Hotele z: breakfast w Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria

I have a special experience with this hotel. So I am staying for 2 nights. On the first night, they gave me a disabled room instead of what I had booked. I have tried to speak to the receptionist but have been told that it is fully booked, so they are not able to provide the room type that I booked. When I checked in, they did not mention anything about that. So I would advise to double check when you get into your room.I have talked to trip.com, and they informed me that the hotel has actually upgraded my room with a balcony. But I don't actually use the balcony and I would like to get the room type that I booked because that is what I need. So trip.com has sorted it out for me with the hotel manager and they agreed to change the room for me on the second night. I would say the room that I booked is much more bigger than the room that I stayed on the first night. There are pictures for both room below. I am glad that trip.com can sort this out for me and the hotel has changed it for me. Otherwise I probably will make a complaint about that. So, I am quite satisfied about sorting out the query. The room is clean in general. However, the pillow is not comfortable at all. A basic selection of breakfast. Location is quite good as it is only 5 to 10 minutes walk to ski schools and the resort. It is close to the restaurant as well. Staff are good, but I found a bit difficult to communicate in English. They can speak English, but I would say only basic conversation. The ski school in the hotel is too expensive. Although they said it is a VIP course but you can found somewhere cheaper in about 5 minutes walk.

Everything is perfect. Very clean and luxurious.

Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli, anche se alcune recensioni segnalano che non tutte sono all’altezza delle 4 stelle, più simili a 3 stelle. Il personale è generalmente considerato cortese e disponibile, e l’hotel dispone di un parcheggio comodo. La posizione è un po’ fuori dal centro città, ma facilmente raggiungibile con taxi a basso costo. Alcuni ospiti hanno segnalato delle pecche nella pulizia della camera e nella colazione, che può risultare semplice. Nel complesso è consigliato per chi cerca una pausa relax con spa ben attrezzata a prezzo ragionevole. Ottimo ristorante e colazione.

Po przybyciu dziewczyny na respiratorze, przekonała nas, że płacimy tylko 1 osobie, która zapłaciła za drugie 3 noce. Po naleganiu, zadzwoniła do kogoś, żeby się dowiedzieć, i okazało się, że... Że wszystko jest w porządku i zapłaciliśmy za to. Było to niegrzeczne, jakbyśmy byli... Poza tym, rezerwowaliśmy pokój z dwoma osobnymi łóżkami, na zdjęciu były takie pokoje, ale daliśmy jeden pokój, zmieniliśmy go na drugi, gdzie dwa łóżko, ale musieliśmy je rozłożyć i poprosić o dwa łóżka. W pokoju nie było żadnej ścieki na ścianie, ani telewizora. Na kuchni jest kuchenka, ale nie ma łyżki ani piekarnika, więc nic nie gotujesz. Śniadanie było dość dobre, można było wybrać i śniadanie, pokoje były naprawdę czyste, w spa i basenie prawie nie było ludzi w tym czasie, ale można było kupić. Nie ma zbyt wielu możliwości na obiad w restauracji, a restauracja w pobliżu pracuje tylko 3 dni w tygodniu i jest za późno na obiad. Możesz tam pojechać, jeśli masz własny samochód i będziesz cicho.

The location is amazing just 15 min walk to the gondola station. The service is amazing, it’s family run business, the owner took personal care of us ensured any little issues were addressed immediately. In the morning we were fed well with Bulgarian breakfast and it had personal touch to it and we were made to feel special. Amenities were adequate considering the price we paid for it. The only downside I would say is the shower had some moulds but that’s an easy fix and mattress was a bit soft needs replacement.

Love it love it love it. This hotel deserves their five stars service reviews. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The spa facilities was absolutely perfect! Will definitely be back!
