Hotele Beach w: Krabi Province, Thailand

Stay on 8/5/2026 The location was great, very close to the beach. The room itself was okay and comfortable enough for our stay even it old concept. However, we requested a queen bed but were given two single beds instead, which was quite disappointing. We were also placed in the room at the very end, and the view outside the room was not pleasant at all. There were piles of thing with unfinished construction materials, and rubber pipes scattered around, making the area look messy and poorly maintained. Even though we only stayed for one night and not even a full 24 hours, but we paid because we simply wanted the experience of staying near the beach. Guests should still be treated properly regardless of how long they stay. I also don’t understand why guests would be placed in a room facing an unfinished work area with construction materials right outside the stairs. I understand the hotel may have been fully booked and changing rooms might not have been possible, but at least maintain the area better before assigning guests to that room. The staff service was also disappointing. One of the female staff members seemed unfriendly and gave us the feeling that she judged us based on our appearance because we had just come back from the beach and went straight to check-in after checking out from our previous hotel. The way she treated us felt unwelcoming bcs she pass us to another staff & she happily treat next guest bcs they are same nationalities. Unfair Overall, the location is a plus, but the service and room experience could definitely be improved. We abbsolutely loved staying here. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The resort has it’s own private beach which is great! We also enjoyed the food here. They have pretty diverse food options for breakfast and excellent service!

There is breakfast, it is a case, the environment is very good, very feeling, very quiet, the beach is beautiful, the sunset is super beautiful, the hotel rents a motorcycle is very convenient, 250 plants solve the traffic problem one day.

I absolutely loved my stay at this beach resort in Krabi—it was absolutely perfect in every way. The scenery here is breathtakingly beautiful, with turquoise waters, golden sand, and stunning limestone cliffs all around. The beach itself is incredibly clean, well-maintained, and simply gorgeous; I couldn’t have asked for a nicer spot to relax by the ocean. The best part by far is the resort’s swimming pool, which is actually the largest pool in Thailand. We spent so much time there and had the best time swimming, laughing, and enjoying the water—it was so much fun. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. The staff were kind, helpful, and attentive to every need. Overall, everything was flawless. We had an incredible time in Thailand, and this resort made our trip even more wonderful. I can’t recommend it enough!

What an incredible place! We’re staying at the Twin Lotus Resort & Spa (adults-only during this season) on Koh Lanta, and we couldn’t be happier. The location is fantastic: it’s right on Klong Dao Beach, a super long stretch of beautiful white sand. Even at low tide, it’s all soft sand—no rocks or coral to worry about. In the mornings, it’s pure bliss to walk for miles along the shoreline with the calm sea and peaceful atmosphere. Absolutely lovely. The resort itself is spectacular. Surrounded by tall palm trees and lush tropical gardens, it feels like a real oasis of calm. No kids around (strictly adults only), so you can truly breathe in the peace and tranquility—perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The infinity pool is stunning, positioned right in front of the beach with comfy sun loungers and high-quality towels. You can spend the whole day switching between the pool, the sea, and a shady spot under the palms… heaven! The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive—always smiling, super helpful, and the service is top-notch. Breakfast is excellent with a great variety and everything tastes delicious. In general, the food at the resort restaurants is really good, both in quality and presentation. Honestly, it’s rated as 4 stars, but in terms of experience, it outshines many 5-star places we’ve stayed at before. I have no idea why it doesn’t have 5 stars officially—it’s spotless, beautifully maintained, and the overall vibe is just perfect. If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing spot on Koh Lanta, don’t hesitate—come to Twin Lotus Resort & Spa. You won’t regret it for a second. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Room Upgrade & Design: I was upgraded to a newly renovated room, and it was stunning! The design is very beautiful, featuring a minimalist style with warm wooden tones. I was very impressed with the room itself. The only minor drawback for guests seeking absolute quiet is the soundproofing of the front door, which is a little thin. You can still hear some noise from people walking past in the hallway. Exceptional Staff: The service from the staff was outstanding. Hardy, Kik, and Cream were all wonderful, providing excellent and very friendly service. A special mention also goes to Lusho at the breakfast restaurant. He took excellent care of me, always ready to recommend dishes and answer any questions we had about the food—just ask him anything you need! Location: The location is superb! It's just a short 7-minute walk to Ao Nang beach and very close to the night market, restaurants, and a 7-Eleven. Facilities: • Spa: The hotel spa is fantastic! I had the aroma massage for 850 THB, and it was excellent—both muscle and mind felt completely relaxed. The calming natural sounds, especially with the rain falling during my session, made it incredibly soothing. • Fitness & Pool: The fitness center is well-equipped, and the swimming pool is lovely. Overall: This is the perfect place for a relaxing, no-stress vacation. The food is good, the location is excellent (close to the beach and nearby restaurants), and the facilities are comprehensive. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning!

This hotel is really a treasure~ The scenery is great~ The beach is fine and free of garbage, and there are many crabs~ It is suitable for digging sand and walking. The coast is flat and you can swim. There are cats, birds, fish and monkeys in the hotel~ The only thing is that the transportation is not too convenient~ It is suitable to drive or drive a motorcycle~

This was my first time staying at a hotel with traditional Thai architecture, like what you’d see in palaces and temples, and it was such a cool experience. The room was totally worth the price, clean, tidy, and pretty spacious for just me traveling alone. The vibe of the place is peaceful and perfect for relaxing, yet it’s only a few steps away from the beach! There’s also a swimming pool which is great for families and kids friendly. Plus, there's a local night market not too far away, which was great to check out. The breakfast here was spot on, and the staff were all so nice and helpful. Overall, I had an amazing time and would definitely come back again! 😍
