is quite convenient, and there is ample free parking available. The outdoor environment is pleasant, well-maintained, and clean, making it a nice place to relax. There is also a BBQ pit provided, although guests need to bring their own utensils and ingredients.
One downside is that there is no refrigerator in the room. The bed makes some slight noise, but it is still acceptable for a short stay. The room also comes with a small balcony, which is great for enjoying the night view.
Check-in and check-out are quick and hassle-free. An ironing board is available at the reception area, and a hairdryer can be borrowed upon request.
Overall, considering the price, it offers very good value for money.
TTrippingtheuniverseSemporna is an interesting place to visit, with several islands surrounded by coral reefs for snorkeling and diving, more beautiful than many other snorkeling spots worldwide. Staying at this hostel instead of moving to an island resort is a good way to budget. And not only that, the fish market in Semporna is the most incredible one I have seen, seafood like lobsters, large shrimps, crabs so fresh, not even the one at Kota Kinabalu can be compared good as it was too. The DZ hostel lady staff was very helpful and can arrange for island trips at a reasonable price. The dorms are separated into boys and girls, something I truly appreciate. The bathrooms faced the afternoon sun, so they were dried easily and kept clean. Laundry by machine was offered free, a super plus for swimmers. The hostel also offered local Malay snack food for breakfast, and coffee or tea were always available. To be honest, it's a good budget place to stay while splurging on the island tours. It's a bit sad that no cooking is allowed here, even though there was a kitchen. Sad because the seafood mentioned above was so available. The facade of the building is nothing to boast about, and like many places, the external (streets, pavement, eyc) can be a mess. That should not deter visiting this part of the world mainly because the sea in this area is astoundingly replenished with marine life.
RRon31aOverall the trip is quite nice, only the fan can be squeaky, but air conditioning works fine, bathroom is okay, only the water heater knob can be sometimes not functioning. Parking space can be find easily
