5-Star hotele w: Osaka Prefecture, Japan

The location of the hotel is pretty convenient. 5–6 minutes walk to Hommachi St., which you can easily use to travel to Kyoto, Kobe, etc.  The check-in and check-out were really fast, and we had an upgrade, which was worth the price. I had read the previous reviews about the rudeness of the staff, which is not actually due to this, but it’s the language barrier that could make a tired traveller a little less patient.  If you wish to ask something more specific, please don’t be afraid to use the Google Translate app to help you with the communication. The staff have been really helpful to all of our enquiries. Some remarks were about the hotel lobby being on the 15th floor, but they have a dedicated entrance for taxis or cars to reach the hotel.  Bonus: if you exit through KoKuMiN Osaka Metro Yodoyabashi Station (Exit 4) on your right is a local grocery store that sells local produce and other fruits/food products. It's cheaper to go here to buy your drinks and fruits, etc.

Huge thanks to the hotel for the room upgrade to a high floor! The view was absolutely amazing, both day and night, and we could even see Tsutenkaku Tower. We stayed for 5 days, and the room was spotlessly clean. The housekeeping staff did a meticulous job daily, even tidying up our charging cables and organizing our clothes. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious, and the location is fantastic. It's right next to Namba Parks, making dining and shopping super convenient. Plus, it's just a short walk to Shinsaibashi and Kuromon Market, which made getting around and exploring hassle-free.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay. Everything about this hotel was excellent—from the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the high level of service provided by the staff. The facilities are well maintained, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind after a long day. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and every detail felt carefully considered. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful, which truly enhanced the overall experience. The only minor downside is that the hotel is a little far from the city center. However, transportation is still convenient, and the peaceful location can actually be a plus for guests who prefer a quieter environment away from the crowds.

I got a sleep score of 93. That says it all. Great hotel with amazing sleep comfort. Super central location in Osaka. I managed to use both their gym and pool facilities which are great. Actually, for a hotel, I was quite surprised with the how nice the gym is. The hotel seems to have many visitors a day and service is impeccable and keeps things flowing very smoothly.

The hotel is in great location not far from major train station and right next to the unbelievable Umeda Sky Building. Hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Unbelievably great breakfast. Highly recommended.

What a surprise that Hotel Nikko Osaka is kind of 5 stars services to us . A welcome warmth anniversary chocolate gift box on the table when we walk into the room. The room might look tiny but not really I can tell that. They have smart design on the long couch sofa with ample space below , thus we can open up luggage and put under the couch sofa . So smart and Neat design! Overall service is 5 stars like . They have plenty of counter with fluent English speaking staffs . No worries for foreign who can't speak Japanese. Highly Recommend to purchase room with breakfast along . They have provide both Japanese style and Western mix Japanese style buffet at different level . We have tried both restaurants for the different breakfast days . Overall Experience is superb ! Last but not least , we managed to purchase way bus ticket from Hotel to Osaka Kansai Terminal Airport that limo bus services by the Hotel Nikko !!! So convenience for us once again !!!

Everthing about the hotel is fantastic except the breakfast which is very mediocre. The location has access to a few train lines besides being the 1st stop from Kaisai Airport on Haruku line. Below hotel has 3 floors of restaurants and a departmental store with supermarket. The hotel room has great view of Osaka city from morning to night.

Amazing location to explore around Osaka and Kyoto. It’s in beautifully located in the midst of a river. Walking distance to 2 metro lines, with Hidobashi being one stop away from Umeya Osaka area. Hotel provides a shuttle bus service there, and hotel is walking distance to many nearby good food places. With a late supermarket which closes at 12 nearby, it is convenient place to stay with river view. There are many family mart shops to buy Famichiki as well! 😋

Zatrzymałem się tu na 2 noce na egzamin. Kiedy pisałem z prośbą, tego dnia przygotowali mi na biurko dodatkową lampkę na biurko i być może dlatego, że nie mieli materiałów eksploatacyjnych, mogłem wygodnie korzystać z nowej lampki. Personel sprzątający pokój pochodził z zagranicy, ale dali mi tyle wody, ile potrzebowałem i byli bardzo mili. Dostęp do hotelu był również dobry. Cieszę się, że wybrałem ten hotel, ponieważ mogłem udać się do domu towarowego i supermarketu Kintetsu w ciągu 2-3 minut, nie zmocząc się w deszczu.
