Albergo situato in posizione strategica: proprio alla fine della strada sulla quale si può arrivare a Camogli e in corrispondenza del parcheggio comunale dove solitamente non si trova posto. L'albergo offre (a 35€ al giorno) il parcheggio privato sotterraneo a due piani con ampi posti per le vetture anche se per arrivarci occorre stare attenti i bordi del tunnel a chiocciola adatti per auto piccole.
La camera è irregolare ma con stile moderno e di fatto funzionale. Nel bagno è molto ampio e l'angolo doccia veramente grande. Comoda la cabina armadio, meno comoda la posizione della cassaforte che obbliga a contorsioni innaturali per vedere le istruzioni. TV al plasma da 55 pollici bello ma mal posizionato. Il materasso del letto è comodissimo. Personale gentilissimo e cortese. Per via dei nostri orari di arrivo non abbiamo potuto saggiare i servizi offerti (sauna, idromassaggio, ecc...) .

Сам по себе отель хороший, особенно с учетом того какие отели вокруг. Близко море и станция Nervi. Хороший завтрак. Важно что есть парковка (правда 45 евро в сутки), так как в Нерви припарковать машину почти нереально.
Но есть ужасные минусы:
- невыносимая вонь в номере. Персонал сказал что от кондиционера, попросил не беспокоится, поставил освежитель воздуха, но ничего не изменилось.
- нежелание помочь. После того как было заявлено что в номере ужасный запах, логично было бы предложить другой номер, компенсацию, ну хотя бы что-то. Предложили только не переживать.
- единый балкон на много номеров, к нам дважды за проживание заходили чужие большие собаки. Так быть не должно.
- очень дорогой ужин в ресторане. В целом это не проблема, но качество еды среднее, не на эти деньги
- вода в душе рандомно меняется от ледяной до кипятка несколько раз за пару минут, это нельзя контролировать
Очень жаль что в целом такой классный отель допускает такие провалы. При цене 1000 евро за ночь так нельзя.

Ma ten sam styl retro, co na zdjęciu. Pokój jest bardzo dobry, łazienka jest duża, a lokalizacja jest również bardzo dobra, naprzeciwko dworca kolejowego. Jedyną wadą jest to, że śniadanie ma bardzo mało odmian i składa się głównie z zimnych potraw.

Pobyliśmy w wielu luksusowych hotelach na koszt francuski i ten hotel jest tak). + Piękne stare wnętrza, łącząc most z morzem. - stosunkowo małe pokoje, kabina prysznicowa wąska, hotel jest nad użyciem, usługa restauracji musi być zatwierdzona (oczeknicy nie są zainteresowani dobrym serwisem jako restauracja pełna cały czas), brudne łyżki (patrz zdjęcie), widok na zdjęcie jest „częściowo widok na morze”))).

GGuest UserThe hotel’s location was in a more residential area so was quieter than other hotels in the city centre. It took only about 10mins walking to get to the historic city centre
though. Hotel room was very spacious and clean. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. There’re a few eateries and bars close by as well as a convenience store. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful .

GGuest UserIt is indeed the same retro style as in the pictures, the room is nice, the bathroom is big, and the location is also very good, facing the train station. The only drawback is that the breakfast has few varieties and mainly cold food.

The room and facilities were comfortable and impeccably clean. The breakfast prioritized quality, a refreshing change from the quantity-focused approach of many resorts. I will definitely return.

GGuest UserThis place is great. It’s old but that’s the charm. It’s beautiful and unique. The service provided was easily one of the best parts about the stay, everyone was extremely nice and professional. The amenities were amazing, there was like 4 different types of saunas and even 4 different types of showers (who knew?) and being able to jump into crystal blue waters and then order a beer to my pool lounge which was next to the rocks was pretty sick.

MM306752****The real palace is very amazing. The experience is full. The tea set is Chinese. The front desk is a bit serious. The waiter is very enthusiastic and active. Help with luggage and parking.
The location is unparalleled. Outside the window is the core area of the port. The back door of the hotel is the core scenic spot.
As for the room, look directly at the picture. Tong Xuan is not bullying.
Breakfast staff is warm but there are too few choices. It belongs to the mini breakfast.

DdavylegrandWe had a great stay and are returning guests to this property. The location and the staff are fantastic and make your experience excellent. We stayed in a room with a large balcony offering wonderful balcony furniture where you can enjoy you private breakfast or just a cup of coffee. The hotel is very dog friendly which is a plus for us.
The rooms are not really big but big enough to feel comfortable. Bathrooms are rather small and have very little storage area. Breakfast buffet offers everything you need and the staff even recommends dishes from the kitchen freshly prepared for you.
We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to the Ligurian coast.
