„Absolutely perfect! The guesthouse gave us a free upgrade because we had two doggies which was a marvelous start. I love a guesthouse who is so hospitable and puts the needs of their visitors above cost. The location is perfectly close to Helan mountain which made for a wonderful morning ride to the mountain. The free wine taste each night was most welcomed and delicious. The free tour of their wine cellar was also a lovely touch. Food was the best of the three Dalezhiye that we visited this trip. Five Star Michelin feeling in the restaurant with gorgeous views is the Helan mountain and greenery. Also close to many top vineyards in the area. Absolutely quiet and perfect for those wishing to leave the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend for a relaxing and peaceful stay in Yinchuan.”

The staff were friendly and efficient, and check-in was a breeze. The lobby is elegant and the whole hotel is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle. „We stayed here for 2 nights. On our arrival, we realised that the hotel is located just behind the Yuhuang Pavillion. It is also conveniently located near the popular pedestrian street in Yinchuan. The staffs are very helpful. From the receptionist, to the cleaner and the guard too. Everyone is kind and helpful. The room was cosy and clean. The bed, blanket and pillows are comfy. We had good sleep. The bathroom was clean. The prepared bathroom slippers for us to use. The laundry is on the 3rd floor. They prepared drying area too. Although the hotel is not particularly new, it has complete facilities and the surrounding environment is relatively good and quiet. The heating and air conditioning are sufficient, giving southerners a full sense of security. There are also many types of breakfast, and in order to avoid waste, they are very considerate and cut into small pieces. When breakfast is about to end, they will knock on the door of each room to ask if you have eaten breakfast. The service was very good and enthusiastic. The air conditioner was already on when I checked in. The lady at the front desk also helped to deliver the luggage to the room and explained the precautions very considerately.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would absolutely stay here again. The room was wonderfully spacious and spotlessly clean. There was plenty of room to relax, and the housekeeping team clearly does an immaculate job. The service was truly outstanding. Every member of the staff provided wonderful, friendly, and excellent service from the moment I checked in until the moment I left. They genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. If you are looking for a comfortable, pristine room and top-tier hospitality, look no further!

Lovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area. The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super ! We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity. We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful. The toiletries were all upmarket If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping. Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

With the high temperatures in Suzhou and Hangzhou, this is a great escape to the heat in the northwest, featuring a lovely guesthouse village. Nan'an is the largest guesthouse complex in the area, with 40 rooms out of a total of 100. This time, we stayed at Taojiaying West House, with a swimming pool in front and a farm/ranch/ranch in the back – very pleasant. The room details were also very well done, suitable for large families or groups of friends. Both restaurants in the village are good for breakfast: 🌻Xiangke (more variety), 🍜Lao Wang Ji Breakfast & Midnight Canteen. Special praise to Nan'an's management team, including Da Yuan and her group; they communicated with us before our arrival and were very attentive. During our stay, our drone got stuck in a tree in the yard, and the management team helped us find a solution from evening until morning, finally fixing it with a tree trunk over ten meters long. - Climb the Great Wall (five-minute climb to the top) for panoramic views of the Yellow River and the village. - Feeding lambs, riding camels, milking goats. I call it the Yellow River version of ”Wuzhen Village”; the entire village has an integrated design with a Mediterranean feel, perfect for photos.

We came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

We recently stayed at the hotel for 19 days and had a truly wonderful experience. The service from all staff was fantastic, making our stay feel comfortable and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and well-maintained throughout our visit . A special highlight was the breakfast—it was very varied and changed every day, which was a real treat during such a long stay. Every team member we encountered was friendly and helpful. This stay truly exceeded my expectations! It's a beautiful vineyard estate with lush greenery, offering a tranquil and cozy environment. You can cycle and stroll around the grounds, visit the winery, and the atmosphere is simply wonderful. What I'm most incredibly grateful for is that around 10 PM on the night of our check-in, I suddenly felt unwell. However, my partner couldn't leave our young, sleeping child. In a moment of panic, one of the team members in the housekeeper chat proactively offered help. Even more remarkably, the manager immediately drove me to the hospital for treatment, accompanied me through all the examinations, and stayed with me until past midnight. I'm truly, incredibly grateful. The room was clean and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities. But most importantly, the staff here are genuinely warm and helpful. The manager extended a helping hand when a guest needed it most, acting like family even though we're not. It's truly difficult to encounter such an unexpected situation when traveling, but thankfully, the manager and housekeepers were so warm and helped me through it smoothly. As a guest, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Helan Mountain. It was a truly warm and special accommodation experience. My sincere thanks again to everyone at Dayuezhiye, Helan Mountain. Thank you all, and I wish you all a smooth and increasingly better life!!

I came to Yinchuan for a business trip alone, but I didn’t expect the hotel to be so cost-effective. The price is about 200 yuan, the room is about 30 square meters, there is a separate desk, separate bathroom, smart toilet. The location of the hotel is also good, but there is no entertainment nearby at night. After 11 o'clock, all the stores in this neighborhood are basically closed. You can take a taxi to other places. The price is still very high, the experience is great

The hotel is very close to Yinchuan Station, making travel convenient. Soon after I checked in, they proactively called my room to ask if I was satisfied. When checking out, they also asked for my feedback on the stay. After I mentioned that there were two bottles of shampoo but no body wash in the bathroom, the front desk lady chased after me to the hotel entrance to give me a cute shopping bag. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I highly recommend staying here.
