Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, nie jest źle. Lokalizacja hotelu jest dobra, te miejsca są bardzo blisko. Jednak Wi-Fi jest fatalne, nawet korzystając z ich Wi-Fi lub własnego łącza, nadal nie mogę go dobrze połączyć. Poza tym widok na morze był w porządku, chociaż nadal jestem rozczarowany, że widok na morze będzie bardzo blisko hotelu, ale w rzeczywistości jest to nadal odległość. Dodatkowo śniadanie było w porządku, nic specjalnego, menu prawie codziennie takie samo.

Hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby malls Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon. The breakfast menu is somewhat limited, but it is still satisfactory. The room soundproofing could be improved, as conversations from outside can occasionally be heard. Overall, it’s a good choice for travelers looking for an affordable stay.

We stayed here for a family trip and overall it was a decent experience. The room was averagely clean and acceptable for a short stay. Basic amenities were provided, and everything was functioning properly. The overall environment of the hotel was okay, but the property feels a little old and could benefit from some renovation or upgrading. However, it was still comfortable enough for our family to rest after a long day out. In general, it’s suitable for families who are looking for a simple and practical place to stay, though not luxury.

this is my second stay here..will always be my frst choice if i’m in penang..love the hospitality,cleanliness and the strategic place…easy access to the beach and many choices of food nearby..

Lokalizacja: Ta lokalizacja jest naprawdę znakomita. Widok na morze był niesamowity. W pobliżu są stragany z jedzeniem. Usługi: Przyjechałem późno w nocy, żeby się zameldować. Recepcjonistka nie była zbyt pomocna i niewiele wyjaśniała. Pojawiły się problemy ze śniadaniem – nagle okazało się, że w moim pokoju nie ma śniadania, mimo że zapłaciliśmy za nie razem podczas rezerwacji. Próbowałem wyjaśnić to kierownikowi działu gastronomicznego w Indiach, ale początkowo odmówił mi zaufania i poprosił, żebym poszedł do lobby. Dziękuję panu Vincentowi, za szczere przeprosiny ze strony systemu. Do kierownika działu gastronomicznego w Indiach: musisz nauczyć się szczerze przepraszać pana Vincenta i nabrać trochę kultury, bo słyszałem, że źle wypowiadasz się o innych klientach. Jedzenie: Niewielki wybór, ale jedzenie było dobre. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, wrócę tu w przyszłości i życzę sobie, żeby obsługa była o wiele lepsza. Dziękuję

If you want to enjoy the beautiful beach, facilities and hospitality of a 5 star hotel you get the right choice of Hard Rock Hotel Penang. The hotel is far away from downtown where the attractions and fantastic street food are located. The room is comfortable and I got a free upgrade to a sea view room. My partner slept well but not me because the pillow of mine is lumpy, felt like it had clumps of filling. Overall I am satisfied with my stay in Hard Rock and had some good times.

Wszystko jest w porządku, tylko że znaleźliśmy szczura w salonie, który szukał jedzenia 😅 Myślę, że wyszedł z toalety, a drzwi toalety mają ogromną szczelinę, więc myślę, że to przez nią. Ale na zewnątrz hotelu jest pięknie, jak na Bali. Naprawdę podoba mi się ogródek i kawiarnia Biru Biru

To hotel położony tuż przy plaży. Jest tam plaża, na której dzieci mogą pływać i bawić się. To idealne miejsce dla rodzin. Lubię usiąść przy restauracji, aby podziwiać zachód słońca i zrelaksować się. Restauracja serwuje śniadania, ale niezbyt urozmaicone. Obok znajduje się przyjazny basen dla dzieci. Obok basenu znajduje się siłownia. Z siłowni roztacza się widok na morze, ale wybór sprzętu jest ograniczony. Sala na wzgórzu jest przestronna i czysta. Znajduje się jednak blisko głównej drogi, więc w środku nocy słychać hałas samochodów. Personel jest bardzo przyjazny i miły. Jeśli lubisz lokalne jedzenie, w odległości spaceru znajduje się lokalny food court. Jest tam duży wybór i pyszne jedzenie.

Great hospitality and service throughout my stay in Penang Amari Spice Hotel. Upon arrival, the reception team kindly upgraded me to a Premier King room without any request, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant scent—everything was excellent. I would like to express my utmost appreciation to the midnight team on 21/03/2026. During our stay, my friend suddenly fell seriously ill during midnight . We attempted to call emergency services (999), but unfortunately were unable to get through to the nearby general hospital immediately. The situation was critical, and waiting another 10–20 minutes could have put my friend’s life at risk. Thankfully, the Penang Amari hotel team acted swiftly and professionally. They followed up with us, and the female manager along with the guy management team arrived promptly to assess the situation. They provided immediate support and helped arrange transportation to the nearest hospital, ensuring we arrived within 10 minutes. Thanks to their quick response and care, my friend’s life was saved. And even after check out they still texting us to concern on the guest safety. We are deeply grateful for their kindness, efficiency, and dedication during such a critical moment.
