5-Star hotele w: Guangxi, China

Hotel położony jest w samym środku dwóch głównych dzielnic Yangshuo. Po jednej stronie znajduje się miasto powiatowe (West Street, Eternal Love, Reflection of Liu Sanjie), po drugiej stronie znajduje się rzeka Yulong, Ruyi Peak i Shili Gallery (tylko droga). Czasami trzeba wziąć taksówkę, czasami trzeba wynająć samochód na akumulator, co jest bardzo wygodne. (Lokalne drogi są kręte i wąskie, dlatego jadąc na hulajnodze akumulatorowej należy zwracać uwagę na bezpieczeństwo.) Hotel zapewnia usługę odbioru pojazdu, co jest świetne. Wyposażenie hotelu jest bardzo dobre, a wystrój pokoju nie odbiega od wystroju hotelu pięciogwiazdkowego. Krajobraz i otoczenie wokół hotelu są również dobre, ciche i eleganckie. Personel hotelu jest ciepły, gościnny i przyjemny. Wady: 1. Sygnał z pilota telewizora zakłóca pracę panelu klimatyzacji. Po naciśnięciu pilota panel klimatyzacji wyda sygnał dźwiękowy. 2. Hotel pomaga w rezerwacji biletów na występy, ale rabat cenowy nie jest duży, a lokalizacja miejsc może nie być najlepsza (lokalne kanały biletów na występy i ceny stały się tajną operacją w branży, co jest bardzo złe, a hotel prawdopodobnie stara się, jak może). W przypadku „Eternal Love” wystarczy wybrać miejsce z przodu w strefie A. Środkowa część B1 (lub miejsce w tylnym rzędzie B2) „Impression Liu Sanjie” jest bardzo dobra, podobna do tzw. fotela prezydenckiego w Strefie A. 3. W porównaniu z ceną pokoju ponad 700, kategorie śniadań są prostsze, a smak przeciętny. Ogólne wrażenia z pobytu są nadal bardzo zadowalające.

Niezapomniany dwudniowy pobyt Właśnie spędziłem w tym hotelu dwie noce i ogólne wrażenia były absolutnie idealne! W hotelu panowała cisza i komfort, obsługa była uważna i troskliwa, a każdy członek personelu był profesjonalny i uprzejmy, dzięki czemu czuliśmy się doceniani od momentu zameldowania. Szczególne podziękowania dla pracownicy o imieniu Yezi! Była niesamowicie pomocna. Od momentu zameldowania proaktywnie rozumiała nasze potrzeby, niezależnie od tego, czy polecała pobliskie restauracje, wprowadzała drobne zmiany w pokojach, czy też spełniała nieoczekiwane prośby – zawsze była bardzo uważna i szybka. Zawsze miała uśmiech na twarzy, a jej przyjazne i profesjonalne podejście sprawiło, że cały nasz pobyt był łatwy i przyjemny, niczym troskliwa przyjaciółka, która się nami opiekowała. Dzięki Yezi nasz pobyt był wyjątkowo udany i niezapomniany; naprawdę zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę! Ponadto, ogólna obsługa hotelu była na najwyższym poziomie. Pokoje były czyste i schludne, dobrze wyposażone, śniadanie oferowało szeroki wybór, a recepcja była bardzo sprawna podczas wymeldowania. Wielkie podziękowania dla całego zespołu za ciężką pracę, dzięki której mamy tak wspaniałe wspomnienia! Z pewnością wybiorę ten hotel ponownie następnym razem i gorąco polecam go każdemu.

