The hotel's location is great, within walking distance to Narati, which is a big plus! The hotel itself is large with a spacious lobby, but its size also means it can be a bit confusing to navigate. It could use more staff. Breakfast was decent; there was a good variety, but the taste was just okay. As for facilities, I particularly want to mention the laundry room. It really needs an update. I had to search for it, finding it in an adjacent building and quite tucked away. In the end, I couldn't iron my clothes due to insufficient facilities and had to go back. The room is a bit old-fashioned but fully equipped, giving off vibes of hotels from a decade ago during an economic boom. Overall cleanliness was acceptable, but I'm deducting points because I found a centipede-like insect in the room just before check-out (perhaps due to the excellent natural environment?).

Excellent! They upgraded us to an oxygen-enriched room and included both breakfast and dinner buffets. The lobby is clean and beautiful, and there's a kids' play area and a billiards room. They also have plenty of washing machines and dryers (with a convenient 3-minute high-temperature sterilization mode). Nearby, there's delicious yak hotpot and the Ba Tie night market, plus lots of shops, which is really convenient (though we had a driver). Service: The restaurant offered takeout, room service, and even helped us cut a watermelon, which was very helpful. I highly recommend everyone choose this hotel. The staff are all incredibly friendly. I also noticed they offer airport shuttle service, which is a great option even though we had a private car. Remember to take deep breaths and enjoy the oxygen in the air when you come to Tashkurgan; with the oxygen room, you'll pretty much adapt by the second day.

This was hands down the best hotel of our Xinjiang trip! The design and decor are absolutely fantastic. It offers incredible value for money! The hotel also provides sand therapy and even has some lovely small animals to visit. It's kept impeccably clean, completely free of any unpleasant odors! The overall hygiene is excellent, and the mattress is super comfortable – neither too soft nor too hard. I woke up feeling completely refreshed the next morning! The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich and varied! The only minor downside was that the projector screen in the room was broken. Turpan is absolutely an underrated gem of a city! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit; it's truly fantastic!

Traveling to Kanas, I stayed overnight in Altay and chose this hotel. The lobby and bathroom in the room are decorated in a gemstone style, which is very distinctive of the region. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, the bed was just right – neither too soft nor too hard – and the soundproofing was excellent. Our room was close to the elevator, but we barely heard any noise and slept soundly until morning. What truly deserves praise is the rich breakfast; it was the most abundant we had at any hotel during our trip to Xinjiang, featuring local delicacies, and it was quite popular. There are some minor drawbacks: the shower water pressure wasn't great, and the trees on the street outside the hotel were small, making the surroundings seem a bit ordinary. However, considering this is in the remote northwest, and you can't compare it to standards in large coastal cities, you'll realize this hotel is quite good for the Northwest. Oh, and the hotel offers a complimentary private car service to the airport for Trip.com customers.

The suite we stayed in was spacious and airy, with a decor style that perfectly blended comfort with local characteristics. From the window, we had an expansive view of Narat's grasslands and distant mountains, truly breathtaking. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and all the linens were of superior quality. Nights were quiet and comfortable, allowing us to fully relax after a day of exploring. The attention to detail in the service was also thoughtful and warm. Our stay far exceeded expectations, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Narat. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend the Modern Four Seasons Hotel! The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – I slept soundly until morning. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and very efficient. The location is convenient. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Due to the seasonal change, the air conditioning in the room wasn't working, and as someone from the south, I was so hot I couldn't sleep at all! The higher I set the fan speed, the hotter it got... I called the front desk in the middle of the night, and they immediately sent up a fan and explained the reason for the AC issue! They also sent staff to check the room, and offered solutions and actual compensation! Although I ended up being sleepless the entire night, the room's environment and the hotel's breakfast were both good! The only reason I want to give a good review is because of the staff! The service staff at this hotel deserve a six-star rating! They were even more thoughtful than staff at some higher-rated hotels I've stayed at. Plus, the hotel is right next to the ski resort, and the view from the room is beautiful. If I have the chance, I'll definitely choose to bring my kids here again.

Nestled on the soft white sofa in the living room, you can quietly enjoy the flowing clouds and the distant mountains and clear mountains. The healing scenery of Zhaosu is panoramic, and the atmosphere is directly full. The homestay has been open for two years, but the room facilities are very clean and tidy, and there are almost no traces of use. Every night, they walk back to the room, and they will escort us all the way, watching two small cockroaches run wildly in the grassland, spread joy and roll, comfortable and healing, just watching the mood become soft. Most special is that the homestay also arranged a rich Kazakh folk experience. We personally experienced milking, separating cream, hand-made snoring, and finally shared the cakes made by ourselves with everyone, immersed in local folk culture, and the journey became particularly meaningful. We stayed here for two nights, and went back and forth to the Xiata Scenic Area the next day. After watching the performance of the Tianma Yuhe, it was already ten o'clock in the evening. I thought that returning to Shanghai late at night would be a simple reception. I didn't expect the staff to take the initiative to greet the play experience. A gentle care immediately dispersed the fatigue of the journey. It is really rare to be able to make the service meticulous and put the guests in their hearts. Before leaving, the staff also specially recommended a niche route for us with beautiful scenery and sparse traffic, so that we can arrive at Joan Kushtai with peace of mind along the way with the beautiful scenery of the grassland. After the immersive experience throughout the whole process, I am full of joy and touch. If you come to Zhaosu next time, Mu Xueju must be our best choice! This small but charming guesthouse is meticulously maintained by the owner. High-end mattresses, pillows, and linens are used, providing a comfortable resting environment. The owner and staff have a wonderful work ethic, treating guests like friends and family. The guesthouse is very close to the Nalati Visitor Center, just a ten-minute walk, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Views of the Nalati's silken hillsides are available from the rooms.

Since it is a Mercure chain, the facilities and cleanliness were good, but the next morning, when I asked to call a taxi to go to the bus terminal, they pointed to a road with many taxis and told me to catch one myself, which was a bit awkward for a foreigner. Furthermore, it was different from Beijing time, so even though it was past 8 in the morning, I couldn't see the taxi, which made me feel a little anxious for a while... They lacked a proactive service mindset.
