4-Star hotele w: Hainan, China

Arrived odd hours at 3am and couldn't figure out how to get to the hotel. As usual the contact for shuttle is only by phone call which is inconvenient for non-China citizens. Luckily able to latch on to others who were headed the same way. The reception could be friendlier but understand it is ungodly hours. Couldn't understand how to receive the hotel voucher and wasn't helped to do so. The hotel room itself was fabulous. Clean and comfortable bed and more than enough supply of drinking water. The bath tub was a plus too! Easy check out.

To była krótka przejażdżka z lotniska. „Darmowy” przejazd z lotniska do hotelu był żartem. Zajęło wieczność, aby dowiedzieć się, jak skontaktować się z kierowcą (zdecydowanie potrzebujesz chińskiej karty SIM lub możliwości wykonywania połączeń). Ponadto nikt (kierowca, recepcja itp.) nie mówi po angielsku. Podjazd do hotelu nie jest długi. Staliśmy za jedną rodziną w kolejce, więc czekanie na zameldowanie zajęło około 20 minut. Przyjechaliśmy o 2 w nocy, ale musieliśmy złapać lot o 7:30, więc nie mieliśmy zbyt wiele czasu na odpoczynek. Nadal jesteśmy zadowoleni, że się zameldowaliśmy. Prysznic i łóżko były dobre. Niestety, transfer o 5 rano był „w pełni zarezerwowany” w momencie naszego zameldowania, więc musieliśmy zapłacić za własny transport powrotny na lotnisko, mimo że przejazd miał być wliczony w cenę. Następny transfer był godzinę później (tylko jeden transfer na godzinę!!), więc dla nas było za późno. Nie jest to wielka sprawa, bo kosztowało to tylko kilka dolarów, ale było to uciążliwe, żeby dostać didi, a samochód naszego kierowcy utknął, bo brama nie chciała się otworzyć, żebyśmy mogli opuścić parking. Korytarz nie był klimatyzowany, więc pociliśmy się jak szaleni, pchając nasze bagaże przez długie korytarze, żeby dostać się do naszego pokoju. Jeśli się nie spieszysz jak my, to jest OK…

Leaderka zespołu przedniego desk panna Kelly jest tak cierpliwa i zapewnia nam wiele pomocy i dobrej usługi dla nas jako cudzoziemców! Bardzo polecam ten hotel jako jego nowy i doskonały położenie i dobrą obsługę ! Z pewnością znów tam zostanie, kiedy ja pójdę do Haikou!

Hotel okazał się całkiem dobry, w pełni zasługuje na cztery gwiazdki. Pokoje były nieco zniszczone, ale w pokoju był czajnik, telewizor i lodówka. Ręczniki zmieniane są codziennie, pościel co kilka dni, a łazienka wyposażona jest w pełen zestaw akcesoriów. Dostępne są ręczniki plażowe i fumigator na komary. Śniadania są dobre, głównie w stylu chińskim, ale są też dania kuchni europejskiej, takie jak jogurt, jajecznica, tosty, kiełbaski i wiele innych. Kucharze bardzo się starają, jedzenie jest pyszne. Jak to możliwe, chciałbym, żeby materace były bardziej miękkie. Do plaży jest 10 minut spacerem, a w okolicy jest mnóstwo kawiarni, restauracji i sklepów. Basen w budynku po drugiej stronie ulicy jest czysty i zaciszny. Przystanek autobusowy znajduje się tuż przed hotelem. Personel mówi słabo po angielsku, lepiej ściągnąć tłumacza.

Pros: - Ideal location for individual travellers. There're lots of bus stops nearby the hotel & you can catch the right bus to almost all city sightseeings & shopping malls. It took us somewhere around 20 minutes to get to the hotel from the East railway station & about an hour to get to the Mailan airport. Sun & moon squire plaza is located just 15 minutes of walking from the hotel. There're lots of stores to go shopping & restaurants to eat for any taste there. Same way you can get to Hainan museum on foot. Qilon street, Hainan tropical wildlife park & botanical garden, Hainan golden temple Chengmai, Mission hills movie town & even Holiday beach can be reached by buses from this location. So if you prefer using the public transport during your trips, the hotel is really good for you - Lovely, helpful & friendly ladies at the reception desk. They let us store our luggage for several hours after checking-out, thank them for it - The room is clean, rather cozy & well-maintained. AC works good & the window view is also pleasant Cons: - The room was much smaller than it was declared. Still it was comfortable for us, as we didn't spend much time inside. But the room wasn't 33-35 squire meters, in reality it's 15 squire meters maximum - When other guests decide to talk on the phone in the hall, it's a bit noisy

Jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu w Hampton by Hilton, który wybrałem tym razem. Recepcja i obsługa pokoju są bardzo dobre, pokój jest przestronny, czysty i schludny, a wyposażenie jest dobrze wyposażone, śniadanie w formie bufetu jest bogate a otoczenie restauracji jest również bardzo dobre; pralnia jest bardzo łatwa w użyciu, z pralką i suszarką. Można to zrobić w ciągu godziny; najważniejsze jest to, że hotel znajduje się w doskonałej lokalizacji W pobliżu Binhai New Village i Longxing Road znajduje się wiele restauracji i kawiarni, co jest świetne!

