The staff were so friendly and welcoming, we arrived and rooms were spotless, everything we needed. Did have a little musty smell but it's an older building didn't spoil they stay. We ate in the lounge bar food was lovely staff again were great. We requested a quiet room and it was didn't hear a noise peaceful stay. There's a nature walk on the grounds it was nice of an evening to take a little stroll lovely surroundings I'd stay there again

This hotel is beautiful in a perfect setting, very close to Stratford-upon-Avon. The only negative points are around meal times. Breakfast supplies need better management or a dining room manager. Items were often running very low t9 depleted, and manu guests had to keep asking for the missing items. Secondly, wedding parties / guests pass through one of breakfast rooms to reach the wedding ceremony room. Guests were being ushered in to the breakfast room where hotel guests were still finishing up there breakfast. This room should be kept separate and hotel guests given space and time to enjoy their breakfast. We moved in to the bar area but that was worse, as people piled in before 11am for drinks! If the bar is going to be open then ushered wedding guests in to one area rather than disrupting guests staying at the hotel. We felt very uncomfortable and as though we were intruding on them. The other point I would like to make is about the lady who announces the wedding info should be more courteous to staff. I heard an abrupt command for an item to be moved .. this is rude and unacceptable, especially in front of guests or anyone, for that matter, let alone embarrassing for the member of staff involved. All the staff were lovely, I just think they would benefit from some training or guidance on running a well organised breakfast room. Dinner was fabulous, just a little disorganised and slow at times. Needs to be a bit more attentive The Spa and pools are wonderful. Overall, we had a most wonderful stay and our room was excellent! I would definitely go back again.. just employ some more staff,, seasonal if need be.

Fantastic hotel rooms were great lovely size. Couldn't have wished for a better location within walking distance to centre of Stratford upon Avon close to all theatres would definitely stay here again and have recommended to friends and family

Lovely friendly hotel, room was a good size, warm, they accommodate pets which was why we chose it, free tea and coffee all day, buffet breakfast was a highlight, very much recommend! Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, nice area, hallway carpets could use a refresh, there is no gym room as advertised as it recently closed, overall excellent place to stay

Easy check in; only a short walk from the train station and the main centre. Next to parks and possible to walk to Warwick along the Avon and canal footpaths. Fantastic breakfast and room has everything you need for a short stay.

Nice helpful staff. Game room was great but poor quality broken bats and equipment were provided.Hotel was generally clean and well maintained. Really nice for families.Lots of free parking. Great breakfast.

Lovely farmhouse. Totally enjoyed staying here. The hostess is super nice and hospitable. The scenery is gorgeous from the window.

Lovely hotel, fresh clean rooms. Very quiet location considering it is close to the main road. Breakfast buffet was good quality and wide selection. Staff were friendly. Games room added extra fun with the stay.

Nice location, beds and pillows not the best and the shower is not very powerful

Wspaniała lokalizacja i piękne miejsca ~ parking był trudny do znalezienia.  Pokój był czysty i uporządkowany, z ładnym łóżkiem stałym, Pogoda była bardzo ciepła, a nawet jeśli w pokoju był wentylator, ciepło było stifling i tak gorące! Tak zwany “air con” był bezużyteczny!  Wnętrze basenu było dobrego rozmiaru, ale było tak niesamowicie gorąco w budynku, trudno było oddychać!! (Otwórz drzwi, aby wpuścić trochę tlenu!) Wieczorny posiłek był dobry, jak śniadanie następnego ranka.  Dość drogie na średnie pobyt.  Ładny personel.
