Wybrałem ten hotel, ponieważ jest bardzo blisko terminalu Gatwick North, zaledwie 2 minuty spacerem. Zameldowałem się i najpierw przydzielono mi pokój, wszedłem i okazało się, że nie został w ogóle posprzątany, ręczniki leżały na podłodze, łóżko nie było pościelone, a butelki leżały otwarte na stole. Wróciłem do recepcji, gdzie byli bardzo mili i przepraszali, uprzejmie powiedzieli mi, że dokonali ulepszenia mojego pokoju i przeprosili za niedogodności. Nowy pokój, który mi przydzielono, wyglądał bardzo podobnie do pokoju, za który zapłaciłem, nie jestem pewien, na czym polegało ulepszenie, ale przynajmniej tym razem był czysty. Jeśli chodzi o cenę, jest bardzo drogo, ale to, czego hotelowi brakuje w czystości, nadrabia lokalizacją. Prawdopodobnie następnym razem zaoszczędzę pieniądze i zatrzymam się w Premier Inn po drugiej stronie ulicy.

Mieszkamy dość lokalnie, ale zdecydowaliśmy się tu zostać, ponieważ bal mojej córki i jej przyjaciółek odbywał się w winnicy w pobliżu hotelu, chcieliśmy, aby bal naszych dziewczynek był trochę bardziej wyjątkowy. Personel jest bardzo pomocny i przyjazny, zrobił wszystko, aby nasz pobyt był idealny. Zimna woda w lodówce, wentylatory w pokoju, a pogoda była gorąca. Jedzenie, które zamówiliśmy z menu w naszym pokoju, było świetne, a przyjaciele jedli w barze, który również był bardzo dobry. Polecam i na pewno zatrzymam się tu ponownie.

I booked this location for a real “British Experience.” Although I don’t know if it was a real experience, it was a REAL experience. From the moment the car arrived, I was impressed and in love. It is a true country estate, surrounded by green rolling hills and ancient trees. The first view down the driveway was of a stunning estate with beautifully landscaped grounds. We arrived early and they were able to register us immediately. The only downside was the number of stairs to get to the room, but this was minimal. The interior was breathtaking, the outside was awe inspiring. We had originally planned on taking a day to go to London, but quickly decided to stay and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the estate. The food was wonderful but the breakfast hours were not as noted. On Saturday, we arrived at 10:30 for breakfast and the buffet was nearly empty, however the staff were kind enough to bring us the few things we needed. The staff were wonderful and added to the exceptional experience of our stay. I will definitely revisit this location in the future. It was a lovely experience.

It was an amazing experience from start to finish the staff were fantastic, very understanding & accommodating to all my needs as forever grateful & would highly recommend.

love it hotel, very convenient as there's any shop nearby just walk within few minutes. Breakfast is good and delicious and definite will choose this hotel again.

Great manor-style hotel with large and comfortable rooms. The restaurant and bar taste good. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The parking is convenient and free. Originally, it was a noble manor, with a large private territory and beautiful surroundings.

Send the children to the Charterhouse summer camp, stay here for one night, very quiet town, drive more than 40 minutes from Heathrow Airport. The room is decorated very classically, full of royal style, and the bathroom is more modern. The plane was delayed and it took two hours to queue up. When I arrived, I had passed the latest check-in time. Fortunately, I called the hotel in advance to explain the situation. The two staff Samara and Danielle have been waiting for us and upgraded us to Charles II Deluxe Room. The stay experience is great! The UK in July is very early in the morning, very cool, and the thick quilt at night feels a bit cold and does not need air conditioning at all. The breakfast was very rich.

Everything perfect as always. Just two comments: firstly the bathrooms are way too small, and secondly, a hotel of this quality should not consider it necessary to charge extra for parking, though i admit that this does unfortunately seem to be becoming the norm these days. That said, all in all a lovely hotel.

I stayed at the Bush Hotel Farnham while attending a memorial service. Overall, it was a great stay — the hotel is charming and well-located, with good cleanliness and amenities. The atmosphere felt calm and respectful, which suited the occasion. That said, the rooms felt quite dated. While everything was tidy and functional, the old-fashioned decor didn’t quite match the price point. Service was decent, though not exceptional. Still, a solid choice if you value tradition and a peaceful environment, but be aware the interiors may not be modern.

Nice cosy cottage room with underfloor heating in bathroom, a bath and separate shower cubicle with overhead shower, a wide range of complimentary soft drinks and snacks. Lots of small but fast spiders, but expected for a cottage with lots of garden space. Service was friendly and welcoming and you can request a golf cart ride to and from different locations on the Beaverbrook grounds. 4 different restaurants to choose from. Breakfast included. Relatively expensive (3 starters, 2 mains, 2 sides, 2 desserts and a bottle of water was £200) but also expected for a place like this. Service was great. Booking a hotel room for the night includes use of the spa, no matter which online platform you book through including trip.com. Spa was a nice experience, though felt more like a health club that had spa facilities rather than a dedicated spa as I thought they would have more than 1 of each type. 1 sauna, 1 steam room, 1 jacuzzi (only 1 button worked), 1 indoor swimming pool, 1 outdoor heated swimming pool and a kids pool. Felt like they could have cleaned the leaves in the outdoor pool. Lots of choice for massages and other treatments. Gym was nice and modern. Towels, slippers and robes provided. Overall a pleasant stay.
