Fast process for check in.. Clean rooms. Requested room to be at the same level, as we had a brother with limited disability but not granted. Requested rooms with nice view but we got 2 suites facing construction site. Expected both rooms had bath tubs but only suites with 2 rooms had it. Jacuzzi not functioning for hot tap. Husband whatsapp to the given no, but no reply. I called the room service by myself but was given info that need up to 4 hours to get heated. We waited with hopes, but not functioning. My husband called up, and said will send the management team but somehow did not turn up until checked out. So, NO POINT OF HAVING JACUZZI IF THE HOT TAP WATER IS NOT FUNCTIONING. Many playgrounds. Even we had one at level 21, however, so dusty. The indoor playground only has 1 slides and foosball. No other attraction inside. As for arcade, we paid to play Air hockey table for nothing! Indoor swimming pool with heated water and outdoor playground were good. The sauna was not up to par. Not heated regardless of how much water we poured on. Not so many halal outlets for Muslim at the mall. Conclusion: Will not repeat.

Stayed at Swiss-Belhotel Kuantan and it was such a relaxing experience. The environment is peaceful and perfect for a short escape from the city. The hotel is located right by the beach, so you get a beautiful natural vibe throughout your stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — plenty of space to unwind and enjoy. Hotel facilities are great, including a swimming pool, gym, kids-friendly areas, and dining options, all well-maintained and convenient for both couples and families. The highlight is definitely the view 🌅 You can catch both stunning sunrise and sunset by the beach, which makes it extra special. Waking up to the sea view and ending the day with golden sunset moments is just perfect.

It's a wonderful place to stay with family. Our family stayed in this premium 3 bedroom during this trip. Living room is spacious and there is water dispenser provided in the apartment too. Bedroom size is good as well. Our room comes with Jacuzzi at the balcony too, but we didn't have time to try it out.  Location wise is about 15 mins walk up to the Sky Avenue. It's easier to walk down than to walk up due to the up slope, especially if you are travelling with old folks.. hence, we took a grab up everytime. It's about 5 mins drive from the apartment lobby. Also during our stay, it's their peak season, hence there is no shuttle service, but non peak season, they will have shuttle service up to Firat World Hotel. Their breakfast is not something to shoutout and it's kinda same everyday. They start breakfast at only 8am, if you are there late, there might not be seats available as the area for breakfast is quite small and food might also run out too.  Since it's an Air BnB apartment, they don't do housekeeping for you, however, something nice is they can change your towels and clear the rubbish upon request. Hence, remember to call the reception to request for this. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there. My children enjoyed their trampoline room. Wanted to try out their bowling but it's under maintenance. There are also a few convenience shops at the ground floor, we can still grab something if we are hungry or thirsty at night. Take note only 1 is 24hr,  the rest of the shops closes at 10pm. Hopefully the apartment management can improve on their breakfast spread and area for dinning. Also hope to see more shops or restaurants opening in this area next time.  Will be back again.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the AC Marriott Hotel. The pillows and bed were incredibly comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly throughout the night. The breakfast spread was quite simple, but it was sufficient and satisfying. The staff were highly professional and showed excellent hospitality. I will definitely be coming back again.

The staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive to our request, truly elevating the hospitality experience. We were thrilled to be upgraded to a newly refurbished 2-bedroom suite, having the extra space made our stay so much more comfortable. Huge thanks to the front desk for the unexpected surprise—their hospitality is truly top-tier. Just one small improvement - the spotlights at the street make the rooms too bright for sleep. I would suggest the hotel management to consider to install thicker black out curtains.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for families with young children. The hotel is very kid-friendly, with a spacious lawn where children can run and play freely, which we really appreciated. What made our experience even more special was the thoughtful effort from the staff. They organized fun activities and games for the kids, which kept them entertained and happy throughout our stay. It truly made the check-in and overall experience enjoyable and memorable for our family. We sincerely hope the hotel continues to arrange such engaging programs for children in the future. It would be great to see more hotels like this in Kuala Lumpur, offering family-friendly staycation options. Overall, a fantastic experience — we will definitely be back!

Spent an amazing romantic getaway at Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Cameron Highlands and it truly exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was peaceful, cool, and perfect for couples looking to escape the city. Our unit was beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable — and the best part was the stunning golf course view right from our room, which made the stay even more special and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, adding a warm touch to our experience. We especially loved the cozy ambience and quiet surroundings, making it feel very private and intimate. Waking up to the fresh air and enjoying breakfast together with such a beautiful view was definitely a highlight. Highly recommended for couples seeking a romantic and refreshing retreat. Would definitely come back again! 💕

Check in process was smooth, staff was polite and professional. Booked and requested good view room and staff give highland view, very nice view. - very satisfied with cleanliness of the room - comfortable room and very spacious. Complete amenities in the room - nice outdoor playground and pool - their convenience store really helped us to get snacks and light meal - location wise is not that far from main road and other shops and restaurants, u can get there by car - can strolling outside of the hotel, very nice stroll in the morning - plenty of parking, lift worked well and fast - recommended for families staycation, worth every penny

Moja mama i ja zatrzymaliśmy się na 1 noc. Pobrali depozyt w wysokości 100 lub 200 ringgitów (nie pamiętam), trochę dziwne, ale okej. Pokój znajdował się w oddzielnym budynku, nie było windy, w łazience były ciemne plamy i ogólnie zdecydowanie wymaga naprawy. Moja mama narzekała na bardzo śliską podłogę, trzeba uważać. Na piętrze poniżej był dozownik wody, a w pokoju dzbanek. Pokój był przeciętny, podobała mi się lokalna herbata i kolonialna atmosfera. Śniadanie było dobre, odległość do dworca autobusowego, gdzie przyjeżdżają autobusy z Kuala Lumpur, jest bardzo mała, bardzo wygodnie jest tam dotrzeć pieszo, nawet z plecakami. Pierwsza dziewczyna w recepcji wydawała mi się niezbyt przyjazna i to mnie zaskoczyło (w Malezji wszyscy są zazwyczaj niesamowicie gościnni), ale przy wyjeździe był inny personel, który zrobił lepsze wrażenie. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, dobry hotel na krótki postój i blisko dworca autobusowego oraz przyzwoite śniadanie. Jednak pokoje, a zwłaszcza łazienki, wymagają remontu.

Location is good, within walking distance to restaurants and convenient shops. Use the connection bridge at L5. Very near to GPO and cable car station, about 5 mins drive. Parking is allocated for 1 car. The apartment was clean, with basic amenities like 2 door fridge, washing machine, microwave, basic cutleries, bowls and plates. No pots and pans although there is cooking stovetop. Towels are provided but get prepared to wait longer if u plan during weekends or public holidays. I have to wait for almost 3 hours before I can eventually receive the towels at my rented unit. The aircond is only inside 1 room. No AC at the main hall, only ceiling fans. The hall was converted to a sleeping area with 1 queen+1 single. Soap and shampoo are provided, and the shower comes with a water heater. Overall I'm ok with our 2 nights stay. The only thing that needs improvement is the check in, it took me almost 1.5 hours due to long queues before i can finally make it to the check in counter. I understand it's due to the weekend/public holiday, but at least the management should prepare some chairs outside knowing that people have to stand long in the queue, and some welcoming drinks would be even better.