If you are concerned about the security of your belongings, think carefully before staying at this hotel. I want to state first that the receptionists and front desk staff are excellent and professional. Unfortunately, there is a serious issue with room security and unauthorized entry. I am a returning guest. First stay: 10–14 December, Room 3031 Second stay: 22–24 December, Room 3003 During my first stay, I informed the cleaning supervisor that I did not want housekeeping until 14 December. When my room ran out of bottled water, I spoke to a cleaning staff member who said she would place the water in my room later after I went out. During our conversation, my room door accidentally shut, and she used a master key card to open it. Looking back, she could have simply handed the water to me as her cart was in the hallway. On 12 or 13 December, the same cleaning staff mentioned that they “cannot earn if they do not clean my room.” Feeling pressured, I agreed to allow floor cleaning only. I stood outside the room while two cleaners mopped the toilet, changed towels, and vacuumed the carpet. On 14 December early checkout, I reached for a pair of black slack pants that had been hanging in the closet since 10 December but it was not there. At that time, I assumed the pants may have been accidentally packed into the two bags for the hotel’s luggage storage. I then traveled to other parts of China with light luggage and did no shopping. I returned to the hotel on the night of 22 December and collected my stored bags. The black slack pants were not in them. During second stay at the hotel I did no shopping. After 24th Dec flying home, I discovered something even more alarming. A bundle of newly purchased jeans for my sister and mother during my first stay—packed together in a plastic bag—was missing. At the airport on 24th Dec, my bags were shrink-wrapped and sealed, and is no wander the total weight was at least 1.3 kg lighter than expected. This suggests that someone entered my room when the room was vacant and removed items from my packed luggage. Hotel staff would have known my checkout date, and I had not opened my bags after packing. This experience has caused me great distress. While the front desk service is commendable, the lack of room security and the disappearance of personal belongings is unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge management to investigate this matter seriously.

Although property is bit old and not well maintained,room size was exceptionally huge with huge bathroom and jacuzzi,which wasn't working thiugh. Location was excellent near river, we could see river right at doorstep of balcony and veranda. It's close to city center and near Elephant mountain, getting around was easy. Breakfast was decent(3.5/5) and It's antique place(4/5) , not bad with price offered and location (5/5) ,if you can compromise on cleanliness (3/5) and maintenance (3/5)

The location of the hotel is just by the River and easy to take nice pictures right from the hotel or in front of the hotel. Upon our arrival, the doorman immediately grabbed our bags and welcomed us. Although we told him that our bags are heavy and offered to take some of the luggage by ourselves, he insisted to help us and helped to carry everything inside. The reception staff did the check in quickly and also informed us of their hotel facilities and services. They told us that we have a complimentary professional photography session to have our photos taken. They also introduced the local tourist attractions and we took the river boat trip that evening, which was very pleasant and nice way to see Guilin during the evening. The following day we went for the photo taking sessions and we got some beautiful memorable pictures taken. Our room was very beautiful and large and we wish we would have had more time to stay. We even had a separate room for drinking tea which was so cozy. The breakfast restaurant is located on the top floor of the hotel so the guests can have a nice view of the surroundings. Upon our departure the reception staff asked how our stay had been and bid us farewell and they had prepared some very cute gifts for us. I highly recommend this hotel for anybody who would like to visit Guilin leisure. Perfect location, perfect service and facilities!

Located opposite a pretty lake, nice for a walk, the hotel is good for leisure and business travellers. The rooms are large and well equipped. The shower was particularly nice and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is very clean. Fortunately I was with my Chinese speaking partner otherwise check in may have been a longer process. The breakfast was also fine but more orientated to local audience - albeit there is bread, fruit, eggs. Coffee at breakfast is not so good.

Upgraded to a balcony room for one night, directly facing the beautiful Li River and Fubo Hill. The evening breeze was so pleasant. The double sinks, toilet, and shower room were all separate, which was very convenient. Later, we moved to a 180-degree river view room, where I could just relax on the tatami mat and gaze at the river – truly a stolen moment of leisure. The oversized bathtub was perfect for a relaxing soak and stress relief. The mini-bar was free, and the complimentary fruit at night was delicious. The butler and front desk staff were all so kind, polite, and provided excellent service, always ready to help. They proactively asked daily if we needed anything, if the room temperature was comfortable, or if we wanted to choose different pillows. We slept wonderfully every night. The hotel breakfast offered a great variety, including two types of rice noodles (dry and soup). There were also two kinds of herbal teas daily, like luo han guo and goji berry. We had dinner à la carte, and the food was delicious, the ambiance beautiful, making it perfect for photos. The hotel package included a photoshoot with a good selection of outfits. The photographer was patient and meticulous, and selecting the photos was a smooth process. My mom absolutely loved the hotel's cultural handicraft experience; she made three phone charms and really enjoyed it. I also tried the hotel spa. The masseuse was quiet throughout but worked hard, and her technique was very good. The most memorable part of our Guilin trip was our stay at Lijiang Courtyard. We felt completely at home. We'll definitely book here again next time!

