„Just 10 mins walk from the main train station. The hotel is amazing, befitting its international brand name. The layout of the bed, tables, internal decor, cleanliness, the thought put into the buttons for control of lighting, plus the placement and availability of sockets is in line of what I would expect for ”Hilton”. It has on-screen monitoring (in the room) of the laundry and dryer, negating the need to physically stay in the laundry room. Love the breakfast ! It has lamb and beef steak for breakfast. Good varieties of fruits, yoghurts and Chinese cuisine. I wonder why Hilton doesn't have similar hotels for other silk road cities such as Dunhuang or Jiayuguan. The reception staff is prompt and helpful in directions. Probably the only downside I can think of is lack of proper restaurants near or inside the hotel. We had to take a taxi or walk in 3 km (in -10C freezing cold) to get to the nearest mall. However, there is a mid-size convenient store adjacent to the hotel (across the traffic light junction). Would absolutely recommend this hotel. Worth paying the premium.”

„The hotel design is outstanding but it is not easy to spend your life in practical. The room number in both at key card and in front of the room is difficult to read. The rest room have no place to hang your towel and cloths. The light in the room is very dim. The very well hotel design did not match with the paper cups they provided for drinking any drinks in the room. Ceramic mug is not too expensive to provide for guest to use as other hotel. The kettle should be cleaned up or replacing with new one. It don’t think it is expensive or there is many method to clean up this stain in the internet. Staff is helpful but very few only one person at a time. The way to the breakfast room is very complicated with no any sign. What I like most is breakfast room. Very relax deign and various food option.”

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! My partner kept praising my choice, and I totally agree. Highly, highly recommend! 😄 **Location:** Right by the East Gate of Dunhuang Night Market, super convenient. **Facilities:** It has a classic, antique-style exterior and furnishings, but the rooms are equipped with modern smart technology. I snapped a few photos of the interior – that little chair is my favorite, so incredibly comfortable. **Cleanliness:** Spotless, couldn't find a single fault. Plus, they have self-service laundry machines, which was great for refreshing our gear halfway through our Qinghai-Gansu trip. The breakfast is on the ninth floor, and when the weather isn't too hot, you can even dine outdoors, which is a lovely touch.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and the experience was truly excellent in every way. The property is well-maintained, clean, and welcoming, with bright spaces and designer furnishings. The room was spacious, quiet, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay (complimentary Perrier and still water, L’Occitane toiletries, fresh and dried fruits, bathtub). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to respond with a smile and offer helpful advice to make your stay even better. Breakfast was rich, varied, and made with excellent quality products. A note about the free airport/station pick-up service. 10 out of 10!

This stay was absolutely delightful! I was initially worried about the location being a bit out of the way, so I only booked one night. To my surprise, getting a taxi on the first night was super easy, so we extended our stay. While there aren't other guesthouses right around ours, we noticed a whole street full of guesthouses nearby, which seemed crowded and noisy. At night, lying in bed, you can hear the wind brushing against the walls, but it's not loud; it actually feels like being in harmony with nature. My husband and I also went gold panning – if you find gold coins, you can exchange them for prizes. We went enthusiastically, expecting a small sandbox like in a park, but it was a massive area! **Mingsha Mountain View Afternoon Tea:** The chilled apricot peel tea was delicious. **Fengmingsha Desert Restaurant - 30% off coupon for set meals:** After we landed, the butler collected our luggage and told us hotpot was ready, just waiting for us to freshen up and eat. The lamb wasn't ***** at all, and the dipping sauce was really tasty.

The hotel's location is excellent, and its facilities are comprehensive and thoughtfully designed. It even has a gym and a laundry room. The front desk staff were quiet but incredibly meticulous and helpful. They managed to switch our two rooms, which were originally on different floors, to the same floor, which was a great convenience for me as I was traveling with elderly family members and children. The sleep quality was excellent, the shower was comfortable, and the toothbrushes provided were good quality. The surrounding area is bustling with unique cultural and creative shops and特色餐饮 (specialty restaurants). It's also just a ten-minute walk to the Danghe River. Our room was right next to a luxurious bathroom that looked like it belonged in a multi-million dollar home.

The hotel's location is excellent, right off the main bustling street, making dining very convenient. There's also ground-level parking in the back. The front desk staff, especially the young woman who helped me, was incredibly warm and enthusiastic. She proactively assisted with my luggage both at check-in and check-out. The front desk offered complimentary tea and snacks, and the hotel even provided a foot bath bucket. The housekeeping staff was also great; an older lady brought me a thermos of hot water. My only minor gripe was the hairdryer, which kept activating its overheating protection, making it inconvenient to use. I noticed quite a few guests with pet dogs during my stay.

We are impressed with the hotel. Whatever we write, it will still be not enough, because it is a real jewel in every aspect. The room was luxuriously furnished and extremely cozy. Inside there is everything you need for a perfect and comfortable stay and rest. Even the smallest details, both functional and aesthetic, have been considered. There were snacks and water in the room as a compliment from the hotel. On the 5th floor there is a self-service laundry room and dryer available to guests. The cleanliness is perfect. The breakfast is rich and has both European and Asian offerings. The location is very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby, and the beautiful central part is also within walking distance. We are grateful to the entire staff for the excellent service and kind attitude. Every single person of the team does his job perfectly well. The only thing we regret is that we did not have more time to enjoy this wonderful place. We wish the entire team health and good luck. Always be so kind and keep this high level service.

I highly recommend this hotel to those who drive to Dunhuang with their kids. It has a bathtub, which the kids love very much. The room facilities are very complete, the environment is very good, and it is not far from the attractions. Every service staff is very enthusiastic, especially the lobby manager. Yogurt is given when you check in, and plush toys are given when you check out. The kids like it very much and said they will stay here again next time. Highly recommended. Very cost-effective.

Had a great experience! 👍 The room was clean and tidy, and there's a food street about a ten-minute walk away. Watching the World Cup and having skewers there at night was a fantastic experience. The security guards at the hotel entrance were very responsible; they'd arrange parking for you as soon as you drove up, so no worries about parking at all. If I had to mention a downside, the breakfast was just okay. The milk dispenser tap in the buffet restaurant was broken, so it took forever to get a glass of milk. 😓

I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting the ancient city! Its advantages are outstanding: the staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and spotless, with no lingering cigarette smell, which is great for non-smokers. The floor-to-ceiling windows are a real highlight, offering expansive and comfortable views of both ancient city architecture and natural wetland scenery. Parking is free, and laundry facilities are convenient, making it suitable for both short and long stays, especially for those traveling by car. It's also close to the night market, offering a fantastic selection of characteristic BBQ for dinner. Areas for improvement: the air conditioning was a bit weak, and the shower water pressure was insufficient. I suggest the owner checks the equipment; fixing these would definitely elevate the guest experience.
