Our stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the staff claimed we hadn’t paid for our stay, despite presenting both the Trip.com invoice and credit card statement. Thankfully, Trip.com’s customer service responded quickly to resolve the issue, but we were still hassled until the morning. The rooms lacked basic amenities and were uncomfortably humid with mold. There was no complimentary water provided, which was inconvenient. The food at the hotel was overpriced and did not meet expectations in terms of quality. Overall, this experience fell short of what we expected.

Tal cual en las fotos. La atención es muy buena. Al estar en la selva, se siente mucha paz. Tener en cuenta que para cualquier cosa fuera del hotel tienes que pedir taxi o tener coche, el hotel ofrece servicio de taxi y funciona bastante bien.

achei um pouco dificil a reserva pois nao tinha operado ainda com este site, quando chegamos estava td certo e fomos acomodados num quarto com carpete e um incrivel mau cheiro, reclamamos na portaria e a atendente prontamente nos realocou num quarto piso laminado, ficou perfeito. acho que a questao do carpete ja passou em hoteleria.

El hotel está muy venido a menos con respecto al mantenimiento. El spa atiende solo 5 horas al día y es difícil conseguir turnos para la cantidad de huéspedes del hotel, y si reservamos a las 15, podemos ingresar a las 16 porque tardan 1 hora en llenar el hidromasaje y el personal no llega hasta las 15. El restaurante no abre de noche, por lo que hay que ir a cenar al hotel de al lado, a unos 150 metros de noche y sobre la ruta. Lo mejor del hotel, el servicio del restaurante y la atención de altura y rocio.

我們連續住了三晚獨立小屋202房，酒店位置和整體自然環境都不錯，比較天然，還能看到野生刺豚鼠在花園裡活動。距離機場和瀑布都不算遠，單程打車25刀。早餐比較基礎。有泳池。房間比較舊，設施也老，吹風筒很小的功率，桌子也開裂。 服務態度挺好，有問題也會反饋。第一晚發現屋子周圍的燈都壞的，反饋後，第二晚修好了一部分。 但從第二天就開始跟酒店溝通要更換到另一間空的201房，前台小哥説被訂走了。但第二天晚上發現並沒有，201房是空的。房間也沒打掃，垃圾沒倒，但房間裏的燈和空調卻被關閉了，説明有人進入過，為什麼不打掃？也不更換垃圾桶以及衞生間浴巾？也沒更換床單。前台説因為我們沒放需要打掃的字牌在門外。根本沒有。我要換到隔壁乾淨的無人的201房，前台不給換。也沒人打掃。 第三天房間整理床鋪，但沒換床單，整理清空垃圾桶。總之有問題酒店會有迴應，但不怎麼整改，也不給住空置的房間。非常奇怪難以理解！下次應該不會住了。雖然自然環境不錯。

Прекрасний готель, максимально наближений до природи. Привітний персонал. На території є 2 басейни та гарний ресторан. Фото смачної вечері додаю)) Усе зроблено в одному стилі, гарні будиночки, навіть рецепція красиво вписується в загальний вигляд. На другому поверсі рецепції є лаунж зона, де комфортно можна зачекати свого поселення та пограти в настільні ігри. Або ж почитати книгу. В номері є все необхідне: від різноманітного посуду з келихами, до блендеру, також є репеленти від комарів, що дуже допомагає. Мате, горішки та шоколадні цукерки як комплімент від закладу були приємним бонусом. Дуже класна тераса з мангалом, можна вечеряти на природі. А ще хочеться звернути увагу на деталі: записочка з іменем гостя та привітанням - виглядало дуже мило 🥰 ❤️ Це один з найкращих готелей, які хочеться рекомендувати. 10 з 10.

GGuest UserI enjoyed my stay for 2 days. The hotel is suitable for international guests with English speaking staff, responsive transport arrangements and a good restaurant. Breakfast was great and I enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine and wide variety of fruits. The papaya, honey melon and water melon were so delicious ! We had lunch here, the food was well prepared and generous. A bit pricey but thats hotel-ish. Bed was firm and goo, pillow a bit high but otherwise very comfy Whats not so great - the shower water goes from cold to hot to luke warm to cold and then warm - its erratic and leans toward cold/luke warm People who complain about the distance from town must understand this place is for people who dont want noise and the activity. Its peaceful and for people who seek to relax away from the crowds. No shopping, its isolated but near to airport and Iguazu Falls. Thats what I am here for and so Mercure works for me.

LLady_DiA beautiful hotel, close to nature. Welcome staff. There are 2 pools and a nice restaurant. Photos of a delicious dinner.)) It's all done in one style, beautiful houses, even the recipient is beautifully suited to the general view. On the second floor of the recipient is a lounge area where you can comfortably wait for your settlement and play desktop games. Or read the book. There is everything you need in the room: from various cups to mixers, there are mosquito repellents that help you a lot. Mate, nuts and chocolate candy as a compliment to the plant were a nice bonus. A very cool mangal terrace, you can have dinner in nature. And I want to pay attention to the details: a note with the guest name and a greeting - it looked very nice 🥰 ❤️ This is one of the best hotels you want to recommend. 10 out of 10.
