„On this special day, I chose to check in at Shanker hotel. The warm service,delicious food and quality environment,everything is so good. The hotel prepares decorations and cake very thoughtfully, surprised us. Due to the late arrival time, the hotel also thoughtfully provided me with dinner order so that could enjoy it when we arrived. Finally the food upexpectedly delicious. I recommend you to choose Shanker hotel. Wherever it’s a vacation or celebration it is best choice.”

„I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my trip to Nepal. The quality exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, providing a perfect retreat after long days of exploring. The location is absolutely fantastic – right in the city center, which made it incredibly convenient to walk around and shop for local goods in town. What I particularly loved was the proximity to several Chinese restaurants nearby, all offering delicious food at very reasonable prices. The staff truly made our experience special. They were friendly. They were kind enough to store our luggage while we went on our EBC trek.”

„Everything was just perfect! Had I known this hotel earlier, I kist have been stayed longer. The buffet food was exceptional. The service they gave was outstanding. I had a problem with my bath tub and fridge but both were solved quickly. Location is exceptional. In less than a minute, you’ll find numerous souvenir shops and restaurants. You can even walk to Durbar Square and Monkey Temple like what I did! My room with the bathtub and balcony was supra relaxing, the bed was ultra comfy. The garden cafe is a plus. Will definitely book here again. Highly recommended!”

„The hotel is conveniently situated right behind of the Garden of Dreams. Just a short walking distance to the busy Thamel area. The vicinity has convenience stores, cafes, eateries and pharmacy. The room is quite small but it's alright for a short stay. The bed wasn't quite as comfortable as other hotels that I've stayed. Very basic fitness facility in the hotel, do wish that they would make the gym bigger and better equipped. The breakfast buffet is good enough for some fuel before heading out to explore. Omelette could definitely be improved but I do like the mushrooms and bacon with my omelette. They also have a soup station which you can pick what you want to go into your soup. The soy latte was nicely done. Some day they serve the chocolate cake which is a must try. Staffs are very well trained and speaks good english. I'd definitely recommend staying here for the value for money, fantastic location and good hospitality.”

„Lovely stay in Hotel Thrive. The hotel is located just off the main tourist hub in Thamel, it’s a very short walk and the hotel has security 24/7. The main courtyard is beautiful, a true tropical calm oasis away from the busy streets of Kathmandu. The rooms are spacious and modern with all the amenities you would need alongside daily housekeeping. The gym is compact but with good, well kept modern machinery and fantastic views across Kathmandu. The breakfast is delicious with ample choice to suit everyone. I would highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay again when we next visit Kathmandu.”

„The resort provides pickup service from the bus stop. Upon bus arrival, the driver was already on standby to bring us to the hotel. The room that we got was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable as well. Shower water was not strong but still useable. Having said that, the tv in the room wasn't working and should be fixed. The bidet water was also very weak and was leaking if we don't shut it from the source. The resort also has many options of safari tours. The chose the river canoe ride + bird watching + elephant breeding center as well as the jeep ride in safari. Mr Jagat who guided our jeep tour was the best guide one could ask for. He was patient to show us the animal and very knowledgeable. Lastly i would like to commend on every staff at the resort. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Despite there are some areas of improvements, i would recommend this resort for their excellent service. Additionally do go for their cultural dance show. It's worth it. Have fun and experience their culture. I love Chitwan and would recommend people to visit.”

„Mi estancia en el hotel Mulberry en Katmandú fue en general muy agradable, pero tengo una queja importante que me gustaría mencionar. Cuando seleccionamos el hotel, se indicaba que el traslado al aeropuerto era gratuito, lo cual fue una de las razones por las que decidimos hospedarnos allí. Sin embargo, a pesar de haber comunicado nuestra intención de utilizar este servicio tanto al hacer la reserva como tres días antes de nuestra llegada, nos informaron que había un cargo adicional para el traslado. Afortunadamente, pudimos solucionar el problema a través de la página web donde hicimos la reserva, pero me preocupa que esta información aún esté disponible en su sitio. Si el hotel sigue anunciando el traslado al aeropuerto como gratuito, o lo cambian o están engañando a los clientes, lo cual no es aceptable. Además, para añadir un toque gracioso a la situación: cuando nos marchamos del hotel y tomamos un taxi, ¡resultó que el precio era realmente la mitad de lo que habíamos pagado por el servicio del hotel! Así que si decides irte en taxi, ¡puedes ahorrar unos buenos dólares! Por otro lado, las instalaciones del hotel son buenas y las habitaciones están bien. El desayuno fue excelente, con una variedad de opciones al estilo occidental e indio. La piscina en la azotea tiene un gran potencial con hermosas vistas de la ciudad, aunque necesita más atención y cuidado debido al polvo en la zona. En resumen, recomendaría el hotel Mulberry por su buena ubicación y desayuno, pero sugiero que aclaren mejor la información sobre los traslados al aeropuerto para evitar confusiones futuras. ¡Y no duden en tomar un taxi al aeropuerto para ahorrar unos billetes!””
