I stayed at this hotel during a recent business trip and had a very smooth and comfortable experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff were professional and attentive. The room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped with everything needed for work, including stable Wi-Fi and a comfortable workspace. Overall, an excellent choice for business travel. I would not hesitate to stay here again for future work trips.

Nice comfortable hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The airport is just a 10 minutes drive or cab ride from the hotel. Breakfast (available from 7 to 10am) is a mix of Indian and continental. My room was clean and comfortable, with fast hot water in the shower and stable wifi. The front desk was helpful and efficient, and both my check in and check out processes were fast. The room rate was also competitive. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The team was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed that gave me a great night’s sleep. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and I loved the calm atmosphere. A few small improvements could make it even better, but overall, I would definitely stay here again.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all essential amenities. The staff was polite, helpful, and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and transportation. It's a decent hotel. They call themselves a business 4 star but it lacks in certain places. For example the bathroom sink is clogged. Stains on the marble. The highlight was the view from the room. Overall it's a decent hotel. Also, they only give 2 small bottles of water complimentary in the room. You atleast expect two 1 litre bottles to be given complimentary.

I was looking for a hotel for one night stay at andheri east and came across this hotel.
check-in process was smooth.
The reception area is small but people at reception found to be helpful.
Room allocated was found to be neat and clean, spacious (double hazle).
Air conditioning was found working well.
Room equiped with hot kettle, tea/coffee option.
Bathroom found neat and clean. Though its small in comparison to other hotels. Some smell may be due to non ventilation, but not big issue.
They did had in house restaurant but I did not had chance to taste the food.
Breakfast buffet was good though limited in option, starts at 7am. Taste was good.
Check out process was smooth.
Overall experience waa good.
Though I found it little costly when i compare price i paid vs facility.
Air port is also nearby.
i will recommend this property if any body wishes to stay in andheri east or nearby airport.
Overall happy stay experience.

Hotel położony jest w pobliżu terminala 2 lotniska w Bombaju. W pobliżu nie ma niczego, nawet sklepu spożywczego. Hotel jest odpowiedni na krótkie podróże służbowe, gdzie potrzebny jest jedynie transport z lotniska ze względu na duży ruch w Bombaju. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, pokój hotelowy jest czysty i oferuje nieograniczony widok na zatokę postojową dla samolotów. Z pokoju z widokiem na prawą stronę można obserwować kołowanie samolotu. Śniadanie oferuje szeroki wybór dań kuchni indyjskiej i zachodniej. Minusem jest jednak to, że kuchnia nigdy nie zmienia menu śniadaniowego. Podczas mojego czterodniowego pobytu menu było dokładnie takie samo. Być może w przyszłości kuchnia mogłaby zmienić przynajmniej jedno lub dwa dania.

KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

I’m a backpacker from USA & took me a while to find a good hotel in Mumbai, since it was my first time visiting this amazing city. Every hotel had bad reviews or highly expensive.
So I decided to pick this one and hired a taxi service, (which you could do on this website.) The hotel is a drive down south from the airport in Colaba. The location is perfect. It’s down the street from the famous Taj Mahal hotel so how could it get any better. A short walk from all the touristy spots. It’s perfect.
The hotel felt very safe. There’s security that watches over you and the rooms are on the second floor. There’s a front desk and everyone there is kind and helpful.
The room is very clean, no bugs, no dust, good ac, little candies and a perfect shower. Perfect pressure, perfect hot water. They have tea, coffee and unlimited water bottles.
The breakfast is the best part. Don’t skip out on it! They have a lot of options from Indian to western & everything is made with care and love. The breakfast might be the best part :) idk who the chef is but he/she did a wonderful job.
Okay, so no more searching and stressing! Book this hotel, it’s a winner!

MMarti_13I have stayed for only one night while passing by Pune for business, therefore I could not experience breakfast and facilities (no time).
Overall, I think the hotel is located conveniently in the city center, room size is average and the toilet has all the amenities you might need for your stay. A good value for money option!
The only downturn for me, has been finding the carpet in the room a bit dirty with some food crumbles from (I guess) previous guests, for the rest the toilet and rest of the room seemed to be decently cleaned. My other colleagues did not experience the same, therefore it must have been a small accident and not their standard.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located very close to the international airport, which is convenient. However, on the day I visited, there was a road blockage which was not shown on Google Maps. My driver asked me to get down and walk, which I declined, and instead we had to take a 2.5 km detour to reach the lobby. The staff explained that this was due to government work and that even they had to commute the same way.
At the front desk, service felt a bit cold. For example, guests are asked to collect their own welcome drink, which is fine, but not something I’ve experienced at other Mumbai properties. I also tried calling the restaurant and service desk multiple times for dinner, but no one picked up. On the positive side, they did offer me a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice gesture.
Overall, cleanliness was good and the hotel is decent if you just need a convenient stay while transiting through the international airport. For leisure purposes, however, I would recommend avoiding this hotel.
