I recently had the pleasure of staying and overall it left a very positive impression. 🛏️ Room Comfort & Cleanliness • The room was comfortable, offering plenty of room to relax and move around comfortably. • It was immaculately clean, with fresh linens, spotless floors, and well-maintained furnishings. 🌅 Scenic Views • The views from the room were stunning—whether it was city lights at night or a sweeping horizon during the day, the scenery was truly enjoyable.

Review from Malaysian. Evertyhing is fine and perfect. Room is spacious. FOOD IS FANTASTIC!!!! 10/10. Its just the iron needed to be changed. It is so broken cant change the temperature & also the iron board. I cant use it. Overall everything is top notch! Thank you!

The location is excellent n it is right in the center of medan city. There is a big mall: delipark mall right opposite the hotel w Sogo as the anchor departal store. There r many eateries n cinema available on the top floor. The security of the hotel is very tight that makes me feel safe... The staff over there r there to welcome us to the hotel

Room is huge and super clean. Toilet come with bathtub and shower in different cubicle. Absolutely posh. The breakfast is above and beyond. I really enjoy the food as the have so many different varieties and the breakfast also serve on the top floor where the view of the surrounding of medan is part of the meal. Just breathtaking! I would come to this hotel if i were to visit medan in near future!

GGuest UserAn extraordinary stay. The hotel's location is strategically in the city center with easy access to business and entertainment areas. Upon arrival, the staff's service was highly professional, friendly, and responsive. The room was very spacious, clean, and meticulously designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud with premium sheets and a customizable pillow menu. The in-room facilities were complete, including a large LED TV, a minibar, and a marble bathroom with a bathtub and luxurious, fragrant amenities.

PPeachy14We love our stay here. The room was spacious, clean and spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and well maintained. Shower gel and lotion with lightly lavender scented were our favorites. Breakfast was very delicious with western, asian, and local cuisine. We also love the service that all the staff provided. Especially the receptionist that helped us had a smooth check in. Overall we have a great stay here and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Medan.

AAnonymous UserAfter breakfast yesterday, I planned to head straight to the museum from my room and then take the Airport Express train to the airport. But guess what? The door wouldn't open (my card showed a green light, but the door just wouldn't budge). I called the floor attendant, and even her master key couldn't open it. She was quite helpful, immediately calling engineering, but no one answered. I was in a hurry, so I told her to keep calling while I went downstairs to the front desk for help. There were two ladies in hijabs at the front desk. They sent a male staff member up with me, but still, no luck! Then, the engineering guy arrived with a power drill, but that didn't work either. I told them to wait... I was just standing in the hallway, no chairs anywhere. Eventually, I thought, 'This isn't going to work, I need to push them at the front desk where at least there are seats.' So, after about forty minutes of this ordeal, they told me the door was open and to come up. When I got into the room, I saw that the ceiling panel above the door had partially fallen off (was this the reason? I don't know, and I didn't have time to haggle with them). I checked out immediately, rushed to the museum, then to the train station. I made it to the Airport Express with just three minutes to spare! Thanks to the tuk-tuk driver who helped me sprint with my luggage. Looking back, this hotel was terrible. From start to finish, not a single apology! The front desk ladies in hijabs acted like it wasn't their problem, totally unconcerned. While waiting, I was going up and down by myself, and no one from the front desk even bothered to come up to check on the situation; they just sent staff. At the time, I didn't know how long it would take to open the door or if I'd miss my flight, so I tried calling Ctrip, but I could only speak to a robot customer service! Ugh. What an unpleasant experience. The door wouldn't open, and this brand-name chain hotel had no solution! It really messed up my schedule!

CCDxmasEverything was good except the bed. My back is aching cause the bed is too soft it sunken. I was upgraded to super deluxe but then it had no bathtub as what I originally booked. Hence, I get them to change back to my original room category as I purposely booked deluxe queen because of the bathtub.
