4-Star hotele w: Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan

The hotel was located a 2 minute walk from the airport bus stop. It was also close to tram stops and a don quijote across the road. The room was a little small but we managed to make space for 2 large suitcases by moving things around. There is also a massage chair in the room which was a random nice touch. I really recommend the breakfast as there was an all fish option which is great if you're muslim and only eat halal. It gave us the opportunity to try something traditional that I would not have been able to before. Freshly made bonito flakes too! The hotel also has a luggage disposal service as my suitcase broke on the way there, it costed 3300 yen. It was a convenient, clean and safe stay :)

It was a wonderful stay. The hotel management was excellent, and the room was in great condition. I want to give a special mention to Miss Gotanda 五反田, who guided me after check-in. Her detailed explanations and warm smile set a positive tone even before I checked in. The hotel's hot spring overlooks Sakurajima volcano, enjoy hot spring while watching the sunrise was a truly delightful experience. I will definitely come back again next time.

We ended up in a magnificent corner room with a view of Sakurajima - possibly the best room in the hotel - but only after a struggle. On arrival, we were told that our Standard King room was double-booked and we would have to move after one night to a smaller room. The hotel blamed the mix-up on Trip.com. Since we had booked almost two months prior and had arrived first, this didn't wash. We pressed our claim and the result was good. A lovely, modern room with exceptional facilities - including a private sauna - and magnificent view. But it speaks poorly of the hotel's customer service that it took some determined push-back to achieve this result. The hotel's initial attitude was that the we should lose out over a mix-up that had nothing to do with us. A first-rate place, if you can trust the booking.

Good location,within walking distance to jet foil port to Yakushima. Not far from bus stop from Kagoshima airport.  Very nice service from Hotel staffs, we came early(10am) and left our bags at the hotel, at check in time (3pm) they’ve already brought all our bags to the room.  Standard size of Japanese hotel with all amenities you need. Comfy bed.

Nowy hotel z doskonałą lokalizacją. Jest tuż obok ulicy handlowej z mnóstwem restauracji i sklepów z pamiątkami. Masz udogodnienia takie jak sól w łazience, herbatniki, kawa do kąpieli i olej do czyszczenia/ cynamon w lobby hotelu, aby odebrać. Restauracja, w której śniadanie, prowadzi wspaniały widok na panoramiczny.

Usługa hotelowa: Bardzo dobrze, przystanek jest szybki i wyraźnie wyjaśniony, że znasz wszystkie miejsca, które możesz wykorzystać w hotelu, a hotel wymagający może Ci pomóc. Hotel: różnorodne obiekty, ilość zabawy może tu zostać cały dzień, zwłaszcza źródła, które są bardzo silne, a w środku są duże i wygodne. Jedzenie w hotelu: jemy tylko śniadanie, jedzenie jest bogate i świeże, używamy dość dużo jedzenia w ziemi, aby zaskoczyć.

I like this hotel. I've stayed here for 2 times. They provide a free transfer from and to Railway station and a city centre. Very good onsen with a scenic view on Sakurajima. You can also rent a bike here in the hotel for a reasonable price. Convenience store is right by the hotel.

Not the best location but close enough to train station, shopping mall and eateries. Bathroom was a little small but the washer/dryer in the room made all the difference. The bed was comfortable, room was clean and spacious by Japan’s standards. No frills but had pretty much everything needed for a comfortable stay. Reception was very helpful in helping with bookings.
