酒店位置極佳，就在火車站對面。check-in取房時，他最初給了我們一間低層房間，窗外四周全被對面的房間包圍著，完全沒有景觀，而且是天井位置，後來我們要求換房間，因為我在Trip.com預訂的是寫著城市景觀。後來他們立即換了一間面向火車站大街的房間給我們，證明其實是有更好的景觀房間，但他們就是不先給你。房間對着大楷，晚上街上人聲嘈雜，有時會有人喧嘩大叫，或大聲嬉戲。房間面積不大，洗手間及浴室更是面積很小，洗手枱面完全不能放置物品。玻璃窗上亦有塵埃痕跡，完全不像一間名牌酒店， $2000一晚的房間有點不值。

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, na piechotę na starówkę tylko 15 minut, mieliśmy pokój z widokiem na cała starówkę. Śniadania są dobre, jedyny mały minus to przez 7 dni mieliśmy codziennie identyczne jedzenie.

L’accueil était chaleureux et professionnel. La chambre était très belle, spacieuse et bien équipée. L’hôtel dispose de plusieurs restaurants et d’un grand lobby très agréable. Il est idéalement situé, à seulement 5 minutes en voiture du centre, et il est même possible d’y aller gratuitement en tram. Le parking est très grand, ce qui est un vrai plus. Seul bémol : Googlemaps ne donne pas l’emplacement exact de l’hôtel, ce qui nous a fait tourner trois fois avant de le trouver. Sinon, tout était parfait !”

A cot was so nicely arranged already in our room without any request, that was a nice touch and appreciated. The room is spacious, even with King sized bed + a baby cot there is still a lot of room. Spacious bathrooms. Appreciated the no single use plastic bottle in both bathrooms and in-room water. Only wish was, there was charging next to the bed. Location is spot on! And staff was very nice to us, thank you for a nice stay.

Perfect stay, spacious rooms, great service. Very close to the city centre. Breakfast was also very good, not crazy amount of options but everything was fresh and tasty, service was awesome. For sure recommend to stay here

酒店是兩棟別墅，一棟是酒店，一棟是飯店。酒店很新，裝修豪華，房間也很大，位置很好，出門就是市中心。酒店服務很好，服務員很熱情，有耐心。唯一吐槽的就是免費的早餐沒有什麼可以吃的，菜單上的早餐需要另外花錢，一開始不知道，吃完才知道要付錢，最後一頓早餐另外付了60幾歐。酒店有歡迎水果和點心，還有冰箱裏的飲料啤酒都是免費的

SShiminTnvshiThe location is very good. I went out to play when I arrived at the hotel. I took a shower late at night and found hair in my bathrobe. It was too late and I was too tired to bother. I told the hotel front desk about this the next day. They were very nice and kept apologizing. I asked them to replace it with a new one because I had doubts about the hygiene of the entire hotel because of this hair. The front desk manager and others said they would compensate me for something. I said forget it and went out to play again. When I returned to the hotel after playing for 5 hours, the room card was invalid! The front desk swiped the card again and went up to the room. I found that it was being cleaned. They were very nice and hoped that we could wait for 20 minutes. We went down to the lobby and waited for 20 minutes before going to the room. I found that the bathrobe with other people's hair was still there. They didn't replace it for me! ! ! I was speechless. I complained to Ctrip, and the result was that everyone from the cleaning staff to the manager came to my house. I kept insisting that it was a bathrobe, but everyone who handled it asked me if it was a towel. I was even more tired to deal with it. They directly told me not to come again and apologized. In addition to being very nice and saying sorry, from the front desk to the back-end, even the bathrobe and towel were not clearly communicated. This hotel should have been my good memories, it was so disappointing!

GGuest UserThe hotel, which opened 25 years ago, is very new. Its location right opposite the train station is incredibly convenient. The room design is a cool blend of modern and vintage. However, the front desk service wasn't very friendly, especially Diego, who seemed prejudiced against Asians. He initially assigned us a terrible room with high windows that felt like a prison cell. It was only after we found flies in the room that he moved us to a larger one overlooking the train station. This shows the hotel clearly had better rooms available, and as a Marriott member staying for three nights, I should have been given a decent room from the start. We accidentally left two hats in the closet of the first room, and it took two days and many conversations to get them back; they seemed completely unconcerned. On the other hand, another front desk staff member, Augustine, was fantastic. He had a sweet smile throughout and genuinely provided excellent service. He truly deserves a promotion!
