4-Star hotele w: Gujarat, India

Good hotel but as usually if you’ve booked on trip.com treated very second class. Booked a deluxe suite and put in a bog standard room. Went back to reception and it was changed. So often this happens with trip.com. Vegetarian hotel but a good non veg nearby - 5 mins by car. Room was clean and adequate and we had a comfortable stay.

La cuestión es que los huéspedes vienen en grupos muy grandes al mismo tiempo. Por tanto, colapsan a todos los trabajadores. Excellent service and very helpful staff couldn't do enough for you at anytime. I stayed 2 nights. You get a phone call to remind you that breakfast will be closing at a certain time. Choice of breakfast. Staff are there if you need help. They bring the beverages & water to the table. On next visit to Jamnagar I would like to come to the Sayaji's. Thank you.

Always have been an impressive one here.... Generally facility is tip top on point. But the service from staff seems to be degraded over time. My last visit in 2024 was much better where staff were more professional and on time. Asked for several things and they always kept me waiting and never came back. A staff was even still promoting the hotel asking for review on spot in the restaurant. I would not appreciate it this way.... A lot of things can be done better on this. The rest clean room and okish location. No complain on those it was still on point and good. Keep up the good maintenance... and pushing up some service skills for the team. I will still come agian :) Radisson generally are still good as of my personal opinion.

AC is not working properly and water problem also there in bathroom.

The room is a bit rusty, overall it is okay, it feels that the second floor is not safe enough, I hope to improve, the restaurant type is not complete, but the consumption level in morbi is almost the same,
