Had a very comfortable stay with a perfect view to my vacation.I was travelling with my elderly mother and was worried about location and comfort.But visited gokul Govardhan vrindavan barsana and mathura covered all temples in a timely manner. View from my room was super relaxing which added to the experience

Very nice hotel with a family like warm hospitality and professionalism. I particularly thank Afreen (Guest Relationship Employee), who personally guided me to my room on my arrival to Hotel the day before yesterday. I surely want to come back here with my wife, hopefully within the next few months not years.

While the location is pretty far from central Varanasi, that can also be a plus. Varanasi can be overwhelming and retreating to the garden settings of this hotel is refreshing. The breakfast and dinners were wonderful.  The staff were very helpful.  Special thanks to Sumana for Ashutosh for helping with our train tickets. The pool and fitness center are also great.

Very comfortable stay with great ambience and ideal location.

This hotel is packed with old-school charm. Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated and the grounds of the hotel are lovely. The staff were all very hardworking and welcoming, despite us showing up late at night after a delayed flight. Breakfast was good. Restaurant fare is on the pricier side compared to outside food (as to be expected with hotels) but tasty and generous, we also really enjoyed their special Xmas Eve dinner. Location is a bit further out from the taj area but it was very easy to get around using Uber auto (rickshaws) and the hotel’s garden area + pool area made it feel like a nice quiet oasis from busy Agra, so we slept well. They were doing some work on the rooftop during the time we were there so we weren’t able to use the terrace - a shame as the views seemed great.

Near functional hotel right next to the airport. Rooms are decent. Front office staff is quite lost and confused. Coordination between them and Food and Beverage team is also jinxed. Basically go, check in, don't ask for anything and don't talk to anyone, as anyway they don't listen, and all will be great. The junior team is very courteous and warm.

A centrally located, clean, and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and good dining, valued for its convenience and service quality. I stayed from 17th November to 18th November 2025 for one night, and this hotel has always been my first preference when staying in Gorakhpur. The food is excellent, the staff is courteous and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Mixed Experience – Impressive Views but Some Drawbacks I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience overall. Areas for Improvement Expensive Dining: While the food is tasty, it is noticeably expensive, which may not suit all budgets. Remote Location: The hotel is situated outside the main city area, making it less convenient for those who want easy access to city amenities. Lack of Nearby Supermarkets: There are no supermarkets or convenience stores in the immediate vicinity, so plan ahead if you need essentials. Overbearing Staff: After check-in, staff members unnecessarily follow guests all the way to their rooms, which can feel intrusive. Excessive Security Checks: Security procedures are repeated multiple times, which can be inconvenient and make the stay less relaxing. This hotel may appeal to travelers seeking great views and good food, but be prepared for higher prices, a less central location, and some unnecessary procedures.
