Ogólnie pobyt był w porządku, obsługa nie była zła, mieliśmy problemy z klimatyzacją, a personel próbował pomóc, ale ostatecznie nie był w stanie ich rozwiązać. Dostaliśmy inny pokój, ale problem pozostał. Całą noc było bardzo gorąco, ale pokój i toaleta były czyste. Pokój nie jest zbyt duży, ale w sam raz na jedną noc, bardzo blisko dworca Gare du Nord.

Love this hotel very much. Except the breathtaking view is true to the pictures online, also the attentive service from the reception and housekeeping. Dinner at the hotel is suggested reserving first(they sent email to remind me to do so) and the food and the waitress is nice. They also have a snack bar and swimsuits for purchase. The room design and color tone is really relaxing and functional. The hot tubs outside is so good not only for photos but also for soothing and relaxing the body. Recommend for staying 1-2 nights here during the whole trip.

Good stay considering its location. Clean, decent sized room, and have all the necessary amenities. Would stay again if I were to revisit the area.

Easy to find as it is directly off the ring road and near Hofn. The room is spacious and has lots of parking spaces. Check in was exceptionally fast.

Hotel jest obok hydrauliki, łatwe dojazd do hydrauliki, hygiena jest czysta, ogrzewanie musi być otwarte trochę dłużej, aby wystarczyć. obsługa prania w hotelu wymaga zarezerwowania przed 5:00. Byliśmy późno, nie mogliśmy umyć się. Hotel ma usługę aurora. Ale śniadanie i kolacja są zwyczajne. Może nie jemy białych.

The hotel was in a good location, and breakfast was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we booked this place to use the hot tubs and when we arrived they weren’t filled. I called reception twice to have someone check out the issue but nobody ever came. It was really unfortunate since we had gotten caught in the wind and rain so our bones felt frozen. I decided to have a bath instead but the tub couldn’t hold water haha it was a series of unfortunate events.

L'hotel si trova in posizione isolata nella campagna vicino il paese di hvosollur. C'è un ristorante all'interno con prezzi in linea con l'Islanda. La mattina c'è un ottima colazione a buffet con dolce e salato. La stanza era pulita e ben riscaldata. Ottimo per chi ama la natura, serve un auto per raggiungerlo.

Room is 1/4 of a big cottage. It is enough spacious and the desk is large enough. Hair drier is good and can make strong wind. Shampoo, glass kettle are provided. Breakfast is excellent and has wide varieties. Food are hot. Aurora can be seen outside of the cottage.

Facilities: Very good, the heating was excellent. No elevator though. Hygiene: Clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. Environment: Great location, right by the sea with ocean views. Service: The front desk manager was very welcoming and thoughtful during check-in, even helping guests with their luggage. However, the housekeeping department was poor. They unauthorizedly opened and discarded items that guests had left behind in their room.
