„The management needs improvement. Even the simplest check-in process can go wrong. Our two-night stay was reduced to one night, and we were even called and asked why we didn’t check out on time. We explained the situation to the hotel management, but they never called us back. After that, We were so nervous that we thought the hotel had thrown our things out, so we rushed back to the hotel to deal with it. They didn’t even an apology.”

„Check in was late and I had to wait for a few hours. It was raining and i wanted to walk around the area but my request for an umbrella was not met. Breakfast was also a bit chaotic due to limited space. Selection was limited too.”

„The hotel is beautifully designed, with an elegant atmosphere that creates a very comfortable stay. The interior is stylish, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, allowing me to have a great night's sleep. However, I believe the hotel should pay more attention to housekeeping and quality control, especially considering it is a newly opened property. The white coffee table in my room was covered with a noticeable layer of dust. When I wiped it with my hand, dust came off immediately. Surprisingly, the other tables in the room were clean, so it seemed that this particular table had been overlooked. I also found dust on the floor beside the glass panel next to the bathtub, which looked as though it had not been cleaned. In addition, there was a loose screw beside the fish tank, along with visible traces of unfinished construction or installation work. These details should have been properly cleaned up and inspected before the room was handed over to guests. The weighing scale also had visible dirty marks on it, which did not leave a good impression. Another disappointment was that I called Guest Services twice to report these issues, but no one answered either call. In the end, I gave up trying. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed the hotel's beautiful design, elegant ambience, and comfortable bed. My experience would have been much better if more attention had been given to cleanliness, room inspection, and guest service. I hope the management will address these issues, as the hotel has great potential to provide an excellent guest experience. Should the hotel require further clarification, I would be happy to provide videos documenting the issues I encountered during my stay. „Staff were attentive and friendly, and they even had a Cultural Appreciation Night, sharing about the local culture and tribes. Hotel location were a short 5 mins drive away from Mulu National Park, and the property offers shuttle services. Sometimes you gotta wait a little during peak (noon and evening), and you can call the hotel or get the park security to holler the hotel to come pick you. Food is great at the hotel, and the rooms are clean. TV reception might be weak as expected cos we are in the near the mountains but everything else is great! Would stay at Marriott again when we visit Mulu in the future!”

„Zarezerwowałem 3 pokoje na 2 noce. Rodzinna wycieczka . Poduszka pachnie wilgocią. Alarm przeciwpożarowy zadzwonił przez co najmniej 10 minut o 8 rano następnego dnia, nie raz, ale dwa razy. To jest bardzo irytujące. Wieczorem wyszliśmy na lunch. Kiedy wracamy do naszego pokoju, karta-klucz nie działa dla całego pokoju. Długo czekałem, aż przekażą nam nowy klucz. Kiedy w końcu personel przekazał nam nowy klucz, powiedziałem personelowi, aby przyniósł wózek, ponieważ ma to wpływ na nasz tryb wakacyjny, więc postanowiliśmy się wymeldować. Czekałem kolejne 15 minut, a wózka nie ma. Poszedłem do recepcji, żeby to sprawdzić, a personel odpowiedział: „Och, chcesz się wymeldować? Ale z systemu wymeldowanie odbędzie się jutro”. dokładnie ten sam personel, który przekazał nam klucz i powiedziałem mu, żeby przyniósł nam wcześniej wózek. Złe doświadczenia z tym hotelem.”
