Absolutely amazing stay , as soon as we arrived everything was great and customer service was brilliant . They even upgraded us to a room with a hot tub for my husbands birthday. Spa was lovely and even on the checkout day can use it to 1pm which was a nice bonus. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent and so good only had to walk 30 seconds from our room. Will definitely be back to visit again!

The scenery is very good! ! The picturesque scenery, as mentioned in many reviews, the hotel itself is a scene. The traditional English manor style, blooming gardens, and tranquil lakeside all make people linger. During this trip to the Lake District, I went to the town center and ambleside. It is not an exaggeration to say that I personally feel that only by staying at the Langdale Chase Hotel can we truly appreciate the beauty of the Lake District. The attitude of the staff is also relatively good. The hotel is about 5 kilometers from the railway station and a taxi is 10 pounds; it is about 2 kilometers from the ambleside pier. You can also take a bus to these two towns, but the bus stop is five to six hundred meters away from the hotel, which is not particularly recommended. If you are not driving by yourself, it is better to take a taxi. If you are taking a taxi, it is best to call the front desk. It usually takes ten minutes. If you are in a hurry, it is best to advance. The toilet facilities are slightly outdated, but there is no major impact. The lake view room I stayed this time was quite spacious with a balcony. Overall, very satisfied!

很漂亮的二層別墅，前台英國小姐非常熱情，招待很不錯，門是單孔鎖要學習一下怎麼使用，我們的房間抽水馬桶按鈕不太好用，其他設施都一切正常，小朋友嘗試了按摩浴缸很開心。第二天的早餐第一天可以預訂和選擇不同的主菜，是現做的，很貼心，早上check out之後可以寄存行李至下午四點，酒店位置不錯，走到windmere火車站約十分鐘，一路經過小鎮中心，有巴士可以去bowness和amberside，從library站上下車，遊覽起來也很方便。

Hotel jest całkiem dobry, widok na trawnik nie jest taki duży jak na rysunku. Hotel musi iść 20 minut na dół, a kurs jest miastem Bowness, można jeździć na łodzi. Wracać w nocy jest lepiej, gdy wrócę w ostatnim pół drogi nie ma światła, i odczuwam ”gęstą noc”. Pokoje hotelowe są nazwane nazwami miasteczek w dzielnicy jeziora. Są to śniadanie z wolnego miejsca (Trip.com pokazało, że nie, ale w rzeczywistości są wolne), a później zamówione przez siebie kolacje są pyszne i eleganckie.

The service was very kind, and the room was spotless. From the comfortable bedding to the open view, everything felt complete with nothing lacking. The breakfast was clean and well-prepared, and both the coffee and bread were excellent. Every piece of interior decor reflected the host’s attention to detail and care, making the entire space feel beautifully curated.

This trip is to celebrate our anniversary and we did enjoy our stay here. The staffs are friendly and smiling all the time. Comfotable room, beautiful scenery, relaxing atmosphere. Recommend.

Lovely manager, Pamela, who gave a personal welcome and send off. Accommodated our requests. The decor was tasteful and amenities new. Provided a good range of in room beverages. Loved the skylight above the bath.

酒店非常好，我們住頂樓，樓層有點高，工作人員幫我們把行李搬上樓，很客氣，衞生間很大，英式裝修，乾淨整潔舒適。薑餅屋就在酒店的對面，很漂亮的小鎮！
