cannot recommend this accommodation enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spotless presentation and cozy atmosphere. The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything but still peaceful at night. Our host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even providing thoughtful local tips. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after long days of exploring. If you are looking for a hassle-free, relaxing, and wonderful place to stay, look no further. We are already planning our return visit. Thank you for a memorable trip!

The hotel is located in the heart of city center. Lots of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity which makes things very easy. Very close to train stations and many tram lines nearby. Staff and service are great. Breakfast is great. The hotel has a lot of tradition and is maintained very well. The gym is quite good too. Rooms are not very big but spacious enough. Bathroom is very nicely designed and comfortable.

Great big room with big bed. Very comfortable bathroom. The only problem was the toilet, not flashing the water immediately. But service was awesome they would transfer me to another room if I would like to. So overall good stay 5-10 mins walk to the terminal. But everything is very well marked.

Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, zaledwie kilka minut spacerem od dworca kolejowego w Helsinkach. Lokalizacja jest dogodna i bardzo łatwo jest dojść do deptaka handlowego i różnych przystanków tramwajowych. Hotel mieści się w starym budynku w stylu europejskim, a hol jest pięknie urządzony, zwłaszcza staromodna winda, która jest bardzo interesująca. Personel recepcji hotelu jest również bardzo miły. Pokój jest stosunkowo mały, urządzony w nordyckim stylu minimalistycznym, czysty i wykwintny.

It was a nice hotel. The room was clean and quite spacious. Do note there is no bellboy service (which is common in Europe) so you have to push your heavy luggages yourself. The breakfast was superb.

As always. This hotel is the best hotel in Helsinki definitely. The spa facility is great, the cleaning room service is also always timely and precise. The spa staff was the best person I have ever met. He is a decent guy. I will use this hotel again. The only problem with this hotel would be the restaurant. Don't use it.

Pro - room spacious - quit place suitable for relaxing out from city busy /noise Con - A bit far from city centre. E-hailing cost €10 to city centre. Nearby Tram station / Bus about 800/500m

This is a really 5 Stars Hotel in the heart of Helsinki.  The infrastructure, the amenities, the services are impeccable from check-in to check-out and everything in between. Doormen are courteous and friendly. The Housekeepers are friendly, meticulous and polite.  The Gym is one of the best in the hotel industry. It is so well equipped for all muscle groups you wish to work on.  When one of my friend’s room and some issues, it was immediately remedied and service recovery was swift and effective.  Our rooms were actually extended and drinks grated gratis to wow us. I must say Willem Hagedoorn (the Deputy Hotel Manager) was really generous! All 5 of us were very impressed by the high quality customer service and first class hospitality standard of  NH Collection - we were delighted!  I even got a Birthday surprise from the Guest Relations Manager. 房間非常好！兩張大床還準備了小童單人床！還準備了牙刷拖鞋等設備超足！還有soda製作機器，整體非常滿意，市區逛吃也超方便！如果再來還會選擇這個酒店！

Winter wonderland. This hotel has a warm and loving ambience from the moment you enter reception. Lovely and patient staff that make you feel very welcome. The room was super cosy and the shower was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. The hotel's location is very convenient and easy to walk to all major attractions. I will definitely be back.
