Very nice room   Coffee maker in the room would have been a great addition but overall a very comfortable bed and clean room made for a good night’s sleep.  Thank you!

Fantastic hotel with friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy and excellent location. This hotel added to our experience in Toronto and we will definitely stay here again when we return. Great amenities. The hotel room was excellent t with great furniture and a very comfortable bed. View from our room was outstanding.

Room is spaciously and location is convenient. Gas station is just a few steps away with Tim Horton where one can get coffee and bkft

Pokój był ładny i czysty 😀. Ale termostat był ustawiony na konkretną temperaturę i nie dało się jej kontrolować, bo w nocy w pokoju robiło się trochę ciepło. Klimatyzacja włączała się co około 20 minut i za każdym razem wydawała hałas, przez co trudno było dobrze spać.

There is no light on celling the first room they give me, before I went down to the front desk, I ask the housekeeping lady and she told me talk to front desk room after 21, there is no celling light, the room inside was very dark, I went down told front desk and changed another room and then she give me room 25, I told her housekeeping lady told me no celling light after 21 then she ask me go upstairs to check first, after I check and going back down said no night, she give me another room #49, I told her again no celling light after room #21, she still give me room#49 , I told her to call housekeeping department to check but she ask me go to check by myself, I never heard a 4 stars hotel will asked guess to check room for front desk, she don't want to change another room for me before I check room#49. Then I go upstairs to check then going back down again. She told me there is no more rooms available. I told her I want to talk to her supervisor, her supervisor come out and finally give me room#11 room with a celling light . Total I using 1 hour to check-in. That is what kind of hotel it is.

Wybrałem ten hotel na rodzinne wakacje i mieszkanie na 35. piętrze było wspaniałym doświadczeniem. . . Z pokoju roztacza się widok na Wodospady Kamei, z tęczami w ciągu dnia i kolorowymi światłami w nocy. Najbardziej niespodziewaną niespodzianką jest czyste niebo i dawno zaginiony wschód słońca. . . Możesz wstać wcześnie i wygodnie obejrzeć w hotelu. To takie piękne życie! ! Wyposażenie pokoju jest również bardzo dobre. Apartament ma 2 bardzo duże łóżka o długości 1,83 metra, w których bardzo wygodnie się śpi... Basen hotelowy i siłownia są również dobre!

Great location! Very nice Fallsview from the river site room. Very comfortable beds and nice, thick towels. The only complaint I have about the parking, which quite far away from the hotel and very expensive (about $54 with the taxes). I would suggest to unload the luggage and drive the underground public parking, which is the same distance as Marriott'S parking but, costs $20 cheaper.

The location is good, walking distance to the market and restaurants. Wishing they didn’t start the roof construction early in the morning😞

It was a nice comfortable room but the hotel was a let down for us. First we needed to wait for 15 minutes for a check in with a small child in our arms at night, because there was only one receptionist who was also working as a cashier to a shop in the hotel and just prioritised the people leaving the shop instead of the coming guests. The thought of combining a receptionist and a cashier being a good idea is beyond me. The swimming pool was another let down. We booked it for the slide but in the pool we learnt our almost 5 years old daughter is too small for the slide. We offered we could slide with her, but it was also not allowed. We complained and literally nothing was suggested as a solution. Not even an apology. The posters for the slides are very misleading and when booking there was no information clearly visible that there are such restrictions for the slide, that is so eagerly advertised. All in all, this was the worst stay we have had for a while due to the incredibly poor service.

Wybierając się do Niagara Falls, długo nie mogłem wybrać się na żaden z hoteli, w końcu wybór padł na Marriott - niestety pokoje z widokiem na wodospad był o wiele droższe, stąd wziąłem bez widoku. Jednak na recepcji dostaliśmy upgrade z widokiem na wodospad. Pokoje czyste, schludne i dla niepalących. Niestety należy uważać na Wi-Fi, które jest płatne dla osób które nie są w programie lojalnościowym. Wszystkie główne atrakcje, restauracje są w zasięgu spaceru.