My family of 8 stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Excellent front desk and housekeeping services, many of them went all out to help us. For instance, we are so impressed with this front desk lady(Ms 郭) who patiently shared various suggestions with us on where to eat and tour; when one of our smoke free room smelled of smoke, she arrange a air purifier for us and it does help to improve air quality. Housekeeping personnel made arrangements to get us 8 pairs of slippers when we want to go opposite for dinner once the typhoon has subsidized but certain areas are still very wet. Rooms are spacious and clean. Love the spread of breakfast. Walking distance to a few shopping malls. Will stay here again in my next visit to Haikou!

Przyjechałem tu po tylu słyszeniach i doświadczenie w tym hotelu było absolutnie idealne! Lokalizacja to główny atut; hotel znajduje się bardzo blisko starej ulicy Qilou i biblioteki Yundong, w odległości spaceru lub krótkiej przejażdżki taksówką, co czyni go niezwykle dogodnym miejscem do zwiedzania. Najbardziej imponujące są cztery posiłki dziennie. Stół w formie bufetu ugina się od różnorodnych, pysznych potraw: mini kiełbasek, orzeźwiających marynowanych warzyw, pikantnej edamame i innych przystawek, a także talerzy owoców, sałatek warzywnych i aromatycznych smażonych makaronów – bogaty i pyszny wybór, więc nie musisz się martwić, gdzie zjeść. Udogodnienia są również bardzo przemyślane. Pralnia z pralko-suszarką Haier jest praktyczna i przemyślana. Pokoje są prosto i wygodnie urządzone, łazienka jest doskonale zaprojektowana, a kosmetyki kompletne. Nawet takie detale, jak suszarka do włosów, są przemyślane. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, obsługa jest doskonała; od udogodnień po obsługę gastronomiczną, nie ma na co narzekać. Stosunek jakości do ceny jest po prostu znakomity! Pokoje gościnne robią szczególne wrażenie, charakteryzując się prostym, a zarazem praktycznym układem. Miękka pościel połączona jest z wygodnymi kanapami, a strefy pracy i wypoczynku są wyraźnie zaznaczone. Strefa sanitarna została zaprojektowana z dbałością o szczegóły, z okrągłym lustrem do makijażu i markowymi kosmetykami. Wbudowana przestrzeń do przechowywania jest pełna czystych ręczników, a takie udogodnienia jak suszarka do włosów zapewniają wyjątkowy komfort pobytu.

Overall a pleasant stay for us at this local hotel, which was one of the few that’s able to accommodate my wife and I plus our 3 children, in two connecting rooms. We stayed over 5 nights in this property. It served our purpose perfectly for a short stay at a convenient location served directly by a bus service with the airport. We arrived hours ahead due to changes in flight schedule, but the front desk was very generous and checked us in as soon as the rooms were ready, that's great customer service 👍 The rooms were large and well stocked with the necessary essentials including rubber slippers. There were 2 bathrooms+toilets as well as an additional standalone WC ~ more than enough for our use and made the stay even more pleasant. There was a large living room with an adjacent study area equipped with desk, chair and power outlets, that's shielded off the noise from living room - a great addition for those who needed space to get some work done. The hotel is located in a convenient location that's close to local food places and simple shopping. There's a supermarket in a building basement about two blocks away that's well stocked. You can even get a quick haircut for RMB15 in the same basement for those (guys) who don't care much about style 😂 There are LUCK IN coffee, Mixue, KFC, local eateries, street food, and restaurants all within short walk of about 200m. One thing great about this hotel is the bus transport serving Meilan airport that starts and ends at this property, costing just RMB20 per person per direction. Each hotel booking apparently entitled the guest one free ticket! We departed the hotel on this bus which took about 50 mins to reach the airport, as it made a few scheduled stops along the way and was driven at a slow steady bus speed. That perfectly solved the trouble and costs of having to book 2 taxis due to number of people and luggages, right at the hotel door step! One attraction of the hotel was the hot spring available in the bathroom via a large wooden tub, as well as one outside the hotel for guests. I saw some guests using the public pool which would involve walking out of the hotel in bathrobes and slippers onto the driveway and all. We’re not the hot spring type so no comments, but this feature may appeal to others. Some negative points that prevented the property having full 5 stars: - Erratic WiFi connection - the WiFi sometimes would have no Internet connection, randomly, it could be evening or even morning when everyone was sleeping and not many devices connected. As we had two rooms technically so there were two WiFi logins for our use. Sometimes one would work and not the other and at different times. Sometimes the connection would be lost halfway while using. It’s really irritating. We made multiple feedback but nothing had improved. - the property is really aged and a refresh is badly needed. It’s livable and generally clean for sure, but the decor, style and musky smell especially in the hallways, were unmistakable. According to the plague near the main entrance, the property was completed around the 2000s, that’s time for university graduation if this were a person😀

Nasz ośmiodniowy, siedmiodniowy pobyt w tym hotelu był spełnieniem marzeń od początku do końca. Byliśmy zachwyceni oszałamiającym widokiem na ocean z naszego pokoju, który był pierwszą rzeczą, jaką podziwialiśmy każdego ranka. Niesamowita gościnność rozpoczęła się od bezpłatnego odbioru i dowozu z lotniska, dzięki czemu nasza podróż przebiegła bezproblemowo. Miłą niespodzianką były bezpłatne napoje i ciasto, dzięki którym poczuliśmy się niezwykle mile widziani. Sam hotel jest nieskazitelnie czysty, pięknie nowy i ma fantastyczną, nowoczesną atmosferę. Budzenie się każdego dnia z tym zapierającym dech w piersiach widokiem było naprawdę niezapomniane.