This is obviously a very nice hotel and I would recommend and would stay here again. Luxury is very obvious all over this hotel, and it is frankly very cheap for what it is. The moment we came in, bellhops insisted to carry our bags up to the 80th floor lobby. They were always opening doors for us and very helpful with our bags, 24/7. Once we arrived, we were welcomed in and sat down at an individual desk for check in. There, we were served some excellent tea. The hotel purser came over and welcomed us in. My girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to the staff in Chinese, but the purser switched up to English to welcome me to the hotel, which is a nice detail. Most Chinese hotel staff consistently avoid putting in the effort to speak English to me. The hard product is amazing and is matched well with great service. Staff were always attentive and welcoming in both Chinese and English, always saying hello and checking in. The cons: This hotel, just like most Marriott hotels, is trying to nickel and dime you, which doesn’t make a lot of sense at this price point. In some ways it isn’t, such as an included mini-bar (all non-alcoholic), but for example it doesn’t have a laundry service, while basically any 3-5 star hotel in China would have included laundry. Also, there is a car transfer service, but it’s so absurdly priced for no particular reason. 400 rmb+ for basic transfers where as a Didi would be 10 rmb. Similar luxury properties such as the Ritz-Carlton has these amenities included. The restaurants were nice. We only tried Na Lian, which despite being an in-house guest and being told that they could get reservations for us, we basically were treated like walk-in’s despite being told we had reservations (and we were unable to get a window seat). The bar was also nice and we enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar manager waited for us to arrive, but the bar consistently had spend limits for any table or reservation, which additionally just seemed silly, considering we were already staying in a booked deluxe room. The drinks and lamb were very good. The menu was a little outdated, and illustrated wine by the glass, but we were then told that the menu is wrong and they don’t do that. Also, there was strangely a lack of extra towels and bins in the room. I found myself walking into the bathroom many times to throw away trash. This is a good hotel and I plan to be back again, but it can definitely improve. Too much nickel and diming. Good service and good products inspire people to come back, which is worth much more than selling one bottle of shampoo and pushing a customer to never return again. Comfy robes and slippers. 9.5/10

Located right in the heart of Wuzhou near the river. This hotel was quite large with a beautiful and elegant lobby. The room was equally spacious and comfortable. Everything in the bathroom worked well and the bed was quite comfortable as well. Overall an excellent value for a hotel to use as a base for exploring Wuzhou!

Firstly, on our check-in, we were told we can upgrade to a Riverview room at a cost of around 100 RMB. after we agreed to upgrade and got up to our room. (Please see picture below)that was the river room. Nothing like a river view room that we have ever experienced.   When we called the manager to ask for the river room, we got upgraded to a higher floor( see the picture attached)  again not a river view room that we would ever called it.  Dinner.  We book our dinner in the Chinese restaurant Xianggong (香宫) not to mention their service was extremely slow. We waited for our noodle until the last course to be served like a hour. Please see the picture attach. This is the picture on the menu that  I was expecting please see picture attached that is the noodle that got served to me. a although I understand in some situation, the picture is just for reference, but I think at this case this is extremely misrepresented.  Another dish we orders “ wagyu beef with mushrooms. “ again we questioned this is hardly wagyu beef and please see the picture below. That’s the dish we got served, nothing like the picture again.  It was deeply disappointing experience, and we booked based on the Shangri -La name and our previous experiences.   Although  Shangri Guilin has his beautiful landscape and infrastructure, the service is clearly not a Shanghai standard.
