Room Quality and Comfort: The room was a sanctuary of modern design. The interface—meaning the room layout—was intuitive and spacious. I was assigned a suite on the 14th floor, offering a panoramic view of the skyline. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing excellent ”uptime” for my sleep quality. This is a clean hotel with good service and delicious breakfast! I especially loved having Quark, Skyr, smoothies, and kiwi 🥝 every morning. I stayed for about 20 days. A few things bothered me: check-in took an incredibly long time, daily housekeeping was very basic, and the gym wasn't easily accessible. There was no 24-hour staffed fitness club. The gym is on the first floor, but there's no one there... From 3 PM onwards, there's a huge line, and it's hard to check in quickly. Due to the basic cleaning, sheets aren't changed, and many things are left as they were the day before. Tissues and shampoo weren't replaced for two days, so I used my own. I had to find a time when there were no check-in guests to ask at the counter for refills. It's puzzling why the hairdryer was put back in its bag when it could have been left plugged in, and tissues weren't replaced... Empty plastic bottles (Pfand bottles) weren't collected, but glass bottles were. I wonder if glass bottles are tipped? I'm not sure if it's a cultural thing or a system, but some items are collected and some aren't. Update: Regarding the gym I initially thought the hotel's value for money was questionable given the services, but my opinion changed once I learned how to use the gym and actually used it. I wouldn't have known how to use it without asking... Just looking at the signs, it looked like the gym was on the 1st floor, and you could see it through the glass, but it seemed to be under construction. When I asked at the counter, I found out it was actually outside. I was able to use the highly-rated Fitness First in the adjacent building.

Because it was close to Christmas in January, the hotels near Dresden Central Station were fully booked and the room rates soared. Since we were traveling with so many people, it was difficult to find a suitable hotel. We finally chose to stay at this Radisson, which is less than 10 km from the city center and has a good travel distance. Room service needs to be booked one day in advance, otherwise it will not be cleaned, which is rare.

The hotel's location is impeccable, right next to the Church of Our Lady, and all the Old Town attractions are within walking distance. The room was very clean, and while it's an older hotel, you can tell it's well-maintained. There are charging ports by the bed, including regular outlets and USB-C/USB. However, the bed was a bit small; I booked a 180cm bed, but it felt more like 160cm. Being able to get water (still, sparkling, or lightly sparkling) was a nice convenience. The free sauna, swimming pool, and outdoor jacuzzi felt like a proper vacation, which was great. The only minor drawback was that the male staff were polite but not very enthusiastic, whereas the female staff were much better – very helpful and always smiling. But then again, it's Germany, so don't expect too much in terms of service! 😂

The INNSiDE Leipzig enjoys an excellent location, tucked neatly between the historic market square, the old town, and a more contemporary quarter brimming with restaurants and cafés. It’s a strong base for exploring the city on foot, whether your interest lies in culture, shopping, or dining. We didn’t opt for the hotel breakfast, and honestly, there’s no need to. The surrounding area offers plenty of breakfast options. That said, quality varies — a few places are solid, while others are best avoided, so a bit of online scouting is advisable. The hotel itself is functional and in good repair. It’s clean, straightforward, and unpretentious — not luxurious, but not run-down either. One design choice I could do without is the glass-walled showers. They’re the fully transparent sort, which lack privacy and seem more decorative than practical. A door wouldn’t go amiss. Air conditioning is adequate but not strong. During our June visit it was just sufficient. If you’re visiting during a hotter spell — say, in August — you might find it underwhelming. That said, Leipzig isn’t known for oppressive heat. We parked in a nearby public parking facility for €20 per day. It’s a short walk from the hotel and, in our view, the more sensible choice compared to the hotel’s own parking offering. Stay here for the location and cleanliness. Skip the breakfast, be ready for the odd bathroom layout, and use public parking. It’s a solid, no-frills choice — just don’t expect charm or luxury.

The room and bathroom are very large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was full. The location is very good, walking along the river to the Senbo Opera, Zwenger Palace, Notre Dame Church and other attractions are convenient.

Great location, not too noisy – perfect for me! :) The room was very clean, a corner room which was ideal with lots of natural light. Automatic hotel cleaning and towel change after 3 days, but you can request it more frequently at reception, which was a great option for me as no one disturbed me and the hallway was very quiet because of it. There was also a fridge in the room, which was very helpful. The only thing I would complain about is the incredibly sparse and unappetizing breakfasts. I don't expect miracles, but it would be nice to have some vegetables, like a cucumber, sliced lemon for tea, and something other than tasteless cold cuts and yellow cheese. It doesn't have to be expensive, just a little more effort in my opinion. However, the breakfast staff were very, very nice and helpful :) Overall, I recommend it and would happily stay again in the future, despite the unappetizing breakfast, as it was the only downside of the entire stay.

I stayed at this hotel right before the festival so I would say the price was affordable. The reception staffs are very friendly. The location is a bit far from the main street. So it’s very quiet at night. (It’s quite easy to reach the main street, though. Walk 5 minutes and take the tram 3 to get to the main street. It takes about 15-20minutes.) The room was clean and they gave me a bottle of water. The breakfast was nice as well. German breakfast, and asianish salad, fruits, coffee and 6 kinds of yogurts are prepared. The staffs at the restaurant are super friendly as well. I highly recommend to visit Dresen over any other cities in Germany, and this hotel would be a good choice. Not just for the layover, it’s worth to stay 1 to 2 days in Dresden.

Very good location, attentive service, and a good breakfast. We had problems with the air conditioning, but they quickly resolved the issue. It was annoying that the cleaning staff came to the room twice in the morning. If checkout is at 11 a.m., guests shouldn't be disturbed in the morning.

The room was very poor, the room type was weird, the TV and the bed were parallel, and the wardrobe was directly topped at the bathroom door. The hotel as a whole is an old hotel in a third-tier city to repair the facade. I don't know how so many praises came from. The service is very poor. When you check in at the front desk, you should pay attention to it. There is a small sign on the inconspicuous side that says: The default guest does not need cleaning service, so if you need to change the bath towel and plan the room, please ask it at the front desk. This feeling is a bit of an invisible consumption trap. Then I asked for cleaning service, and the next morning cleaning came knocking at 8:30, speechless. The attitude of the front desk is also very general. If you don't propose it, you will not take the initiative to give you a city map and introduce the surrounding area. In short, very disappointed and will not go again. The city itself is good, the surrounding environment is very good, the small zoo is very comfortable to stroll around, and the food is delicious.
