„Stayed at this hotel near airport to crash for the night since I arrived late in Delhi. Amenities looked new and well maintained. Provided four big bottles of drinking water which was a plus since I was advised by others to avoid drinking or brushing my teeth using the tap water. Breakfast was of great variety and even included elements of Chinese food like stir-fried bee hoon and western selection. However, the topping was the spread of Indian food and spices. It makes the typical bread and jam dull. The room was of Novotel-standard expectations and I was glad I booked it to have a good night's rest.”

„I stayed here for two nights - one at the beginning of a two week India adventure and one at the end. Absolutely lovely room on both occasions, spotlessly clean and with a great selection of complimentary tea, coffee, water. Choice of snacks in a minibar which were really cheap too. Huge bed, very comfortable, great air on. The staff and the service they provided were excellent - I’m pretty sure they don’t earn a great deal and they work so hard - so it’s nice to be able to tip generously! Restaurant is lovely with an amazing breakfast buffet - or they’ll pack you up a breakfast to go bag if you ask at reception. The hotel will also provide a driver and car for airport runs (a bargain at 1100 rupees - so leave a generous tip!). Great little coffee shop/cake section too which was great to sit and people watch on an evening - again, soooo cheap but lovely. Thank you Pride Plaza!!!”

„Pod koniec grudnia zatrzymałem się w hotelu The Connaught w Nowym Delhi (IHCL SeleQtions) na jedną noc i był to doskonały wybór. Podróżowałem z Vrindavan i następnego dnia jechałem do Dżajpuru, więc potrzebowałem centralnego i wygodnego miejsca, w którym mógłbym odpocząć. Lokalizacja jest bezkonkurencyjna, jeśli zależy Ci na bliskości Connaught Place (CP). Pomimo ruchliwej okolicy, hotel sprawiał wrażenie cichej oazy spokoju. Pokój miał wspaniały, butikowy klimat – nowoczesny, ale z typową dla Tajów gościnnością. Personel był niezwykle uprzejmy i sprawił, że zameldowanie przebiegło sprawnie, co było ulgą po długiej podróży. Bardzo się cieszę, że wybrałem ten hotel spośród innych w okolicy. Śniadanie również było atutem, oferując bogaty wybór dań. Gorąco polecam każdemu, kto szuka luksusowego pobytu w centrum Delhi.”

„I had a very pleasant stay at Ibis New Delhi Aerocity. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well organized. The location is excellent, especially for travelers who need to stay close to the airport. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. The staff were professional and helpful, and the overall service was smooth and efficient. Everything felt modern and well managed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New Delhi, especially if you are looking for a reliable and comfortable stay near the airport.”

„It's a new hotel that, on the surface, looks like a decent option. My personal experience wasn't great. There was hammering/drilling every morning at 9am. The fitness room was being renovated - there was no mention of this when booking. The Pillows in the room were one type and was causing me neck pain, when I asked if they had any other pillows, I wss told there's only 1 type. The location is terrible - there is gridlock traffic outside the hotel and I would advise you to book an uber at least 20 mins earlier than you need it as it will invariably arrive late. I would not stay here again mainly because of the issues with the location. All my other complaints, could be improved upon if the hotel management wants to.”

„2泊お世話になりました。フロントのスタッフの方は良い方でした。 部屋は清潔感がありましたが、空調部分に匂い袋のようなものを吊り下げていて、私はその香りがすきではなかったため若干ストレスでした。 シャワーの水圧は良く、排水も良かったです。 リッチはそれほど悪くなく、周辺にカフェもあるので朝食はそこで摂りました。（カフェはAM7:30～） ただ、残念なことが、階段近くの部屋でしたが、スタッフの控え場所（寝ていた）が、爆音で音楽を聴いていたため、騒音が酷かった。 スタッフに「音を下げて静かにしてください」と2回言いに行きました。 階段でエコーで響き、22:00にあの騒音は誰でも不快。 【English】 We stayed for two nights. The front desk staff were kind and polite. The room was clean; however, there was a sachet or scented bag hanging near the air-conditioning unit. Unfortunately, I did not like the smell, which caused me some discomfort. The shower water pressure was good, and the drainage worked well. The location was not too bad, and there are cafés nearby, so we had breakfast there (the café opens from 7:30 a.m.). What was most disappointing was the noise. Our room was near the stairs, and staff members were staying/resting in a staff area nearby while playing music at an extremely loud volume. The noise was very disturbing. I went to ask them twice to turn the music down and keep quiet. Because the sound echoed through the stairwell, the noise was especially loud. At 10:00 p.m., that level of noise would be unpleasant for anyone.”
