„Do stacji metra można dojść w 5 minut. Choć nie znajduje się w centrum miasta, to jest to czysta, nowa dzielnica, położona niedaleko lotniska, co czyni ją idealną na nocleg w podróży. Na dole znajduje się duży supermarket Mercadona z szerokim asortymentem produktów, w tym przekąskami, napojami, wodą butelkowaną, owocami, mięsem, owocami morza, piwem, winem, szynką, kiełbasami i artykułami codziennego użytku. Usługi: Recepcja może pomóc w zamówieniu taksówki. Udogodnienia: Do baru na dachu można wejść bez wcześniejszego umówienia. Okolica: Z windy widokowej roztacza się widok na morze.”

„Zameldowanie nie było najlepszym doświadczeniem, a Gerard nalegał, abyśmy zapłacili podatek hotelowy przed pobytem. Różniło się to od innych hoteli podczas tej podróży, które zazwyczaj pobierano przy wymeldowaniu. Śniadanie miało ograniczony wybór dań, a dyżurowało dwóch pracowników. Ponieważ w restauracji jest ograniczona liczba miejsc, stoliki były ustawione na zewnątrz, co oznaczało, że trzeba było cierpliwie czekać, aż personel przyjmie zamówienia na ciepłe posiłki. Gdyby tylko hotel mógł zorganizować dla grup wycieczkowych konkretne miejsca (ponieważ są dwa miejsca), w lokalu nie byłoby tak głośno. Łóżko było jednak wygodne. Układ pokoju nie jest najlepszy dla grup przyjaciół, zwłaszcza w pobliżu prysznica, przez co czułoby się zbyt wystawione na widok publiczny.”

„A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured. Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel. As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you. Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.”

„We loved staying here, the African gentleman from guest services was exceptional and very professional and assisted us with all our requests, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was also wonderful as expected. We celebrated our anniversary here and they made our stay truly memorable.”

„I absolutely loved this hotel — it’s truly the best hotel in Barcelona! The classic and luxurious theme gives it a special charm. The room size is amazing; although it says 24 sqm, it feels much bigger, especially the bathroom, which is surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels. One very thoughtful detail is that the room includes an adapter converter, which was extremely helpful for us with UK plugs. Another lovely touch is the chocolate they place on the bed every day after housekeeping — such a sweet gesture! The location is perfect, right in the middle between the two most popular tourist areas. The Big Bus stop is also right outside, which makes getting around so easy, especially if you plan to use the hop-on hop-off bus. I definitely recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay here again!”

„In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels in Barcelona. The staff were very welcoming and kind from the moment we arrived at the hotel. The room was medium-sized but suitable for two people and was convenient in all aspects. However, keep in mind that the hotel is about a 20 to 30-minute walk from the famous La Rambla street and is close to the beach. I highly recommend people to book this hotel, and I’ll definitely stay here again. 👌 Finally, Our flight was delayed until the evening, and the hotel kindly allowed us to use the gym facilities, including showers and changing rooms.”

Hotel przygotował specjalne prezenty dla chińskich gości z okazji Święta Wiosny. Kosmetyki hotelowe również pochodziły od hiszpańskiej marki luksusowej. Szczególne uznanie należy się personelowi, a zwłaszcza Alexowi, konsjerżowi, który czekał na nas przed wyjazdem i zrobił na nas bardzo dobre wrażenie. Był proaktywny, pełen entuzjazmu, przystojny i troskliwy.”

„The hotel rooms are very comfortable and the hotel staff are also very helpful and friendly. It is a short walk to metro station (3 mins) and the main shopping strip (5 mins), and if about 20 mins walk to all major attractions. The location is quite good except there are not many eateries around and will have to walk to the main strip for more choices. There are supermarket everywhere though so sourcing snacks is not a problem.”
