5-Star hotele w: Osaka Prefecture, Japan

The location of the hotel is pretty convenient. 5–6 minutes walk to Hommachi St., which you can easily use to travel to Kyoto, Kobe, etc.  The check-in and check-out were really fast, and we had an upgrade, which was worth the price. I had read the previous reviews about the rudeness of the staff, which is not actually due to this, but it’s the language barrier that could make a tired traveller a little less patient.  If you wish to ask something more specific, please don’t be afraid to use the Google Translate app to help you with the communication. The staff have been really helpful to all of our enquiries. Some remarks were about the hotel lobby being on the 15th floor, but they have a dedicated entrance for taxis or cars to reach the hotel.  Bonus: if you exit through KoKuMiN Osaka Metro Yodoyabashi Station (Exit 4) on your right is a local grocery store that sells local produce and other fruits/food products. It's cheaper to go here to buy your drinks and fruits, etc.

Great location, incredibly easy to get to from KIX airport. Also great food options with little restaurants all within walking distance to the hotel. Check-in was smooth. The hotel is old but classy, I would 100% stay again with zero concerns. A great bonus is amazing city views as well!

Właśnie wróciliśmy z pobytu w hotelu New Otani i było absolutnie cudownie! Od momentu przyjazdu powitał nas przyjazny personel i wyjątkowa gościnność – prawdziwie pięciogwiazdkowa obsługa. Nasz pokój był czysty, wygodny, a widok na Zamek Osaka zapierał dech w piersiach. Śniadanie w formie bufetu oferowało szeroki wybór dań kuchni zachodniej i japońskiej, a wszystko było pyszne. Ucieszył nas również przemyślany prezent urodzinowy przygotowany dla mojego męża – taki miły i osobisty akcent sprawił, że nasz pobyt był jeszcze bardziej wyjątkowy. To był jak dotąd nasz najlepszy pobyt w Japonii i już myślimy o powrocie, miejmy nadzieję, że w sezonie wiśni. Gorąco polecam!

Well? The hotel is gorgeous! Installations and the concept is amazing. The room is spacious with amazing city view. The bed is huge and super comfortable, also pillows are kinda clouds. Loved that. The reception always ready to help. But at the check out hour there’s a long line, so to avoid it I checked out earlier. That was pros. Now cons. Cleaning service always forgets something. Like one day I didn’t find cotton buds, another day they didn’t put the toilet paper etc. For such a class of the hotel it’s unacceptable. Also there’s no iron and iron desk in a room so you should ask to bring it and if it’s peak hour you should wait some hours. Unacceptable again. Location isn’t really wow because all the restaurants and activities and shopping are away and at the peak hours the subway is super crowded because the hotel located in the business area. Overall, the hotel is really nice but cons are bigger so I would not stay there again. Shinsaibashi area looks more attractive for me, also there’s another Candeo in that area so next time I’ll try to stay there. Thanks for the reception guys and girls. Having been to osaka many times, my friend suggested to try out a new hotel. Centara is clean and rather new. Room is small, common in Japan. Some distance to the Namba station. Opposite it has a big electronic shop. It does not allow any prior request of late checkout not even 30 mins. So if travellers needs slight flexibility, better go back to your usual membership hotel group like mariott bonvoy or GHA. These hotels in Japan do try to accomodate if travellers’ need arise. Or maybe this is because centara grand hotel does not like those clients whose booking is through third party platform. Our group eventually check out at 10.30am due to the inflexibility of such a minor request and change our plan. Though overall other staff such as restaurant staff or staff on G floor are helpful. Anyhow due to the distance of this hotel to spots around, we won’t come back to Centara Osaka.

The hotel is located very close to the train station — just a short walk to the right after you exit. There’s even a 7-Eleven right next door, which makes it super convenient. It’s perfect for those who have an early morning flight, as Kansai Airport is only a few stations away. The staff were incredibly friendly and available 24 hours a day. The room itself was impressive — though not large, it had everything you could possibly need. There were indoor slippers, a comfortable large bed, drinkable tap water, and plenty of power outlets all around the room. I especially loved that I could work, charge my phone, and power my devices all at once. They even provided charging cables for both computers and phones — such a thoughtful touch! Pajamas were also included (a top and bottom set), which was super convenient because you can wear them to the 7-Eleven downstairs without any problem. The hotel also offers shared facilities like washing machines, microwaves, and personal care items that you can pick up anytime. There’s even a public bath (onsen) open during specific hours. The hotel is within walking distance from the JR Osaka Station. You can find lots of department stores and good restaurants when you walk along to the Umeda Station. The room is relatively spacious in Osaka.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay. Everything about this hotel was excellent—from the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the high level of service provided by the staff. The facilities are well maintained, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind after a long day. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and every detail felt carefully considered. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful, which truly enhanced the overall experience. The only minor downside is that the hotel is a little far from the city center. However, transportation is still convenient, and the peaceful location can actually be a plus for guests who prefer a quieter environment away from the crowds.
