Sam hotel jest bardzo ładny, design jest bardzo wyjątkowy i wygląda ekstrawagancko. Restauracja i bar mają taras, z którego można zobaczyć mury miasta - wygląda wykwintnie nocą, gdy wszystkie światła są włączone. Pokój jest dokładnie taki, jak pokazano na zdjęciach. Łóżko jest dobrej jakości i bardzo przestronne. Pokój jest dobrze wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy. Śniadanie było również doskonałe - chińskie i trochę zachodniej kuchni, wszystko pyszne, świeże i duży wybór. Późno w nocy makaron był prawdziwą ucztą po długim dniu chodzenia. Recepcja jest bardzo miła i pomocna. Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt dla Xiao Pan i Xiao Wang Zhong Chow.

Przed zameldowaniem skontaktowałem się z hotelowym lokajem, który obiecał mi awans do apartamentu, jeśli będzie dostępny. Jednak po przyjeździe recepcja poinformowała mnie, że apartamenty nie kwalifikują się do awansu, mimo że wspomniałem o wcześniejszej obietnicy lokaja o darmowym awansie. Nalegali na płatny awans, nawet jeśli były dostępne pokoje, a cena była wyższa niż w przypadku rezerwacji apartamentu bezpośrednio. Uznałem to za niewiarygodne i nie mogłem zrozumieć, dlaczego personel hotelu był tak niespójny. Po zameldowaniu skontaktowałem się z kierownikiem zmiany, który następnie awansował mnie do apartamentu. Jestem mu bardzo wdzięczny za dotrzymanie obietnicy. Pomijając kwestię awansu, warto zatrzymać się w tym hotelu. Pokoje są przestronne, a śniadanie dobre, plasujące się w czołówce hoteli tej marki w Chinach.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Four Points Bell Tower Xian and highly recommend this hotel. It is very convenient - short walking distance to both the Drum Tower and Bell Tower. The room is spacious, clean, well decorated, and beddings and linens are of very high quality. What make it stands out is the service level from the staff, especially Mr. Samuel Wang of the front desk- he checked us in, made sure we are comfortable and reacted very quickly whenever there are any nitty gritty things that needs to be attended to. We will be back next time we are in Xian.

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

Really nice hotel, sky lobby has really good views. Breakfast is also where the lobby is and shares the magnificent views. Location is slightly out of city center however there is metro within 10 min walk. It is also right next to a big shopping centre with many food options. Bathroom is magnificent, all veined marble, shower has a bench in it and the bathtub is a great place to relax at the end of a day. Hotel staff were also able to accomodate by giving us latex pillows tho I think they are getting a bit old and need to be replaced. The pool is opened till very late 11pm, staff advised it was to allow customers to be able to go out for dinner and still come back to enjoy ammenities, I think thats very thoughtful. Gym is also big and has great views, 24 hours access. Monica helpful on WeChat, able to accomodate more personal requests such as changing linen daily and extra bottled water etc. The only thing I will say is a bit annoying is that you need to take elevator up to 38th floor lobby, switch elevators then take it down to rooms. I believe rooms are levels 25-30 something. Aircon was a bit stuffy as no windows open and wifi was a bit glitchy. Was a nice stay overall.

Doskonały hotel w najlepszej lokalizacji! Nie można prosić o lepszy pobyt! Kilka kroków od Bell and Drum Towers, super czyste pokoje i obsługa jest pod wrażeniem! Poprosiłem o twardszą poduszkę i została dostarczona do pokoju w 10 minut. Nocny widok z wyższych pięter jest magiczny. Jedyne, czego nie oceniłem na 5 w udogodnieniach, to to, że siłownia mogłaby być trochę lepsza i nie miała zbyt wiele sprzętu do ćwiczeń siłowych. Mój syn byłby zachwycony, gdyby siłownia miała więcej sprzętu do ćwiczeń siłowych. Śniadanie było niesamowite, a popołudniowa herbata była świetnym dodatkiem do pobytu. Po wizycie w Terracotta udaliśmy się do Huaqing Palace Resort and Spa. Pojechaliśmy autobusem 603 i podróż zajęła nam od 10 do 15 minut. Po wyjściu poszliśmy do Pałacu Huaqing i znalezienie go zajęło nam kolejne 10 minut. Kiedy w końcu znaleźliśmy to miejsce, byliśmy pod wrażeniem, było ukryte w Pałacu Huaqing. Z holu do pokoju było jak wejście do historycznego domu. Personel był przyjazny i dobrze wychowany, mieli też pojazd, który zawiózł Cię z ośrodka do restauracji. Gorące źródło było najlepsze, jakie odwiedziliśmy spośród publicznych, i zrelaksowaliśmy się również w gorącym źródle w naszym pokoju. Minusem było to, że mieli dla Ciebie czas, aby skorzystać z gorącego źródła w pokoju, więc nie mogliśmy skorzystać z gorącego źródła w ciągu dnia. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, miejsce było świetne, na pewno odwiedzimy je ponownie.

Enjoyed a very pleasant 4 day trip to visit the historical and revolutionary sites of Yan’an and the trip was made much better thanks to a very comfortable and convenient stay at the Wanda Realm. For anybody who plans to visit the city I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located just to the south of the old city of Yan’an in the newly built Wanda City area. It is a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the old center (depending on traffic) and it’s relatively easy to call a taxi with a ride hailing app like Didi. It’s also within walking distance of the Red Street 红街 tourism area that has a theatre, cinema, activities, coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel is new and all of the main public areas are clean and well maintained - such as the lobby, hotel rooms, restaurant and gym/pool. The gym contains my favorite Life Fitness gym equipment (a quality brand) and the multi-lane, 25m meter pool is a dream for anyone who likes to swim. It even offers a good view. The hotel breakfast is very good value for money and offers a high quality selection of Western-style food (bread, eggs, bacon, sausages and cereals) as well as very tasty local Chinese food - especially local Yan’an/Shanxi noodles and dumplings. For any foreigners like me, you’ll get a good sense of local taste with good ingredients. The room was very clean and spacious with nice balcony and great view of the lake and Red Street. Service staff was excellent and many staff speak good English. We even received a nice hand written message and welcome fruits. Especially if you travel with children, this is where you should stay in Yan’an. Thank you for making my holiday more enjoyable.

Everything met my expectations for comfort and good service. The room was nicely furnished, very spacious, and felt peaceful and private. The hotel's location is convenient, and the whole atmosphere is pleasant and well-kept. I was especially impressed by the staff. The front desk team was very professional and took care of everything we needed. The housekeeping was also excellent—they kept the room spotlessly clean without ever being intrusive. The whole stay felt smooth and relaxed, which is exactly what you want. It’s the kind of consistent, quality experience that makes me definitely want to stay here again when I'm back in Xi'an.
