We stayed for 1 night at Balcone Hotel & Suites. Location was superb, cool air , breezy and the mountain view was stunning as I have book my room overlooking the Merapi & Singalang mountain. Our room was spacious & clean & quiet. Breakfast can be improved. The wash hand basin had a bit of problem as the water does not flow very well but we manage to open the sink trap to let the water out. Settle the problem. Overall happy ending. Highly recommend this hotel.

It was great experience with BASKO. If you are not familiar with Indonesian food, i recommend strongly nasi goreng in restaurant (for breakfast buffet). And also I want to bring this hotel's orange juice to home. It was the best juice I've ever had. Room service available 24hour. Room is maintain their clearance, but one of disappointing point is sewer, it can't drain well 😭

Great
OOpenEyesOnTheWorldLocation good, bed comfortable. The room is pretty much run down, mold and moisture on the wall in the room, and in the bathroom. AC very loud. The furniture and seats are stained and filthy. Rooms are not soundproof so you hear everything from the corridor including the hotel music running almost 24 hours.
