El Hotel está estupendo , instalaciones, albercas, pero al no tener playa  cada día nos desplazamos en su camioneta al Club de Palaya, es genial son 10m en camión y estás en la playa con todos los servicios del Hotel….pues no… ahí estuvo nuestro problema los meseros del club de playa no nos hicieron caso, por 4 veces mi esposo se tuvo que parar e ir hasta el bar y venir el cargando la comida y la bebida, les llamamos hasta en más de 6 veces , decían si si y nunca llegó nadie a tomar nuestra orden. La habitación genial y su servicio de Valet Parking en cambio decían lo mejor que he visto, eficientes, amables,  En fin hubo de todo en este hotel buró y malo, pero obvio la atención en la playa es un básico en vacaciones y no estuvo a la altura

Todo es excelente el lugar las instalaciones el servicio la limpieza el bufete del restaurante pero lo que esta terrible es el club de playa en donde un trago te cuesta arriba de $250 mxn mínimo y un cóctel de camarones $250 mxn y ahí para arriba pero la ración es muy pobre en ambos casos servido en plato sopero de plástico y totalmente insípidos, tanto los tragos como el coctel desgraciadamente no hay de otra pues no puedes llevar lo tuyo, la instalación es hermosa y sus albercas de mar lo máximo, pero es absurdo que fui al bufete de su restaurante bella vista comí y bebí hasta quedar totalmente satisfecho pagué $900 mxn por dos personas y con un sabor excelso y en el club de playa por dos tragos y cocteles salí pagando 1100 mxn insatisfecho en sabor y cantidad. Tienen que ajustar eso sin duda. Me sentí molesto de pagar eso. Mi problema no es el dinero mi problema es no recibir lo que merezco a cambio de el.

Respecto al servicio, limpiezo, trato estuvieron muy bien. Sin embargo las albercas no fueron algo tan agradable por el diseño y la variedad de comida en los buffets.

Normalmente el costo de la habitación doble es caro, sin embargo con el descuento por ser nuevo miembro en la aplicación Trip.com ya no fue tanto. Nos gusta ese hotel por la playa privada, el resto de las instalaciones son como en cualquier otro hotel de Acapulco y los alimentos son muy caros. Por lo menos, ahora, ya dan dos aguas de 250 ml de cortesía en cada habitación. Las instalaciones son limpias.

We stayed at La Casa Que Canta for our honeymoon. The hotel and accommodations couldn't have been better. Very romantic place. Tranquil with breath-taking views from everywhere - our room, the pool, the restaurant. The friendly staff provided fantastic service. Best of the best!

松松香蕊蕊🚗 Transportation: Take a taxi to the airport for 450 pesos per person, on a very beautiful small peninsula, 25 minutes from the airport by car. 🧹 Hygiene: Impeccable, the yard is even clean 🍃Environment: Each one is a single-family villa with a private small swimming pool, with good privacy. The bay view is already beautiful and very good value. 🔔Service: 24-hour room service, call the golf cart in the park anytime, anywhere. The Thai restaurant is worth trying. GGuest UserThe hotel is great , facilities, hostels, but as we don't have beach every day we move on your truck to the Palaya Club, it's great are 10m in truck and you are on the beach with all the services of the Hotel.....for not... there was our problem The beach club shoppers did not listen to us, for 4 times my husband had to stop and go to the bar and come loading food and drink, we called them up to more than 6 times , they said if yes and never arrived anyone to take our order. The great room and its service at Valet Parking in return said the best I've seen, efficient, friendly,  Finally there was everything in this hotel buried and bad, but obvious attention on the beach is a basic in holidays and was not at the height
