Had a very comfortable stay with a perfect view to my vacation.I was travelling with my elderly mother and was worried about location and comfort. But visited gokul Govardhan vrindavan barsana and mathura covered all temples in a timely manner. View from my room was super relaxing which added to the experience
Very nice hotel with a family like warm hospitality and professionalism. I particularly thank Afreen (Guest Relationship Employee), who personally guided me to my room on my arrival to Hotel the day before yesterday. I surely want to come back here with my wife, hopefully within the next few months not years.
While the location is pretty far from central Varanasi, that can also be a plus. Varanasi can be overwhelming and retreating to the garden settings of this hotel is refreshing. The breakfast and dinners were wonderful. The staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Sumana for Ashutosh for helping with our train tickets. The pool and fitness center are also great.
This hotel is packed with old-school charm. Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated and the grounds of the hotel are lovely. The staff were all very hardworking and welcoming, despite us showing up late at night after a delayed flight. Breakfast was good. Restaurant fare is on the pricier side compared to outside food (as to be expected with hotels) but tasty and generous, we also really enjoyed their special Xmas Eve dinner. Location is a bit further out from the taj area but it was very easy to get around using Uber auto (rickshaws) and the hotel’s garden area + pool area made it feel like a nice quiet oasis from busy Agra, so we slept well. They were doing some work on the rooftop during the time we were there so we weren’t able to use the terrace - a shame as the views seemed great.
Near functional hotel right next to the airport. Rooms are decent. Front office staff is quite lost and confused. Coordination between them and Food and Beverage team is also jinxed. Basically go, check in, don't ask for anything and don't talk to anyone, as anyway they don't listen, and all will be great. The junior team is very courteous and warm.
A centrally located, clean, and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and good dining, valued for its convenience and service quality.
I stayed from 17th November to 18th November 2025 for one night, and this hotel has always been my first preference when staying in Gorakhpur. The food is excellent, the staff is courteous and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
Mixed Experience – Impressive Views but Some Drawbacks
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience overall.
Highlights
Spectacular City View: The view from the top floors is truly impressive and offers a beautiful perspective of the city.
Good Food Quality: The food served at the hotel is quite good, with a range of options to choose from.
Areas for Improvement
Expensive Dining: While the food is tasty, it is noticeably expensive, which may not suit all budgets.
Remote Location: The hotel is situated outside the main city area, making it less convenient for those who want easy access to city amenities.
Lack of Nearby Supermarkets: There are no supermarkets or convenience stores in the immediate vicinity, so plan ahead if you need essentials.
Overbearing Staff: After check-in, staff members unnecessarily follow guests all the way to their rooms, which can feel intrusive.
Excessive Security Checks: Security procedures are repeated multiple times, which can be inconvenient and make the stay less relaxing.
This hotel may appeal to travelers seeking great views and good food, but be prepared for higher prices, a less central location, and some unnecessary procedures.
Perfect, high quality and service hotel, we enjoyed it!
Feels like not in India, lots of greenery, modern interiors, new bathrooms

AAnonymous UserIt was really good experience with this hotel. Last week same in Lucknow i visited GINGER. but i will suggest you guys plz don’t go there coz that hotel is like Lodge. Very bad bed. Everything is ******** in GINGER.
But this week while returning from delhi to Darbhanga by road. I choose GOLDEN TULIP.AND I AM TEALLY VERY HAPPY. Infact ginger charged me 4500 per night.
And Ginger is lower is price. But amenities are awesome.
I recommend u all guys visit this hotel once.
GGuest UserI've stayed a few times here and had very comfortable stays. On this occasion, the hotel was hosting an event, and very loud music was played until 3am. I asked the duty manager to ask them to stop the music, but they refused to do anything about the disturbance. Many people were complaining, but the hotel staff were unable to take a firm stance and turn the music off. I had a flight the following morning at 8am and it impacted my work the next day. Very disappointing handling of the situation by the duty manager.
MMaestraViajarI stayed at this hotel to recover from a surgery I had. I ended up needing to cancel, because I didn't realize that Ghazibad was epically far away from New Delhi, and I was unable to care for myself after the surgery for a time. I was told by the hotel that they would submit to refund the cost of my stay (this did not occur). Additionally, when I checked out, they did not give me the final costs on my room, then they subsequently harassed me on Whatsapp until I was able to pay, all while attempting to heal from a major surgery, and I had to return to the hospital. As for the hotel, it is listed as 4 stars but it is more like 3. I chose the hotel for the beautiful amenities in the pictures -- it looks NOTHING like what is pictured. The staff is helpful, going out of their way to meet any need you have and the restaurant menu and breakfast buffet are good, albeit quite expensive. I also used room service, which at one time I was told they would not take my order, I had to come down to give the order in person. I would say this is a hit or miss hotel. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is beyond unsafe and deplorable and I didn't feel comfortable AT ALL going outside, without risking my life and limb. I do not reccommend this hotel and would not stay again.
PPANCHALExcellent Stay, Great Location and Value for Money
I had one of the best stays at this hotel in Chennai. I stayed for 3 nights and it truly felt like a luxury experience at a reasonable price. The location is a major advantage centrally placed and easily accessible to many parts of the city.
The rooms are spacious, the bed linen was clean, and the bathroom was well maintained with proper toiletries provided. They also supply water bottles and there’s a water dispenser (water can) available in the hallway, which is a nice touch.
They offer a complimentary breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. However the breakfast closes a bit early at 10 AM so plan accordingly. Car parking is available, which is convenient and the staff were polite and helpful, A special mention to the security personnel and room service staff for their hospitality. Outside food is allowed as well, which is a plus.
The only minor inconvenience was that the lift always stopped at the first floor (reception) by default, which was slightly annoying.
Also FYI, I misplaced my room key card and had to pay ₹200 for a replacement.
Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Chennai.

VValery_TihoThis is one of the loveliest and most beautiful hotels I've stayed at in India 🙏. It's funny because I've paid more in other cities and ended up in very mediocre hotels.
Here, it was incredibly clean, modern, and cozy! They provided decent toiletries, clean bedding, and towels. The only thing is that the room was quite small, but for a few nights and an active travel schedule, it was perfectly adequate.
The staff at reception were incredibly kind, ready to explain everything, offer advice, and were generally very friendly and attentive. Mulayam Singh also helped me out – a truly excellent employee 😉.
The rooftop pool is the best way to start your day! And it's absolutely beautiful!
And, of course, being within walking distance of the Taj Mahal is the main highlight!
GGuest UserThe towels had some stains on it and the dinner that I ordered arrived quite late with dessert that went cold . But the location and the main dish that I ordered was good .
NNANThe hotel is ok, the surrounding environment is too bad, there are many cars and many stray dogs, and the hotel is ok, the surrounding environment is too bad, there are many cars and many stray dogs
