Zatrzymaliśmy się tylko na jedną noc, ale było lepiej niż się spodziewaliśmy! Pokój jest czysty, a łóżka wygodne. Z wyjątkiem hałasu samolotu, bo hotel jest blisko lotniska, ale ogólnie pobyt był bardzo udany, biorąc pod uwagę cenę. Zjedliśmy kolację w pobliskim hotelu Ibis, a pizza była pyszna!

Pros: The hotel is new and very beautiful. The room was cozy, clean, and modern. The bed was very comfortable — soft bedding and great pillows made for an excellent sleep. The front desk staff were polite, helpful, and very friendly. Good soundproofing. There's convenient parking right at the hotel (18 euros per night). Cons: The airport shuttle only starts at 6:30 AM, and we had an early flight, so we had to park the car at a different location where 24/7 transfers were available. It was surprising that a hotel of this level didn’t provide basic amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers, or even a small hygiene kit. This really didn’t match the otherwise high standard of the hotel.

Ottimo hotel, locato in una posizione vicina all’aeroporto di Zaventem, i ragazzi della reception sono tutti cordiali e gentili, c’è la possibilità di eseguire anche il check-in anticipato pagando 20€, ha il suo parcheggio interrato e anche all’aperto volendo con colonnine per auto elettriche. Le stanze internamente sono molto spaziose e moderne, con letti comodi e confortevoli. Sicuramente ci tornerò !!

Nie ma żadnej drzwi w łazience, a szkło nie jest prywatne. Ale hotel jest w dobrym miejscu i umiejscowieniu, łatwy do parkowania, w dzielnicy Bejian, do działu miejskiego i ogrodu roślinnego, przez tunele i lasy, przez Uniwersytet Ruth, do zamku Alenberg.

Booked this room due to having an early flight the day after in Brussels airport. It did not disappoint! The hotel has a parking and is located very close to the airport. The staff is very friendly and efficient. This hotel is actually much cheaper than all the other airport hotels in Brussels, while offering a service as good or even better.

The major positive aspect is the walking-distance proximity with the airport terminal. The rooms are also fairly spacious. The service is not exceptional, but it’s not inadequate either, rather middle of the road. However, the rooms are in need of some attention, especially for a Sheraton: - the TV set was defective (it would spontaneously turn off after a few minutes of use), - the shower gel and soap bottles were practically empty, - there was only 1 not-that-large towel per person which is inadequate to take more than 1 shower, (e.g. if one wants to take a shower both in the evening and first thing in the morning), and - the amenities were all upon request with practically nothing included in the room upon arrival (and, even when reception was asked for items that were listed as included upon request, they didn’t necessarily provide, e.g. bath robes), which makes asking rather uncomfortable. If the price is reasonable, the convenience of the location is probably the saving element of this hotel.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. There’s a Carrefour nearby where you can easily buy groceries. The receptionist was super friendly, and I loved the 24-hour coffee available in the lobby. The self-service laundry in the basement was also very convenient. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Brussels!

Hotel znajduje się w pobliżu lotniska i ma połączenie z Brukselą. Pokoje są ciemne i przez to nie wydają się czyste. Wejście znajduje się z tyłu budynku, a recepcja pełni również funkcję baru. Dostępne są śniadania i kolacje, ale nie próbowałem, ponieważ 14 € za śniadanie to za dużo. Dopóki cena jest niska, jest to dobry budżetowy pobyt, nie chciałbym płacić więcej niż 60 € (kolejne 5,50 € od osoby jest wymagane przy zameldowaniu jako lokalny podatek turystyczny) za noc, ale poniżej tego poziomu jest w porządku.

Great experience! We were 3 people + 2 dogs. The room and bathroom was spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was and had a lot of choices. Dogs welcome! The hotel is just beside the building where people do their IELTS English which was perfect for us.You walk out the door behind the reception and straight in to the Madison Building, IP Campus. Just a couple of things that could be better. No fridge in the room. No coffee machine, just instant coffee. Parking 15€ for the night. And for info. There isn't a restaurant in the hotel. We thought we could have had lunch where we had breakfast, but it wasn't possible. Instead you can buy ready-made meals and warm then up in a microwave. It wasn't too bad of quality though. Freshly made in glass jars and 3 vegetarian options.

Lovely hotel in a great location for walking to all the main sights. Staff really helpful and friendly and let us know about a light show that night for the university 600th anniversary celebration - really enjoyed it! Breakfast was amazing!! Definitely worth the 25 euros. The buffet includes everything you could possibly want plus some extras like interesting yoghurt toppings and mini pancakes! Lovely grounds - too cold to enjoy unfortunately. Very clean and quiet room with huge bed so slept really well. Definitely recommended staying here!
